Vanessa Trump and two others had to undergo decontamination and remain under observation at a New York City hospital after opening an envelope which contained an unknown white powder. The Secret Service has joined an investigation by New York City police into what appears to be an attack on the daughter-in-law of President Donald Trump and his son Don Jr:Update: Though the coughing and nausea may indicate this is a legitimate chemical/biological attack, it should also be kept in mind that some people, like me, will basically produce physical symptoms if there is a strong suggestion of them. For some of us, given a sufficient mental or psychological trigger, the body will start mimicking the physical symptoms we expect. I'm not saying this isn't a real attack; I'm just saying I know that I, personally, will present with some bad symptoms that are almost entirely psychosomatic. I would imagine that being exposed to a mysterious white powder, designed to terrify you, would be pretty terrifying for anyone, and terror can have powerful effects on the physical body.

Showcased the incredible efforts he made to keep all of the family members on board with each other and keep out of doing things that would lead to war. I doubt it. There's a reason why they were called "The Sick Man of Europe" even before the war. N. Africa was split between France and Italy with Egypt a British protectorate at that time and the Arabs were licking their chops. More likely: the "Young Turks" (who were Turkic nationalists) would have picked a fight with Russia over Armenia and would have gotten their ass handed to them and their empire dismantled because I doubt the Austrians and Germans would have gone to war for them (The Ottomans, while friendly to the Central Powers, were not in mutual aid treaties with them), but the French at a minimum would have been supportive of the Russians at a minimum.
