Temporary Professor Urges White Male Professors to "Please Quit," Also Opines That White Women Profs Aren't Much Better

My daughter's 7th grade summer reading project:
Read "Shooting Kabul" the story of a Muslim boy fleeing Afghanistan because of war.
1) Write a five part easay as if you were the character.
2) Go interview an immigrant in the community.
I am proposing an alternate project where she reads a book about an American soldier that goes to war to free people in their own lands.
I will also have her do interviews with veterans at the free veterans breakfast we hold every month.
Any age appropriate suggestions on the book from you good folks?

The current "truth" by the Left is as such:
"Gender" is a social construct and also at the same time an unchangeable characteristic of an individual. "Gender" means whether you identify as a man, a woman, or mayonaisse.
"Gender" is completely different than biological sex. Thus the oppressive doctors "assign" a gender to babies by assuming that everyone with a penis is of the male "gender". "Cis-gender" means you think you are the gender "assigned" to you at birth, which means you are accepting and perpetuating said oppression.
Biological sex, further, is now considered a "spectrum" with a plethora of "sex determining genes" such that there are a myriad of biological sexes as well.
Both of these are different from "gender expression", who you are emotionally attracted to, or who you are sexually attracted to... all of which are now different from each other.
Also, "heterosexuality" was invented in the 19th century to oppress and colonize the minds of non-Whites, and being "straight" or "cis" is now considered a mental illness that needs to be corrected.

We have a company where I live that makes manufactured homes and they are constantly advertising jobs but can't find any qualified people with the necessary skill sets to fill them. Mind you, these are considered entry level positions.
The basic skills like math and critical thinking that used to be taught in High School aren't there anymore.

The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee approved the Stop Improper Federal Bonuses Act (S. 696) along with 17 other bills.
Sen. Dean Heller (R-Nev.) co-sponsored the bill with Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) and Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.).
It bill would prohibit agency leaders from awarding bonuses to employees who have committed a felony or violated a policy for which they could be removed or suspended no less than 14 days. It would also require employees who engage in such misconduct to repay bonuses they have already received.

I got waitlisted for an MFA program in Creative Writing, but everyone in the top 3 accepted, so I got passed over.
If I had gotten in, I'd be teaching entry level English classes right now.

Furthermore, as xhe reveals in the crazy writing, this "problem" was dreamed p and handed to xer on a silver platter by xer thesis advisor, who is liberally cited and referenced in the paper itself.
So the whole thing, aside from its useless triviality, is basically just regurgitating what her mentor already said, and thereby guaranteeing that the thesis will be accepted -- since the mentor is the person judging the quality of the thesis!

Hey, I had to take a shit ton of extra classes (many of which killed my GPA because immunobiology is really more of a graduate level course) to get my BS.
They had a bunch of name plates made up back when I had an office and mine said "BS" at the end and I went "you know, I wish I had just stuck with the BA."
(I actually had enough credits that I could have applied for a double major except they were all in biology. But I had credits twice over for it.)

The Ph.D thesis at Princeton on "counterinsurgency" by David Petraeus is about as childishly derivative as you can imagine. More regurgitation going on than from a busy mama seagull.

Holy shit. I got flack for naming some fake molecules using L337 (my molecules are B00Z3 and DNK).
And my dissertation is in bioethics, I only needed a hypothetical scientific example of model fidelity so I created a simplistic one and had some fun with names.
Whole aspects of her dissertation are nothing but lame inside jokes.
(I have one other reference to Doctor Who on silence by scientists about animal research. Also my dissertation borrows it's name from Raymond chen's blog, but that's thematic so it was allowed.)

Permit me to translate:
1) I'm a temporary assistant professor.
2) There are many fewer tenure-track openings in my field than there terminal-degree holders to fill those positions. (This is true for nearly any discipline outside business, engineering, and maybe law, as far as I have been able to learn. There used to be a really good blog called Invisible Adjunct that went into this topic, among others.)
3) Nobody told me about #2 when I decided to pursue a terminal degree.
4) My research is...um...I can't even, which makes me an uncompetitive candidate for the few positions that are available.
5) The immense and publicly-spotlighted-by-my-own-efforts chip on my shoulder makes hiring committees call my potential for collegiality into question (but I can always attribute that to racism/sexism, so hey, feature!).

There's also plenty of work in the private sector and gummint for good mathematicians. Way more than for Women's Studies, that's for sure.

Bingo. Having only one (coauthored) paper sounds pretty bad.
I do know this: if her research were in any way competitive, math departments would be lining up around the block begging her to join. It's not like there are a whole lot of black female math PhDs out there. Any qualified candidate is gonna be able to write her own ticket, just to get diversity points for the department.
Conclusion: her research and teaching skills aren't great.
