My uncle's table has a adjustable fence using through bolts and wing nuts underneath.
You need a adjustable fence to set depth of cuts. So on table cut in the router base plate, have slots running outside a distance that a fence can be adjusted from center of chuck at least a few inches to cover any bit you might have. A raised panel bit can be couple of inches in diameter.

A very very hot product he's trying to unload, he is ably abetted by his first mate who can actually talk in English instead of grunts and roars. Along with explosions and buildings collapsing which causes them to pick up a new junior member. Just to complicate things further, have decided to add the odd POV scene from those trying to get the cargo, two MIB types who are competent and somewhat inspired by those sociopaths James Bond had to kick overboard in Diamonds Are Forever.

Went to a TexMex restaurant a little while back to enjoy the perfect weather on the patio.
The place was overrun with kids. Many of them running full speed through the place and zipping through the patio area.
When the manager of Mesa Rosa in Round Rock, TX came by and asked how the meal was, I thanked him for having what must be the perfect example of a family restaurant.
They added a huge playground sort of like a much larger version of McDonald's playland on some of their property, the patio was large and not jam-packed with tables so that the kids running through were not in danger of colliding with other patrons. The parents could be at ease with their adult beverages and be able to have adult conversations as the kids would come running up to the table, take a couple bites of food, then dart off back to the play area.
This is MUCH preferable to every other place where the kids are stationed at the table and are expected/required to contain their energy (which most often they fail to do) during the extent of dinner.
So they figured it out. The kids could be kids, the adults could be adults, and those of us who don't have kids can enjoy our meals with the ambiance of abundantly joyful children just being kids rather than pretending to be adults at a dinner table for an hour.

That actually happens quite a bit around here. At the beginning of the week, they'll be predicting blizzard conditions for the end of the week. By the time the end of the week rolls around, they're predicting a dusting.
Back in the day of VHS and recording shows off TV, I was watching a show that I had taped the previous night. Turns out I had also taped part of the news that followed the show. Lead story was a huge storm that was going to dump 6-8 inches on us, beginning in the early morning. I looked out the window, and there wasn't a flake in the sky. Storm never did materialize.

Welp, I was going to recommend a book from wayback when in 1989-90 called, (I believe) "The First Two Years of Life" (and no, it's not the Dr Spock piece of garbage).
The title may not be exactly right cuz I can't find it on amazon.
But, for me it's the Greatest Baby Book Evah!!!!
It doesn't tell you how to raise your baby at all.
The book is simply a state of the art(for the time) explanation/telling of the various sensitive times and times you can expect for your baby's intellectual/neurological growth and changes.
Man, is it fun to watch as the "switches" click on.
Even from one day to the next sometimes.
Makes the whole of the baby experience a series of "eureka" moments.

I would think it isn't harming cats to get human supply food yet, they can eat food even meat left out a long time whereas you would get food poisoning quick . I think it would take a thousand years to make it unsafe and even then feral cats would be keeping those traits alive.

Don't know for sure about cats, but I have seen a study that acid in a canine machinist is roughly 5x as strong as the acid in a human's stomach. Pretty effective on the bacteria in slightly "off" meats.

After decades of parental "sleep" - odd hours, frequent interruptions, always having one ear open, being "on call" 24/7/365... sleep no longer gives you enough rest, even when you start getting regular times.

The boy and I are renting a cabin here in a couple of weeks for a bit of a respite. Anyway...I will be driving 4 hours EASTward, and I will be going from Eastern time zone to Central time zone.
Going East, but somehow gaining time like I am going west. It's just weird.
Also, being Central time zone, but that far East, means the sun sets at fricking 4:30. 4:30! That's insanity.

I used to have mine on the mantle above the fireplace. But it kept losing synch with the time standard. I moved it to the wall up higher than the mantle now it works fine and unlike this POS desk unit it reset itself.

I don't remember him crying but i do remember reports that he sounded a bit tired and reflective.
Obama was always the heavy favorite going in to that final Tuesday. He led in every media poll and his internals showed him comfortably ahead. But Romney's pollster was one of the worst of all time. They had him convinced he was a shoe-in and would win the battleground states.
2012 was an awful year where GOP partisans were "unskewing the polls" to make themselves feel better and give a false sense of hope. I remember back then there was a guy here who would post the polls and then reconfigure based on a more favorable GOP sample, lol. That's not the way any of this works,
