Evidently Republicans in AZ have given up on fighting the vote fraud going on there. Looks like the Democrat will win by violating the election laws. And FL the Democrats lost a legal battle over their scam there.

9 85 year old RBG is back home and says she is 'working from home' now. If she can not perform her duties she should resign. However, I suspect she has not been able to actually perform her duties for at least 10 years anyway. There should be a mandatory retirement date for SCOTUS justices like most businesses have. My old company had a mandatory retirement age of 75. That seems reasonable to me for SCOTUS justices.

10 Trump has modified the 'asylum regulations' to allow INS to deport migrants more easily. However this modification does not go far enough. But due to a far left black robe ruling they must be granted a court date and can not be jailed longer than 30 days while waiting on a court which has a 2 year back log. Congress MUST act to get rid of the BS 1965 Ted The Swimmer law.

Two strong male medical personnel had to use a hoist under her ass to lift her out of the wheelchair yesterday. But of course the left will claim that our eyes are lying or the video was 'doctored'.

If she had any sense of pride or decorum she'd tender her resignation and quit this charade. But we're talking about leftists so that doesn't exist in their world. It's all about power and wielding it over the proles.

If you get one of those fancy too-loading load-balancing models, don't put more than half of what you think it should handle in at a time. Full loads like washers used to manage will strip out the clutch of the new ones that weigh the load and self adjust water levels accordingly.

I speak from experience.

Also, don't put too light a load in -- like all sheets. It comes up with some sort of 'zero divide' error or something when it calculates the water needed. Then sits there for hours, calculating and recalculating.
Mix some towels in with sheets.

Posted by: rhennigantx at November 10, 2018 06:25 AM (JFO2v)

Part of the problem is that Bucher allowed her staff to fill out replacement ballots illegally behind closed doors and then she ignored warnings that those ballots would be evidence in a law suit and needed to be preserved separately. She co-mingled the ballots with other ballots and now she cannot comply with the court order.

There is a reason spoliation is heavily punished by courts because to do otherwise encourages bad actors to destroy evidence. The SoS needs to refuse to certify Broward and Palm Beach's voting tallies as both are hopelessly tainted now.

I think it's about water consumption more then energy. Because California has no water of their own, to be honest, the rest of the country must suffer.

Meanwhile the 'depth to water' in my well is like 20 feet and the bottled water companies are trying to sink wells in my little town. Fortunately our township supervisors told them to go to hell.

If I were a doctoral candidate I'd write my thesis on how the universe gives nothing for free.

One of my favorites is the little vent windows that used to be in cars. Extremely simple, extremely useful. Removed because they cost 1mpg or something in fuel economy.

So now people have to get AC instead, which costs 2mpg and uses lots of bad chemicals.

I bet there are a hundred examples you could come up with just sitting around drinking a beer with your friends.

Rick Scott appointed him to the position in 2012.

If he had any guts, he'd not certify these results.

Due to the above resume, however, I don't hold out a lot of hope.

yeah, and the more recent studies (seemingly legit) have claimed the number is more like 25M illegals, Coulter has long said 30 or 40M.

There are other costs ... if the kids don't speak english, they require whole new departments, and accommodating foreigners in small schools detracts from the other kids' education.

That applies to all 30M illegals, and all those anchor babies (another 30M) from the last 40 years, maybe a million a year turning voting age. And overall, they are becoming their own country, not becoming Americans in a "melting pot".

Many do work hard and fairly cheap, but many also drink heavily, and other patterns that don't blend with the classic Americana. Instead they are turning us into Guatemala, gangs and all.

Until the spiraling debt collapses something, those deficit numbers don't mean much in elections. But the massive influence on society as the left builds their welfare state with massive foreign "occupiers" (see much of California) ... that is the demography monster that should not have been thrown on us unless we voted for it. "We" are about 80% against it, "they" don't care. They are busy changing America into a serfdom.

195 I doubt RBG will retire, even if incapable of performing any duties. If she is out for cases, then it's 8 justices, and there could be 4-4 decisions if Roberts or maybe Kavanaugh go squishy. That lets things stand as they were before the SCOTUS hearing, IIRC, and that likely benefits the Progs more than the Deplorables, in the PDT era.

If she resigns with PDT in office and R's in control of the Senate, many more decisions are likely to be 6-3 or 5-4 in favor of the Deplorables.

If they are going to do it, I think they wait until early or mid 2020. Then the Dem nominee can tailor campaign talking points and ads against a "criminal" POTUS who is now being tried for his "crimes," and the MFM can beat that drum and give the LIVs a daily dose of the trial's anti-PDT speech-ifying and testimony from the Senate chamber, right up to election day.
