And Here We Go: CNN's David Gregory Declares Sarah Sanders' Criticism of CNN No Longer Permissible; Thug/Governor Andrew Cuomo, Who Once Declared That There Was No Place for Pro-Lifers In His State, Calls for "Civility" in "Discourse"
They're executing the Sarah Palin Playbook again, completely ignoring the fact that Democrats have frequently called for confrontation and incivility, and that CNN in particular has been a strident advocate for mob intimidation and even mob violence.
David Gregory in fact went out of his way to distinguish restaurant-mobbing (permissible!) from this possible bomb attempt against the Democrat-Media Complex, because this last one could actually hurt people. Unlike, say, antifa beating people in the head with heavy steel bike-locks. Gregory apparently forgot the entire premise of the "Climate of Hate" meme, which is that smaller provocations create an environment of permissiveness of violence. That is, as the Democrats had it in 2010, Sarah Palin running an ad "targeting" Democrat seats naturally encourages actual targeting. But now David Gregory says that targeting people for in-real-life harassment and short-term false imprisonment cannot possibly encourage more serious terroristic acts. It's not taking them long to, how do you say?, seize and pounce upon this new line of political attack. Now: Senator Jack Reed is claiming that "attacks on the news media" and the "lock her up" chant encourages violence. Wolf Blitzer doesn't ask about Democrat/media encouragements to violence, like Cory Booker demanding people "confront" those who disagree with them, or Maxine Waters' demand that her legions of maniacs harass people in public. And of course they're overlooking Chris Cuomo's active defense of Antifa punching people and Don Lemon's celebration of mobbing people in public. Hillary Clinton: The time for civility is passed, until we take back power. Eric Holder: When they go low, we kick 'em. And yet, right now they're demanding that Trump apologize for his attacks on CNN. No call for CNN to drop their attacks on Trump, of course. Some speech, and some lives quite frankly, are just worth more than others, because they're Better! PS, this is still America. Ignore the fact that an incompetent would-be aristocracy is attempting to assign themselves rights and privileges over the commoners.Comments

The campaign tells the story, but this is my situation:
I am partially handicapped, with limited mobility and only 25% use of my strong right arm. Up until June, I was still able to drive for Uber, and did so for over a year. I was deactivated as a driver at that time.
My only family is a brother who I was helping financially while working. My "friends", I found, consisted of those from a marriage of 17 years which ended three years ago. I havecbeen turned down for welfare benefits because, as reported, I made too much money this year to qualify. I applied for SSDI in July, and am awaiting their first denial, as I'm told this is their standard practice.
While working, I had built up a small reserve of money, one that was used up recently to pay an oral surgeon to treat a badly abscessed tooth.
I have been everywhere in applying for jobs, and in the past 3.5 months have only gotten 3 days of good freelance work, and 5 days of temp work. I will find something, as failure is not an option. In the meantime, I am looking at homelessness next week. This is the reason for my request. Anything you could do would be greatly appreciated.

This is something I think cops are considering: you usually get bombers like this after one or two go off, not gather all of them up at once on the same day. There are a lot of rumors and whispers going on about a lack of actual triggers, and the bombs don't look particularly deadly (PVC?) but that could just be an incompetent bomber.

You have to wonder how the typical October Surprise type scandal drop planning is going in light of so many states having early voting/mail-in voting only. Used to be that you could deliver a late hit right before election day to torpedo an opponent. Now you'd have to catch people earlier - before early voting starts - and then sustain the attacks through to election day.

Agreed. One thing I like about Shapiro is that he takes time to dismantle the left's arguments, no matter how inane, something which I wouldn't have the patience to do. But that could help people who never thought about the issue but were just spoonfed the "correct" thoughts.
In general, I really like the Daily Wire podcasts - Shapiro, Klavan, Knowles, and even Walsh sometimes. They are really good, even when I don't agree with their points, which happens occasionally.
The web articles on the site - often not so much.

Well typically for a facility like the Turner Center there are two ways packages can get into the building.
1. On truck, these trucks go through security and have bomb/drug sniffing dogs go over the truck before they are let into the freight elevator that takes them to the sub basement and on to the postal distribution center.
2. Courier drop off center that only handles ups envelope paks and other smaller messenger carriable packages which then go through the same security protocols as if they came in on a truck, they then go to the postal distribution center.
3. In order to get into CNN proper you have to go through a security check point where you will have to be identified and your belongings and back pack go through an x-ray.
And if people don't know, CNN is located in what is essentially a big mall so it's unclear exactly where this package was discovered.

So two possibilities -
a right wing nut sent them as a warning, (a terroristic threat, not terrorism) or as a statement. But this is what the left would want. They want to be seen as under threat.
Or, a left wing nut sending a false flag to show that the right is crazy and the left is under threat.

The trick is not suppressing it, but turning it into something that won't eat you alive. Some people sit back and marvel at the surreal hysteria and chuckle, others carefully and deliberately plan for the day this turns out. Channel it however works best for you.
I know it's just a matter of time before this goes hot. If we dont give the Leff power over us they will resort to violence. So of course we should be radicalized. My vent has been a bucket list, planning out attacks (thanks USMC MOUT training) and identifying targets, getting their patterns down.
