The court should have no interest in whether the President is being "too imperial", it should be interested in whether he is executing the constitutional law.

SCOTUS might determine that the legislature branch had acted against the law ... against the amendment written to give slaves citizenship ... but not to give any invader citizenship just for having a baby. AFAIK it is not "settled law" that illegals/invaders having babies must become auto-citizens (or that their babies must, then they become de facto citizens).

So an EO that enforces the constitution is not Imperial at all ... it is protection of our country ... failure to protect on this front means "Adios America" (Coulter makes it clear). But sure, Congress should act in harmony, and that does not mean slipping in their Grand Amnesty ... which is certainly their subversive plan, it would seem. (American people don't want it, but Congress serves the globalist CoCs)

137 For those concerned about the votes from the ruby-red Florida Panhandle Here are some examples of how one county there historically votes:

Bay County, which is one of the 8 badly affected by Michael, has to date turned in only 14,413 votes between early voting and voting by mail.

In 2016, a total of 87,151 votes were cast in Bay, of which PDT won 62.010 - or 71.2%

In the 2014 Gubernatorial race, their votes totaled almost 57,000, of which almost 72% went to Scott

In the 2012 Senate race, Connie Mack won 61% of the almost 76,000 votes cast in that county.

So their votes could make a big difference.

Rick Scott has seen to it that 2,000 polling places were set up in the affected counties.

I'm sure the residents of the Redneck Riviera will always remember what happened to their Presidential votes in 2000 . . . and will vote, if at all possible.

I would also think the GOP ground game is turbo-charged there - helping with necessities and getting GOP voters to the polls at the same time.

It can't afford not to be. Not in Florida.

Believe you are quite correct.

I read some place that the van (with all the Trump stickers) had not had any stickers on it until about 2 to 3 days before he was arrested.

Also, the first pic I saw of the guy, he was rather swarthy (you know, like a Native American Indian). But the news media progressively bleached the pic until he was really, really white.

Believe he decided to "take one for the team"

really vivid dream about shopping, which is odd because I'm not a

Posted by: kallisto at October 31, 2018 09:53 AM (DwF62)

I had a vivid dream last night.
I was some sort of minor royalty at a ball in my minor royalty manor. There was an upstairs area reserved for me only and no one would follow me up no matter how much I asked them. They wouldn't break the rules of minor royalty rooms.

I went up the purple carpeted steps to the minor royalty room and sat in the minor throne.
Next to the throne was a pair of elbow length purple velvet gloves on minor table and a oddly shaped container about the size of a large softball but shaped roughly like a large valentine heart, but not really. The container was the same color as the gloves; and I knew I could only hold the container while wearing the gloves as a matter of custom. So I did.
When I picked up the container, I could not tell where my hand ended and the container began. Then I opened the container and in it was a large bluish stone that was the exact shape of the container. I slipped it into my hand. There were words or runes carved into it that I could not read.

I looked up and away for a second and then back to the stone and it had turned into the left side jaw set of some herbivore animal, just the bones and teeth. Then it all fell to dust.

Have at it.

For those concerned about the votes from the ruby-red Florida Panhandle
Here are some examples of how one county there historically votes:

Bay County, which is one of the 8 badly affected by Michael, has to
date turned in only 14,413 votes between early voting and voting by
mail.

I'm sure the residents of the Redneck Riviera will always remember
what happened to their Presidential votes in 2000 . . . and will vote,
if at all possible.

I would also think the GOP ground game is turbo-charged there -
helping with necessities and getting GOP voters to the polls at the same
time.

It can't afford not to be. Not in Florida.

