This aggression shall not stand.
This is the political argument Obama used to justify his policy. This is not even close to a legal argument mandating that Trump accept Obama's rationale. Anticipating another outbreak of Hawaiian Judge Syndrome, the Trump Administration asked two days ago for the Supreme Court to take authority from the 9th Circuit and decide the cases themselves.
"In a world where the government can remove only a small percentage of the undocumented noncitizens present in this country in any year," the panel said, DACA lets it "devote much-needed resources to enforcement priorities such as threats to national security, rather than blameless and economically productive young people with clean criminal records."

It's only been since the 1960's that we've had the legal principle that a single circuit, or a single Federal judge, could issue an order that applied across the United States.
We need to go back to that - fine, the 9th Circuit's order applies to the 9th Circuit's jurisdiction, but not elsewhere.

An 85 year old woman suffering from osteoporosis will never heal from broken ribs and will be on heavy pain medication for the rest of her life.
That is if pneumonia dosen't get her first. Once the falls start happening they don't stop. I know this from personal family experience.

Well, It would be an interesting turn of events if the Supreme's ruled the 9th decision was not based in law, and evidenced an illegal bias and prejudice against the executive and not only overturned it, but then entered an order disqualifying the 9th circuit judges involved from hearing any more cases involving the executive.

She is bedridden, and it will be difficult to gain the amount of energy needed to just get back to where she was yesterday. In pure percentage terms, she is probably going to give Trump the one thing she has vowed not to do, give up her seat to a Trump appointee.
If nothing else, she is now unable to engage in conversation or writing and won't for months. Looks like 4-4 decisions will now become 5-3 decisions.

Heritage served DHS with an FOIA request to try and find out the DACA approval standards it was using, and DHS admitted that it did not vet DACA applications -- just stamped them "approved." So much for being "blameless." We know for a fact that quite a few of the actual DACA recipients have been identified as known gang-bangers, and some others have been arrested for crimes like assault and rape and murder.
As for their "economic productivity" that too has just been assumed, never proved with any actual facts. If somebody did an actual study, we'd probably find that, like so many other illegal aliens, a hefty percentage of them are receiving welfare.
But they're judges, not actual policy-makers, so they can just pull "facts" out of their asses.

jail. Also our voter ID rules are strict, your drivers licence is bar
code validated and getting one in the first place requires multiple
forms of ID and proof of residence. Remember FL 2000, a statewide hand
recount yeilded only a 300 vote shift. Nelson can get a recount, but he
won't win. Plus a recount opens up finding undecounts in red counties,
something not happening now.
Georgia: Abrams is desperate to get to a runoff and try a second
time. Even if she got it, she would lose again by a larger margin.

Dave you are right about Florida... and if there is a recount, it needs to be statewide not just in Broward. Abrams on the other hand can go pound sand. She lost and she lost outside the margin of fraud or of run-off.

I also didn't read the link to his latest comments. As far as the photo being "illegal". the great traffic court judge Napolitano this morning on F &F said that appt. the new interim AG is illegal. That the interim AG has to be someone who has been confirmed by the Senate as Deputy AG , etc.
Even Doocy wasn't having it. He point blank said to Judge Nap that considering all of the lawyers in the WH, they certainly had looked at this appt. and determined it was proper. Doocy actually was insinuating Napolitano didn't know what he was saying.

President Trump should issue an Executive Order directing the Federal Government to ignore any Nation Wide Injunction issued by a District Court, unless it is confirmed by a circuit court or the Supreme Court.
The injunction should only be considered valid and obeyed within the district or circuit court in which it was issued.
Force the Supreme Court to address this issue.
