Who is really worn out is the black people who are unfairly profiled, that's who.

118 Question.
This morning I had made a PBJ on toast and sat down to read JJ's News. I hit the plate with my hand and down to the new rug the plate and PBJ goes. The PBJ lands PBJ side up.
Should I...
A: Buy a lottery ticket
B: Realize that I screwed up and PBJ'd the wrong side.
C: Create a shrine
D: All of the above

123 A couple of things about this painting:

It utilizes the primary colors (red, yellow, blue) but mars them. They are dirty or muddy. The red is more of an brownish umber hue, while the blue is faded, dusty and worn. The yellow is also faded and dusty and dominates the whole. These colors invoke the simplicity of this poor lifestyle, but they avoid romanticizing it like the Naturalists did. This life is basic, hard and scuzzy. Except for the quaint cottage in the background, there is nothing positive here. Even the clean, quaint, white cottage is minimalized and kept way out of the main focus.

144 To reiterate a point I wanted to make in the last thread, I fully concur that this Nordic pessimism has no place on our side. It is not our lot to stand athwart the tide of history, shouting at it to stop.

Because the Left is not destined to win, they will not inherit the Earth. (The Lord himself said the meek would, and our prideful, virtue-signaling enemies are anything but). Even if they win the world, they can't hold it. Their system is based on fundamental contradictions that will destroy every time, without fail.

Our enemies are doomed to fail, so let's be happy warriors and push to give their hateful ideology a little extra momentum in its road to oblivion.

Male chicks had very little commercial value and they were tossed into a plastic pail of about two-three gallon capacity. When the pail was full there was a wooden disk that would just barely fit inside the pail.

It was my job to stand on the disk until there was room in the pail to add more.

229 Buckley, their job is to stand athwart history, yelling "Stop!" But
notice how much ground Buckley has already ceded to the Left in that
little quip. He's basically admitting that we're all on this passenger
train called Marxism and it's going to take us where the Left wants us
to go and there's nothing we can really do about it." Bourbon Chicken
Trump had huge rallies of happy warriors.Buckley made friendly arguments from inside the propaganda machine.
And "National" Review purged the strongest nationalists that were against flooding the country with the third world, against submitting to the CoCs on trade and debt. They purged so called "paleo-conservatives", and Derbyshire was their latest hit. (the desire to not be entangled in foreign wars, to enrich the "military industrial complex", was deigned to be "anti-Semite" imo, but maybe some were, idk)

It's hard to love Americanism when living inside the DC/NY cocktail party bubble, where globalists are pouring the free drinks. Victor David Hanson stays at NR, but he lives inside "conquered territory" which seems to give him perspective to recognize Trump as the American Fighter.

Sedition has become "normalized" in the DC Cartel, so even when someone admits to the dictionary definition, insiders call such DeepState admission "conspiracy theory". We really have to lock them up.

God Bless America

A couple of things about this painting:

It utilizes the primary colors (red, yellow, blue) but mars them.
They are dirty or muddy. The red is more of an brownish umber hue, while
the blue is faded, dusty and worn. The yellow is also faded and dusty
and dominates the whole. These colors invoke the simplicity of this poor
lifestyle, but they avoid romanticizing it like the Naturalists did.
This life is basic, hard and scuzzy. Except for the quaint cottage in
the background, there is nothing positive here. Even the clean, quaint,
white cottage is minimalized and kept way out of the main focus.

I am often saddened about this whole thing, because I realize I'm increasingly in the minority on it. I don't care about most sports, but baseball has been ruined by it.

We can pretend they cleaned it up, but that's just because it was a PR disaster having stars in front of Congress, weeping and/or lying.

So they quietly do it, and I guess it's good for the game. Everyone can ooh and ah about pitchers throwing 104 MPH fastballs, and hitters cranking baseballs even faster all over the park.

Matt Freakin' Carpenter is leading the NL in home runs this year.

That's just silly.

463 The Art of War was very popular among American
businessmen a decade or three ago."

It should still be on people's must-read lists. One thing that I think a lot of people missed was that Sun Tzu's strategies were all designed for combatants who were not as strong as their opponents - hence it was a guide on how to use one's enemies strengths against him. If you have overwhelming force at your command, you don't need fancy strategies or trick plays, you just tear straight into your enemies and rip them up. But if, for instance, you can only kind of trust one news outlet, and you've got 20 against you every day, you've got to figure out some more clever ways of dealing with them, methods that they won't understand until its too late.

I don't see a difference between PED's and other medical treatments. This isn't the 70's where steroids where killing people left and right. The science has been refined. Explain to me how PED's are any different than lasik eye surgery? Or Curt Schilling's ankle surgery this was pretty much invented the day of his World Series start and only meant to last one day? 475 My wife got the IRS call, they broke up one outfit in India that was doing this, but apparently another bunch has started it up again. It scared her for a minute, although she didn't give them anything. Their goal is to try and scare gullible people, especially older women, into giving out their social security numbers and bank account numbers, and of course the insant they get that those accounts will be drained.

The call we got was almost humorous - yes, they used a spoofed number to ID the call, but they chose an area code from Washington State, because they knew that the IRS was supposed to be in Washington, but being in India no one had ever told them there was a difference between Washington State and Washington D. C.

484 What pisses me off about spoofed calls (fake caller id numbers) is that either the Govm't OR the phone companies could shut that shit down overnight if they wanted, but apparently it is too profitable for them to interfere with the scams going on. There is NO legitimate reason for anyone, commercial or private, to be able to use spoofed numbers on the system, but millions of those calls are made every day.

Make it a 10 year prison sentence for using a spoofed number, plus immediate lifetime termination of your rights to own a phone account, especially for corporations. That'll shut that shit down fast.

farming still has twice the on the job death rate as police. and no million dollar payout for the family, or other compensations, no guaranteed early retirement pensions. No unions or OPECs or wars to force prices up.
But overall big farmers are doing OK, but those that buy up land and (from their walled city estate) rent to those in the hinterlands trying to pay off debt, should not get the "subsidies". Grassley got overruled on that idea though. BigMoney talks.

Exactly right. Getting rocks out of a field so it could be plowed properly was a major project for manual laborers, and you can see the small initial piles the man was making. Yes, most of the rock walls you see in the old countries were rocks removed from the field, and there wasn't any other practical place to put them.
