Yes it is satisfying in a way to have Trump fight back in school yard taunts and people have said they wish Bush had done this . But has it accomplished anything other than this personal satisfaction? Has it made the Press or his other opponents slow their attacks and obstruction? You can make the argument that it has caused them to ramp up their attacks and obstruction. I'm hoping though it will have the effect of wearing them out . Admittedly , though I don't see the objective positive effects now of this schoolyard fight, it's only been six months. The Press and his opponents may punch themselves out eventually.

I actually think this was one of the funnier exchanges on Twitter today, this Trump/Mika story. Trump hits at Joe Mika w/ "face lift at Mar-A-Lago", and Mika comes back w/ a picture of the back of a Cheerios box featuring a toddler reaching for a Cheerio w/ the words "For small hands" emblazoned across the top.
Honestly, I laughed. It's just so silly and ridiculous.
If the President/media relationship were HEALTHY, they could snipe at each other like this, get petty and mean, and then after a bit of back and forth they could laugh it off and say, "Yeah, okay, I went a bit off the deep end. Let's have an actual conversation now."

Let's not forget that Trump is a New York liberal, so why be surprised when he talks and acts like a New York liberal. That being said, I'm glad he's on our side on most issues now and that tweet was hilarious. Screw Joe and Mika. They have been going after him for months and they need to be taken down a peg. And he's not going after the media here, he's going after a branch of the Democratic Party. And as far as the general cleaning the latrine because the troops won't leave the trenches, the troops aren't in the trenches, they won't even leave the barracks. They are cowards.
