Consumer Confidence At Highest Since Clinton Tech Bubble

U.S. consumer confidence jumped to a 17-year high as optimism about employment prospects grew and Americans began seeing additional money in their paychecks from recently enacted tax cuts, data from the New York-based Conference Board showed Tuesday. The report reflects increased confidence in employment and incomes, which could support consumer spending. The labor differential, which measures the gap between respondents saying jobs are plentiful and those who say they're hard to get, rose to 24.7 percentage points, the highest since 2001. Recent tax legislation signed in December may have also buoyed sentiment, as many Americans saw bigger after-tax paychecks in February due to the law.Incidentally, the DJIA rose +399, coming within 3% of hitting all time records. It's down 200 points today, but the trend is your friend.

imo Coulter keeps pushing the maybe most important issue, even though I'm sure she recognizes the RINO forces lined up against him. Pence I heard got a big cheer at cpac when he said they would build the wall.
Trump in a sense opened Pandora's Box, or grabbed it and shook it. The demons actually were already out there, but now they are revealed.
The battle to be won in the public, so pressure has to continue. Trump does that by basically accepting DACA for 1.8M and some immediate family. "We" knew that from early on, but we are dependent on him almost alone, holding the line on the wall and e-verify type enforcement.
I'm in favor of Trump supporters continuing to demand the wall and full enforcement, as Ann does in her own sarcastic way (which I enjoy actually).
But prosecuting a bunch of the Deep State needs to happen soon, or we lose.

Looks like the Ds in Congress would rather have a fund raising issue. So Trump will put blame on the Ds, assuming SCOTUS rules by June (I expect they will) and puts the super suplex on the 9th Circuit.

In WWII, a still not widely known or understood deception effort called Fortitude was used to (successfully) create German expectations of Allied invasions in places other than Normandy.
