On personal note, yesterday got home from work decided to play with the
axe on a log, bad idea. Woke up 1230am with back pain. Agrivated me all
day climbing up and down scaffold. Got home put ice on awhile but not
moving around it got worse. Took Motrin and now comfortable not moving
but painful to stand up. From past it's going to take days to get calmed
down.

Get a heating pad and a foam roller. Alternate hot and cold. Lie on the foam roller and go up and down to loosen the muscles.
Also remember that with backs, the part that aches isn't always the part you hurt. Lower back pain often comes from your leg muscles tightening up. If you loosen those, the pain goes away.

Do you have low-back issues? There's a book out there, a bit older called "Heal Your Own Back" or something. It works. The basic treatment is a yoga pose called "The Cobra." Lie prone on your stomach, and (slowly) push up with you hands with your hips stuck to the floor. It curves your back, and can help disc material adjust. (While you're in the upright position, consciously relax the muscles in your lower back.
It works. You can do it multiple times a day, and really speed up recovery.

Went to Federal Way guns late last week and practiced with the pistol for about an hour with a brother of mine. Indoor, but nearly new and well designed. Good folks there, too.
I like the Issaquah Sportsmen's Club a lot. Outdoors, up to 100 yards, covered stations, low cost, and friendly.
There are other ranges locally that go well over 100 yards, many you have to be a member.

The economy is healthy again. The ZIRP policy was great for juicing the stock market but crushed poeple who had money in savings. Oh boy, you can get 0.6% on your three-year CD!
I'm not a huge fan of the Fed, but the Trump economy should be able to bear up to what were historically normal interest rate levels.

more sway over him. He's also a carpetbagger, and I think his need to
keep primary voters reasonably satisfied will help rein him in a bit.
He's also walking into a more poisonous environment post-Kav.
