Another Leftwing Prosecutor Hired by Mueller Discovered Sending Partisan Anti-Trump Emails

Fire Mueller now.

A top prosecutor who is now a deputy for Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe praised outgoing acting Attorney General Sally Yates after she was fired in January by President Trump for refusing to defend his controversial travel ban.

The email, obtained by Judicial Watch through a federal lawsuit, shows that on the night of Jan. 30, Andrew Weissmann wrote to Yates under the subject line, "I am so proud."

He continued, "And in awe. Thank you so much. All my deepest respects."

Big mistake in allowing the Democrats and RINOs to stick this in place. Yes, Trump should tell them both to eat a BAD and fire him. Then dare them to try to impeach him. They will maybe get 5 or 6 RINO/DIABLOs to go along but even if 100% of the Democrats vote to impeach they will not have enough.

20 If Hillary had been elected we would likely have never known what a POS Mueller really is. It would have remained rumor. Recall that Zero extended his term 2 years so he could get some history book annotations.

If you really want to look for Mueller incompetance research his prosecution of 18 HAMC members. He lost the entire case.

They are batting 1000. They tried the Russian thing, and THAT backfired on them. The only people going to jail over that are Hillary, Obama and hopefully Comey and a bunch of crooked FBI agents.

They tried the sexual harassment angle, and THAT backfired and is in the process of destroying the leftwing media/entertainment complex, with some delicious overspill into the democratic political arena. If it spreads into moonbat academia, and I bet it does, we'll have the trifecta.

They tried to challenge Trump with the NFL protests, and now the NFL is bleeding money and fans.

51 Mueller's entire squad was staffed top to bottom with Hillary donors and cronies right from the start. So how is any of this a surprise? Honestly, the only surprise I can see is that this stuff is leaking out (or being torn from their claws by Judicial Watch).

But DC is like 99.99998% Democrats anyway, so no one should be shocked by these revelations. The fact that Trump managed to get elected means the curtain is being pulled back (finally) and we're seeing the people behind the curtain are exactly the sort of low life political hacks we always knew them to be.

Posted by: sans_sheriff at December 05, 2017 04:11 PM (9IgIK)

52 Mueller's goal, from before he was chosen, was to overturn the election.

They blackmailed Sessions, and they've made clear that they will destroy anyone that tries to stop them.

So it will either be Mueller delivers a recommendation of impeachment or Trump personally has to fire him in which case Mueller and his allies will impeach Trump for that.

74 The President's records at DeutscheBank could never be completely secret. But even if they are leaked, that is one more thing that President Trump could hang over the conspiracy calling itself the special prosecutor's office.

No, what impresses me is that the parties have their incentives reversed from what the media is reporting on. Robert Mueller needs to land as many heavy strikes as possible- right now, before it is too late- to justify his position and muddy the waters to his arrest/ firing. President Trump wants to slow the roll... the longer this goes on, the more utterly exposed the FBI becomes. And the Democrats need to end the Mueller inquiry before the blowback completely destroys the FBI, most of the DOJ, and the entire Democratic Party.

Trump will not end this with layoffs. He will end it with arrests if people are lucky, gunfire if they are not.

Trump should publicly announce he has lost all confidence to Mueller based on the recent scandals and that he is giving Mueller one week to give a formal report explaining the leaks and criminality within the organization. If he is able to explain this to Trump's satisfaction he has one month to finalize his findings and send them to Congress and the President, after which time he is fired.

---------------

That is probably true. I don't think he will get fired, though I think he should. I would assume at some point, Trump or Sessions or Congress basically gives Meuller a period of time to deliver and if he cannot present any collusion evidence to terminate his investigation. Obviously, Mueller will work to keep it going by finding something. In other words, its just business as usual in Washington.

