I wouldn't be surprised if they tried that but I think even the radical left is figuring out that riots and violence make them look really, really bad and hurt them a lot. Occupy was supposed to transform America and just ended up ugly, nasty, rapey, and annoyed everyone. I'm always so slow, so willow-ed.
My guess is the public "slow-walking" and the non-firing of the holdovers is to allow time to get the maximum possible knowledge of everything that has gone on before a secret grand jury and give the holdovers hope that they are still undercover. They are following the breadcrumbs higher and higher and setting traps to catch bigger and bigger fish. http://tinyurl.com/kafxmsg "2. The Black Hat who did the unmasking is very high up in the intelligence world and is not in the FBI. Putting that aspect into prior information leads to a higher probability the individual was Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper. 3. The two people reported yesterday in the New York Times report, by reporter Maggie Haberman, were not Nunes sources. Ezra Cohen-Watnick, the senior director for intelligence at the National Security Council, and Michael Ellis, a lawyer who works on national security issues at the White House Counsel's Office, only helped Nunes navigate the intelligence. They were not the source. That Cohen-Watnick and Michael Ellis were not the sources, leads further credence to the belief that their names were seeded to Katie Walsh as a canary operation to identify the White House leaker." One thing about this story that is so fascinating - the presses ongoing interest, and intense disinterest in crucial elements. For example, intense interest in who Nunes talked to in the White House (which seems like a non-story, I mean, who gives a shit? he's a congressman gathering information. I assume he has security clearances) while they have utter dis-interest in who unmasked the names (which is probably fucking illegal) and sent the information out (potentially illegal), or who leaked the reports to the press (massively fucking illegal).

