Here is my question, in all seriousness, where do you think the vid was made? The graffiti is in french and german. There are palm trees. When you get to the 50 sec mark "Bielefeld" is written on the wall behind the dancer, which is a german town. The larger words below Bielefeld seem to be something along the lines of "peur cloud" which maybe be something to do with fear cloud or why fear the cloud. Other stuff is written around there that makes me think it is probably in europe, maybe on the med somewhere?

I do try to do that more lately, though it might sound like it.
I just wonder when it's gonna change. It has to someday. I'm working on it, I just don't see any results right now and it gets me a bit down sometimes.

So, found some Come to Poppa vid last evening. Great vid, slutty chicks, swing around to the song.
Here is my question, in all seriousness, where do you think the vid was made? The graffiti is in french and german. There are palm trees. When you get to the 50 sec mark "Bielefeld" is written on the wall behind the dancer, which is a german town. The larger words below Bielefeld seem to be something along the lines of "peur cloud" which maybe be something to do with fear cloud or why fear the cloud. Other stuff is written around there that makes me think it is probably in europe, maybe on the med somewhere?
Since the girls are not all inked up it may be older.

I can't complain.

Same here. I don't believe anything from the media anymore unless I corroborate it with posts here or on Weasel Zippers, etc.
It's a shame that we don't have a 'zombie' in major cities all over the country for these things. 'zombie's infiltration and then reports on zombietime blog were masterful at exposing the Left's radicalism. Those woke me up to how much the media was spiking regarding the Left's vile and hate at these rallies.
That's really what needs to start happening more and more, because otherwise the media is just going to work with Obama, Soros and the Democrats to stir up more of this nonsense, just like they did with Black Lives Matter and use it to smear Trump and the GOP and block anything they want to do.

Situation 2. Today. RINOs demand Trump must condemn "White Nationalism". Democrats agree.
This is how it is every time. Dems demand the GOP take responsibility for "right wing" violence which the GOP happily does. Then when "left wing" violence takes places the Dems say it is not their fault, and the GOP happily agrees.
This is why the Democrat party still controls congress despite being a minority party in both houses.

"B" model, considerably pricier. That's the electronics though, not the airframe itself. But, it can do more things than the "A" model. Just at a few hundred knots less airspeed.
It can drop a heavier bomb load than the B-52, and carry that load 100% internally in the bomb-bays, vs. the '52 carrying half the load on hardpoints on wings and fuselage.
With the Sniper targeting pod and matching GBU series bombs, it's a "one target, one bomb" system, and it can carry a LOT of bombs!
Very effective system, with lots n' lots of bangs for the bucks!

I was doing some work on an AF runway when some bastard in a C-5 decided it was a good time to practice touch and goes. Airfield management would call us on the radio, we'd back off about 100 yes, he'd come come in and touch and hit it on the far end where we were, off he goes... we'd get back to the edge of the runway. Half an hour later he's back again...

Back around '84 or so, I had to go and make an emergency "get 'er home" to an 18 ft. Chaparral bowrider boat, with a 135hp Evinrude on a heavy duty galvanized trailer.
It was about fifteen miles from home.
I had to use my 1984 VW Rabbit, with 4 speed manual, to do the task.
Top speed was just under 45 mph, and braking was a long, well considered and carefully executed process.
Did it at four a.m., just to have empty roads and cooler air.
Got it home, but ...barely. Just. Barely.
That was one of those "just because you can't, doesn't mean you should" exercises.

As with the preceding F-111, which employed the same engagement model in parts of its envelope, B-1 aircrew were killed early on by bugs in the radar, the TFR logic, or the inability of the airframe to cope with abrupt pitch inputs when a mountain showed up unexpectedly ahead.
(Also along the lines of the F-111, the initial B-1 design incorporated a large ejection capsule rather than letting crew members punch out individually. This thankfully got canned.)
In many ways the Bone is a very impressive aircraft. It cost way too much, though, and the USAF didn't buy enough of them.

So using an axe, or a half-moon edger, I cut a long slit in the turf, pushed the cable into it with a screwdriver, and hammered the slit closed with the back of the axe. Took me a couple of hours, and it's buried at best 2" deep. But that's enough to avoid the lawnmowers and snow blower. The cable itself is old geophone cord, which has a reallytough urethane jacket on it. And it's basically at DC ground, so if moisture should find its way in, there will be no drama.

But, I don't think it'd be hard to put something similar in just about any old amp.

If I were to find myself somehow, suddenly surrounded by a Flash Mob Riot, I'd at least try to find refuge inside the closest retailer, restaurant, etc. Might not be possible, but I'd try.
I'd also take care to make sure that I could not be mistaken for an active participant in the melee.
If I did had to shoot, I'd be shooting from being trapped back behind a dumpster and brick wall, kind of thing.
It DOES SUCK to have to "retreat" to prove a defensive posture...but that's one situation where the odds are loaded so very against you, that you just HAVE to set the stage for the No Other Choice defense.
Argue otherwise if you will, but in vain. You won't win over a jury to acquit you if you're seen as even slightly "the aggressor" in a riot situation.
Pro Tip. AVOID RIOT SITUATION.

Then I'd have to put bluetooth into my desktop computer. The amp is an old Realistic 35W/channel solid state job I rescued from the dump. Fixed one little problem, and it plays like new.
If I were going to go wireless for this, I would get an FM stereo transmitter good for about 100 mW, and then put tuners on my receiving sites.

I snagged a little Armaco solid-state PA amp this week. Two mike inputs, and a "music" input, all 1/4" phone jacks, and an "aux" input, an RCA jack. Has terminals for 4, 8, and 16 ohm speakers plus 25 and 70 volt line outs.
Armaco (R. Mack and Company) was a big importer/marketer of Japan-made electronics products in Canada in the '60's and '70's. Kind of comparable to Radio Shack, in quality.
Haven't tried it yet.