I was gobsmacked when I first heard they were letting this circus happen with such a known enemy in charge. In hindsight, I think now it was calculated. Team White House knew from the get go Mueller and his goons would have nothing. At least nothing substantial to get Trump on. So they said, "OK, come at us with both barrels chief" knowing what it would look like to the public when they came up empty. And now, it's looking like quite a savvy political move. It's worked far better than they probably thought, judging by the trouble it's got the dems in so far.
The whole investigation smells terrible at this point. Even if they try to convict anybody it's going to stink to high heaven of a partisan frame job. Mueller has no teeth anymore. F him.

107 Lots of people saying that Trump needs to let Mueller continue his investigation because eventually he's going to ensnare Democrats. The agency became higher profile in the aftermath of the infamous Kansas City Massacre, hunting down and destroying career criminals as scapegoats for what we now know was a complete internal agence clusterfuck of panicked agents shooting each other.

They sent MLK recordings of his infidelity with notes urging him to do the right thing and kill himself.

Their crime lab has had serious problems for decades.

It was a quarter century ago that they persecuted an innocent Richard Jewel and drove him into an early grave, while the real Olympic Bomber went on to commit additional fatal bombings.

176 Maybe there should be term limits for unelected bureaucrats. The terms could be staggered, like the Senate, to make the thing more workable. Ie. create a mechanism to automatically drain the swamp. It's a bit scary that these people are so ideologically driven. They can't just accept "Oh well, the changing of the guards. I'll just continue to do my straightforward task". Instead they engage in open defiance.

----------------------------------------------

This is from his piece in NR 6-14-17:

As elaborated on in this space before, Bob Mueller is as straight an arrow as they come; he is not right all of the time (is any of us?), but he is always ethical and patriotic. Like others, I worry about the ideological bent and potential for overzealousness of the staff he has assembled. But there is no doubting their legal acumen, and with Mueller calling the shots, I believe the Trump administration and the public will get fair treatment. This situation warrants attention, but not panic.

Similarly, too much is made of Mueller#8217;s being pals with Jim Comey, the former FBI director who succeeded Mueller#8217;s twelve-year run in that lofty post. Mueller is a pillar of Washington#8217;s legal and political communities, which heavily overlap. If cordial relations with people in Washington circles is disqualifying, then good luck finding a high-quality special counsel if you ever need one (which we didn#8217;t in this case, but that ship has sailed).

Comey is not a suspect in Mueller#8217;s probe. It is unlikely he is even a witness, since there is nothing of criminal substance to have witnessed (more on that coming). Regardless of one#8217;s view of Comey, moreover, his testimony so far is that there appears to be no evidence of Trump#8217;s collusion in Russia#8217;s campaign-meddling, and that the president was never even a suspect. Agitation over Comey#8217;s personal and professional attachment to Mueller is thus misspent energy. In the unlikely event that a prosecutorial decision to which Comey is somehow central must be made in this investigation, we can trust Mueller at that point to apply the relevant ethical rules and decide, on the basis of a concrete factual scenario rather than speculation, whether his recusal is required to avoid the appearance of impropriety.

219 I think he needs to fire Mueller. It will cause a political uproar, but with more evidence like the above coming out it would make it easier. I think the more he waits the worse it will be. The Mueller plan is to recommend impeachment before 2018 midterms, or have Mueller fired close enough to Nov so as to make that the issue of the 2018 campaign. If Trump fires him within the next 4 weeks, of course the Dems will make a stink but they can't do anything. The Repubs in Congress will lament but when push comes to shove they will not oppose Trump if he does fire Mueller, and they can use these Stork and Weissman texts as legit reasons. I think he may be waiting for the tax plan to be signed. What he does have going for him is his die-hard supporters (about a solid 40% of the electorate I would wager), think Russia is a load of shit and this is a clear witchhunt/coup. If Dems want to make 2018 campaign impeachment, voters will not care as they don't want that again. Remember, impeaching Bubba hurt Republicans in 1998.

