Especially nice that re-t'd Don Jr's re-t of the Politico piece on media silence over Hezbollah/Iran scandal. (keep in mind that any of the major scandals of the last 8 years - IRS, Clinton Crime Wave @ State, related DOJ/FBI mega-scandal, Hezbollah/Iran - by themselves, easily are the greatest scandals in US history - Watergate and even most of other counts in the House impeachment articles against Nixon are easily eclipsed in terms of substance, impact on the US's vital interests, and corruption of US institutions) Posted by: rhomboid at December 23, 2017 04:36 PM (QDnY+) 29

12 Tuckerfaces is funny. (I know they said Tuckers staring, but he's making Tuckerfaces). So for those of you who use or read TuCa do you pronounce it in your head as tuckah or too-kah? So the original way to sing 12 days of Christmas was to sing a verse and then hit the person to your left with a cricket bat if their verse was not original. It was kind of cruel but forced people to pay attention during Mass. Over the years it became more humane as your could nutpunch (pussypunch) the person next to you with a hymnal. Methodist and Baptist refused this catechism but still laughed at the nutpunch. Now it is accepted that destruction of a maiden's hymen on her prom (wedding) night is sufficient resolve the issue.

I think "Barrel" should be restricted to errors you could only commit under pixy/minx. You could cut and paste too much into a comment in, say, Disqus, so that error is not unique to minx and shouldn't count.
On the other hand font errors and margin errors (and centering and grey-box) that do affect subsequent comments are unique to minx. I think they deserve some special designation. "I think "Barrel" should be restricted to errors you
could only commit under pixy/minx. You could cut and paste too much into a comment in, say, Disqus, so that error is not unique to minx and shouldn't count. On the other hand font errors and margin errors (and centering and grey-box) that do affect subsequent comments are unique to minx. I think they deserve some special designation. Posted by: Steve and Cold Bear at December 23, 2017 05:12 PM (/qEW2)" I like it! I think two barrels. One the normal barrel for the really big mistakes (full disclosure, I've seen that Barrel once or twice). AND a second barrel that the First Barrel drains into to "ripen." That's the bad barrel. That's Pixy's barrel. Don't want no Pixy's Barrel. Posted by: Jukin the Deplorable and Profoundly Unserious at December 23, 2017 05:30 PM (3BFzK) 121

Posted by: FenelonSpoke at December 23, 2017 05:43 PM (8+Ozj) Fen, darlin', it's really not so much a cookbook as it is a book of drawings with some recipes as filler. And the drawings are mostly inside jokes, too. Seriously, the book has a hordeish sense of humor but it's not all inside jokes. It will appeal to people who get it. I'm giving one to Mommy for Christmas even though I doubt she'll get it. Posted by: Bandersnatch at December 23, 2017 05:48 PM (fuK7c) 150
