1 Good Morning Morons; today is Saturday, April 7, 2018. On this day 1933 National Beer Day was created even before prohibition was shit-canned.

2 Stupid jury in NJ awards a dumb-ass and his lawyers $37M over talcum powder and that was w/o so-called punitive damages which will come later. I have said many times our judicial system in this country is crap and this is a fine example.

42 Premartial sex bad for heteros, good for gays.

The fellowship, Harvard College Faith and Action (HCFA), ran afoul of the schools progressive dogmas last September when it asked one of its student leaders to step down from her post. The student was in a same-sex relationship, which meant that she had an irreconcilable theological disagreement pertaining to our character standards, as the HCFAs co-presidents told the Harvard Crimson in February. The HCFAs character rules on premarital sexual activity apply to students of all orientations, the co-presidents insisted, but their pleas fell on deaf ears. Egged on by a ravenous progressive mob, the Harvard administration suspended the group in February, and last month the Undergraduate Council voted to cut its funding.

the internet is exposing them. Trump tweets direct them to "alt-media". The left's crazed reaction imo is helping to "red-pill" many in the middle, including the wild Hogg phenom with his Black Hitler salute and his calling all patriotic NRA members murderers.

Prosecutions and real trial exposure of cwamp creatures would help a lot.

the writings of the Founding Father's, is a distinction between military
use arms and civilian arms.
That is a completely fabricated term that has zero basis in reality

Arms is arms, so to speak.

So all gun control laws that would ban guns based on classification are wholly unconstitutional vis-a-vis the 2nd amendment.
That goes for fully automatic arms, canons, tanks, etc.

Citizens should be bale to obtain any arm that the military has or posseses.

No. It means that they can view the documents in their entirety at the DOJ but they can't remove them.

And the reason they can't remove them is that they are likely the basis for prosecution and you don't go public with your key evidence before you are ready to drop the bomb.

It's a legal term that just means they will be allowed to view the documents at a secure location in private but they can't take them.

136 "in camera" In my experience the last 20+ years in the legal field, in camera means that the person providing the documents provides the original docs to the judge. 154 >>I just don't think our judiciary will pull the trigger. And I think the GOP will cave. My bet is we're all gonna see - again - how political the legal system really is.

There will be indictments, its of them I would think. Once it gets to trial situations it's anyone's guess given our highly biased population.

But the corruption that is going to be exposed is going to be epic. There won't be anyway to spin what went on save for the most partisan lefties and we will never be able to reach them, they are beyond hope.

157 In camera comes from the Latin, meaning "in a chamber." It refers to private rather than public review. When a judge reviews evidence in camera it means he does it by himself in chambers, rather than in open court.

What, specifically would exonerate Sleepy? I would suggest that if no cabinet official from the Obama administration is charged, let alone prosecuted and convicted, it's all just kabuki theater.

I say that because what you're suggesting has happened ( and I personally believe it has happened) would be singularly the greatest internal threat to the U.S. since its inception.

Personally, I don't think he needs any exoneration. Contrary to what many think and stupid media reports, he has been exceptionally active as AG on many fronts.

If he lays out the information and gets indictments then he will have done an incredible job of exposing corruption in the government the leads right to Obama's doorstep while being hammered by the media, the right, the left and everyone in between not to mention having to navigate through the very corrupt agencies he is trying to expose and fix. Cleaning the Augean Stables might be an apt analogy.

Nobody can guarantee convictions and in a society where OJ walks who knows what will happen in court cases. But the first steps were always to expose the corruption, identify how it was done so issues can be addressed and get the DOJ back to following the rule of law so this shit doesn't happen again if we are ever going to start living in a constitutional republic again.

163 @159

I agree with that assessment.

If a majority of these corrupt pieces of shit up to and including Obama himself are not indicted for their attempted coup, then this will set into place that democrat administratoions are allowed to use the LE and intelligence apparatus to target their enemies with impunity.

This entire enterprise has to be smashed and punishment administered that is so severe that it would never be attempted again.

If not, imagine the deprivations of a Kamala Harris administion?