Yes and no. He was one of the people in leadership at the FBI when a former female intel agent who claimed her gender was the reason she was being passed over for a job filed a suit.

Interestingly, well interesting seemingly only to me cause I've mentioned this a couple times and nobody seems to care, one of the people who supported her in a big and public way against McCabe was General Michael Flynn who wrote a glowing recommendation for her.

Supposedly, McCabe said the recommendation was irrelevant and self-serving and refused to consider it as a part of the case. Seems there might have been a little friction over this incident.

I think we're going to see a lot more of this, especially in the liberal and fine arts. If you have a BA or an MA you can tick off "has a degree" on a job application, which is good enough for an administrative assistant job somewhere. But a PhD actually means something. It's a huge increase in your ability to land lucrative, high status jobs that aren't too demanding.

So your graduate adviser has an incredibly enormous influence on your future. Enormous enough that you might just keep your mouth shut if he abuses you.

351 well, firing muller would be fun and satisfying but it is not as effective as leaving him in to suffer his fate of 1000 cuts. he larded his team up with hillary sycophants, lackies, toadies, whores, and Trump haters. He knew what he was doing as it wsas reported in the press as he was doing it.

Let his investigation be slowly discredited, destroyed in public. Eventually he will have to conduct his investigation honorably to save his reputation or he will have been so discredited that Trump will be able to fire him without consequence.

One has to wonder if Trump's team has merely been giving muller and his angry band of whores enough rope to hang themselves with.

Romney had an easy layup, all he had to do was take it to Obama. Instead he basically ignored Obama and let Candy Crowley blindside him. He was a chump, a guy like Rubio who memorized lines really well and repeated them smoothly but couldn't think on his feet. He was so comfortable with the uniparty and Obama's actions that he wasn't able to effectively fight back.

So he lost.

397 Posted by: Zombie Pol Pot at December 05, 2017 04:32 PM (pMGkg)

Moreover, it will be at his (Trump's) maximum strength.

So, am I worried about Trump's situation with the sadly-snared Mueller??

Not. At. All.

Mr. T is looking for maximum impact.
As he always does.

Likely Trump wants to substantially increase his electoral margins in 2020 - for a mandate-producing win.

And who could blame him. Or any _serious_ President. - He. Is. The. Man.

409 IG report expected early next year... like before SOTU?

Apropos of nothing, I remember at an airshow many years ago a helicopter took off with a beater car suspended below, and the announcer says "Hey we found this car parked illegally, holding up about 2000 others trying to park. What do you think we should do with someone's car who does that?" - as the helicopter gains altitude over the center of the field.

So imagine Trump at the SOTU, laying out his accomplishments, the GNP north of 4.0 %, the Dow north of 28,000, and then pointing out that this was all done in spite of a coup that was conducted by the people who lost the last election. Then he outlines the dozens of ethical and legal violations these people have committed, and he asks... what should we do with people like that?

At the airshow, everyone was in on the gag, of course, and they screamed "drop it!" The helicopter pilot, now at about 3000 feet, is patched into the PA system and asks "You think a 54 Plymouth can't do 225 mph? Just watch..." and he chops the current to the electromagnet holding the car. OMG what a beautiful splat - it landed flat on its wheels "real purty-like" - and parts went flying for hundreds of feet in all directions. In fact, there were a few serious injuries to staff who didn't believe you had to be like 500 feet back from the point of impact.

I just think that would be a real funny thing to happen at the SOTU - conceptually of course.

"Did the prosecution tell Flynn's lawyer that their main witness against him was removed for bias? Since Strzok led the interview and his testimony would be needed to establish untruthfulness, he is a critical witness not just a prosecutor. If not disclosed, would this not be a Giglio violation? This is the kind of misconduct that can get a case dismissed and a lawyer disbarred. It is a Constitutional violation. This has bothered me since I heard about it."

413 The "special" in "special prosecutor" is politician-speak for corrupt.

The entire process is hyper-political and anti-American.