I can't recall which one Yeager wiped out. Probably the big.
I do recall the most dangerous motor on that failed flight turned out to be the ejection seat. After leaving the jet, and separating from the seat, he collided with it again while the spent solid rocket was still hot. It broke his helmet faceplate and ignited his oxygen flow.
As with Niki Lauda, if you are fortunate enough to meet Chuck in person, maybe you don't mention those faint remaining burn scars, or stare. You just remind yourself about the Right Stuff.

Similar speed story of my (late, beloved) Dad, aboard a (here, un-named) Fast Attack sub, vs. a certain nuclear powered carrier in the mid-'60s.
Hammer down joint return voyage to Norfolk, VA, from the Med.
Sub arrived in the double digits hours, ahead of the flattop.
And I still don't know how many hours or days either took for the crossing, only the fact that the sub smoked the parking lot.
A certain class of those early Fast Attacks, were VERY Fast Attacks.
Interesting thing. Go Wikipedia any post 1960 sub, by any name you know.

The USN have been putting up stationary simulated deckhouses on land, with Aegis arrays, going back to the original proof of concept. Lots easier and cheaper to do the tedious debugging when not at sea.
Likewise with VLS missile cells. They don't care if they are in a steel deck structure or a concrete bunker.
Really, though, when in geographic proximity to Russia, you want every piece of the sensor to shooter loop to be mobile, and move them often. Ivan's doctrine involves putting in Spetsnaz elements early on. To go after those high value assets. Those guys are good at what they do.

Gardner is now working with the GOPe in their war against Trump and all his voters. Hard times are coming. Know your friends, and know who is not your friend.

Only one B-1 story.
At an Air Force/BYU game, at Colorado Springs, in the late 80s.
As one might expect, Air Force gets, um, pretty cool flyovers for their games.
The stadium is perched up on the hillside, we were near the top rim on the southern side, I think. End zone position.
The flyover aircraft came swooping in from the east towards the mountains, turned south, flew straight over the stadium (the long axis).
F-15s, F-16s, as I recall. Then, the B-1. He does the same route, but (apparently) misjudged a bit (too low), so when he came over the stadium .... it was pretty obvious he was too low. We're near the top rim of the stadium, so the noise, wow. And the aroma of the exhaust as it descended onto us.
Anyway, crowd got a thrill, and I think our Air Force liaison told us the flight crew got a reprimand of some kind.

More years ago than I care to remember, I did living history re-enacting. I am qualified to both command and train a crew for the 12 lb. Mountain Howitzer and the Union 3" Ordnance Rifle. Don't let the infantry have all the fun. Canister rounds [like a giant shotgun shell with over 100 .69 caliber lead balls] will take down anyone standing at 100 yards, 30 degrees to either side of the axis of the tube. And while it is not exactly consonant with the 1864 Manual of Field Artillery Tactics, we <i>did</i> discover a way to make a canister equivalent of a full choke round.

Tesla is, on their own, bootstrapping a new technology and infrastructure to support it. They make money on every car they sell, but overall they are still losing money because they are plowing heroic amounts into building their own battery factory, building SuperCharger stations all across America and other countries, and building out a mass-production line to make affordable cars.
The article claims that it's telling that sales of Tesla cars dropped off when tax breaks were removed. When everyone knew the tax breaks were about to end, they bought before the breaks ended, so of course sales went to zero the month afterward... proves nothing about the car itself. And since Tesla has had all these expenses but hasn't started shipping the Model 3 in volume, it's incredibly dishonest to divide the expenses by the number of cars delivered, then compare to established companies that have been shipping for decades.
Tesla has pre-orders for half a million Model 3s. If they don't deliver, bad times ahead, but as long as they deliver they will be hugely profitable in the near future.

Not up on all the particulars, but it had to do with his computer being hacked and claiming it was a person on this board (also non grata) who did it. He never stopped gnawing at that bone and, if IIRC, a cob got tired of that on the ONT; he was also warned to stop. Like I said, that's what I remember, but my memory has been known to be somewhat, um, . . . faulty. Yeah, that's the word, faulty.
Quite a few bannings occurred last year during the primaries. Trumpers vs. Cruzers (nobody wanted Jeb! [please clap]). There was many an ONT during that period with cobs warning [no primary talk]. Once it came down to Trump or the Hildebeast, things settled down, although some never Trumpers kept picking that scab.

It was at Fort Hood Texas - a few months before I went to Vietnam. There was an old Jeep set up as a target. I had no problem hitting the Jeep. There were several pop-up army silhouettes near the Jeep so I targeted a couple of them and knocked them over also with my first bursts at each. As I remember the peep sights on that M-60 went out to 1100 meters. Wouldn't want anyone shooting at me with an M-60.

Don't know if this will reach you, but yes it was a rip off. Normal procedure was that each nominated candidate had a slate of prospective delegates at the State Convention to go to National pledged to their candidate. The State Delegates would vote for the candidates for president, and based on the proportion of votes at the State Convention, the National delegates would be apportioned from among the slates.
In the name of being "uncommitted" the Colorado Republican Central Committee unilaterally changed the rules and presented a take it or leave it slate of National Delegate candidates chosen by them, who would in theory vote their consciences regardless of the preference votes at the State Convention. The preference votes by the State Convention delegates were split as could be expected. Within minutes of that vote it was announced that ALL of Colorado's National delegates had spontaneously chosen Cruz, who the Central Committee coincidentally were working for.
Another reason not to be a Republican. You have no choice of candidates.