Mmmmm - I think your figures are a bit wrong - or at least I think you are comparing incorrect data sets.
The last mid term election in Florida in 2014 saw Bay County only have 17K in total early/mail in votes - all voting/all parties. So far, in this midterm cycle - with just under a week left to go Bay county has over 14K total early votes/mail ins. Assuming that the figures peter off over the next week to only 50% of the current total that would still make the final vote total of Bay County, Trump stronghold, to be 21K - that would be an over 23% increase over the last mid term's numbers. If the numbers hold up on returns and this next week nets another 14K early voters and mail-ins then that would be 28K - or then it would be an almost 65% increase over 2014's numbers. I am sorry - but there is no way to crunch the data sets from Florida and say this is a blue wave or a "problem" for repubs.
Repubs still have an almost 63K vote lead in early voting and mail-ins this year. In 2016 they were down by over 100K on election day in these two totals - and, well, we all know how that worked out. Now, again, these are just returned ballots/voting early by affiliation - we still don't know how these folks are actually voting - that being said - I am encouraged. Please cue Winston Wolf.
The House will be close, and the Synagogue thing, I think, hurt some momentum - but the Repubs will continue to , at least, control the Senate. (touch wood!)

315 264 The Senator who wrote the 14th amendment also wrote this regarding citizenship. "

The problem with taking textual originalism this far is all the Constitutional caselaw where clear original intent was overturned. There was never any original intent for the Bill of Rights to apply to State Govm'ts, it was only intended to restrict the Federal Govm't. There was no original intent for the Supreme Court to have the power to review the Constitutionality of various laws passed by the Congress, but now we've got it. The list goes on and on.

So while some Senator may have said something or other in the 1870's, that really has no value as actual legal precedent today. It has some slim value as corroborating information for someone who wants to build the case on other grounds.

Why send tanks and Brads to what one would hope is a non-combat mission? Sensors. That's a lot of thermal imagers.

out of Camp Shelby about 20+ years ago. IIRC it was Puerto Rican ARNG

the missing APC. And looking while mosquitoes had a feast. And then
miracle of miracles they find an M-113 and everyone breathes a sigh of

Interstate migration interests me.

Who's moving from California? It's not 100% blue, but has healthy red sections (that are completely overshadowed by the blue).

Percentage wise, is it conservatives leaving CA more or liberals?

That indicates the level of threat from blue policies being replicated in red states.

I know people talk about NH and MA, but that's a relatively easy move compared to the hundreds of miles it takes to move from CA to TX.

MU Law Poll has nailed every one of Walker's elections in their final release. Both the Walker and Evers campaigns will stop what they're doing to see the results.

Internals still show the race tied. By this time in 2014, Walker had started to pull away from Mary Burke. I was able to get daily updates then and it was fascinating to see Walker gradually do better by tenths of a point. That race changed when the Walker campaign released that ad showing Mary Burke stammering and stuttering "um, uhh, um uhh" when trying to answer a question. That changed the entire trajectory of the race.

There has been no ad nearly that effective that cycle for Walker. He's spent most of his time answering attacks from Evers about school spending and pre-existing conditions. There have been a few recent ads that show women talking about Evers raising taxes but they can barely read their cue cards and one elderly woman even mispronounces "bureaucrats". The taxes issue has helped Walker a bit and these spots were thrown together quickly but you can't release things that look like first takes.

494 375 Here is a question. Does anyone out there ever actually read in a dream?

yes. the words change as you're reading; they don't stay still long enough to make it to the end of a sentence. and if you go back to re-read something, it's totally different than it was the first time you read it.

Posted by: Anachronda at October 31, 2018 10:58 AM

Wow...never had one of those.

I have, and in fact it's a trick to remember if you can do lucid dreaming and want to bust out of one. (not everyone can do that) Demand to read a book, or a newspaper. The graphic image generator in our heads isn't good enough to generate that much text, and it will go blurry or the pages are just blank. And if you seize on that point, the dream will blow up and you'll just wake up. Or at least that's how it works for me.

If you ever find yourself trapped on the set of "The View" and all the Exit doors have gone missing, try that.

Americanism is its own version of nationalism, in that our constitution recognizes individual liberty under God, and assigns a lot of power to the states (everything not assigned to the Federal). But certainly more school choice at the local level, for example, makes sense.

But national sovereign states (countries) is a much better world view than the globalist NWO plan of having bankers run the world, (propped up by UN gangsters, I guess is the plan). Brazil is a good indicator that power may be returning to the people ... away from a coordinated Soros type oligarch monarchy unelected shadow government.