There's a lotta dick in Tahiti. Posted by: Field Marshall Barky at March 31, 2017 06:10 PM (97XyN) Yeah, smooth brown boys as far as the eye can see... To date, his cavorting in Tahiti by himself on a tropical isle in the private compound of a hedonistic billionaire is the the biggest FU yet to America. It certainly supports the fact that ValJar was always the actual POTUS, since she is safely ensconced in the Obama residence running the shadow government while he orgies in Tahiti. I thought it would take him a year to dump Mooch and the Spawn, but, he got it done on that vacay they went on where they left from the Inauguration. I've said it before, but this really bothers me. He still has his kids at home, not to mention his wife. It's just weird. And not right. This is the profile of a CIA extraction of a defector out of the old USSR. The wife and kids had to stay at home so the CIA could cover up the defection. They might have even asked the defector to return to wife and kids to work as a double agent. If the defector and his family both disappear at the same time, the defector is of little use to the CIA except for the information he will dribble out over time, trying to appear to be valuable to the CIA. CaliGirl, certainly breezy but nothing extraordinary. Just ridiculously beautiful "spring" weather - actually, the air is a bit softer and cooler, and there are quite a few things blooming, so it *does* feel spring-like, for SoCal.
Stupid but beautiful orioles are back, hope a pair decides to nest here again, the male's colors really are spectacular. And CaliGirl, the handgun situation is getting worse. Smith and Ruger announced a while back they'll not be intro'ing any new new products here, and the "roster" continues to take its victims, esp. now with the absurd "micro-stamping" nonsense (I'm too furious and alienated to even check on the status of the case against the roster - the completely lawlessness of the courts on the 2nd Amendment .... which now features outright defiant f**k-yous to the SCOTUS from two circuits, a nice touch ..... is a nice almost daily reminder of what an empty farce much of the US's vaunted system of govt. has become). I'm probably going to be ID'ing my must-haves on the roster and contacting the manufacturers to confirm they will be renewing their status past 1/18. Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of ill-gotten lore, While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping, As of some one gently rapping, rapping at the senate door. `'Tis some visitor,' I muttered, `tapping at my office door - Only this, and nothing more.' Ah, distinctly I remember it was in the bleak December, And each separate dying ember wrought its ghost upon the floor. Eagerly I booked a flight - to the home of One Direction I would pay back all those Hobbits - Verily those evil Hobbits for the lost election - For the rare and Radiant election. Nameless here for evermore. And the silken sad uncertain rustling of each purple curtain Thrilled me - filled me with fantastic terrors never felt before; So that now, to still the beating of my heart, I stood repeating `'Tis some visitor entreating entrance at my office door - Some late visitor entreating entrance at my office door; - This it is, and nothing more,' Presently my soul grew stronger; hesitating then no longer, `Sir,' said I, `or Madam, truly your forgiveness I implore; But the fact is I was napping, and so gently you came rapping, And so faintly you came tapping, tapping at my chamber door, That I scarce was sure I heard you' - here I opened wide the door; - Darkness there, and nothing more. Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before; But the silence was unbroken, and the darkness gave no token, And the only word there spoken was the whispered word, Putin! This I whispered, and an echo murmured back the word, Putin! Merely this and nothing more. Back into the chamber turning, all my soul within me burning, Soon again I heard a tapping somewhat louder than before. `Surely,' said I, `surely that is something at my window lattice; Let me see then, what thereat is, and this mystery explore - Let my heart be still a moment and this mystery explore; - 'Tis the wind and nothing more!' Open here I flung the shutter, when, with many a flirt and flutter, In there stepped a stately Penguin of the saintly days of yore. Not the least obeisance made he; not a minute stopped or stayed he; But, with mien of lord or lady, perched above my office door - Perched upon a bust of Chavez just above my office door - Perched, and sat, and nothing more. Then this dapper bird beguiling my sad fancy into smiling, By the grave and stern decorum of the countenance it wore, `Though thy crest be shorn and shaven, thou,' I said, `art sure no craven. Ghastly grim and ancient penguin wandering from the nightly shore - Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night's Plutonian shore!' Quoth the Penguin, `Nevermore.' Much I marvelled this ungainly fowl to hear discourse so plainly, Though its answer little meaning - little relevancy bore; For we cannot help agreeing that no living human being Ever yet was blessed with seeing bird above his office door - Bird or beast above the sculptured bust above his office door, With such name as `Nevermore.' But the Penguin, sitting lonely on the placid bust, spoke only, That one word, as if his soul in that one word he did outpour. Nothing further then he uttered - not a feather then he fluttered - Till I scarcely more than muttered `Other friends have flown before - On the morrow he will leave me, as my hopes have flown before.' Then the bird said, `Nevermore.' Startled at the stillness broken by reply so aptly spoken, `Doubtless,' said I, `what it utters is its only stock and store, Caught from some unhappy master whom unmerciful disaster Followed fast and followed faster till his songs one burden bore - Till the dirges of his hope that melancholy burden bore Of "Never-nevermore."' But the Penguin still beguiling all my sad soul into smiling, Straight I wheeled a cushioned seat in front of bird and bust and door; Then, upon the velvet sinking, I betook myself to linking Fancy unto fancy, thinking what this ominous bird of yore - What this grim, ungainly, ghastly, gaunt, and ominous bird of yore Meant in croaking `Nevermore.' This I sat engaged in guessing, but no syllable expressing To the fowl whose fiery eyes now burned into my bosom's core; This and more I sat divining, with my head at ease reclining On the cushion's velvet lining that the lamp-light gloated o'er, But whose velvet violet lining with the lamp-light gloating o'er, Alert the press, ah, nevermore! Then, methought, the air grew denser, perfumed from an unseen censer Swung by Seraphim whose foot-falls tinkled on the tufted floor. `Wretch,' I cried, `thy God hath lent thee - by these angels he has sent thee Respite - respite and nepenthe from thy memories of that election! Quaff, oh quaff this kind nepenthe, and forget this lost election Quoth the Penguin, "Nevermore.' `Prophet!' said I, `thing of evil! - prophet still, if bird or devil! - Whether tempter sent, or whether tempest tossed thee here ashore, Desolate yet all undaunted, on this desert land enchanted - On this home by horror haunted - tell me truly, I implore - Is there - is there balm in Gilead? - tell me - tell me, I implore!' Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.' `Prophet!' said I, `thing of evil! - prophet still, if bird or devil! By that Heaven that bends above us - by that God we both adore - Tell this soul with sorrow laden if, within the distant Aidenn, It shall clasp a sainted maiden whom the angels name Lenore - Clasp a rare and radiant maiden, whom the angels name Lenore?' Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.' Posted by: Lily (formerly from HotAir now from AoSHQ) assassin in the night at March 31, 2017 06:41 PM (vfC/C) 320

While Obama's main focus would be fund raising scams he would run on the rich billionaires who, themselves, are familiar with scam artists since they see so many of them. The entire population of California is 38 million If there's 50 million illegals here, we've already lost the country. Posted by: Maritime at March 31, 2017 07:07 PM (A17+m) 398

The Bamster set precedent by whacking Americans without due process when not on U.S. soil. Last time I checked Tahiti wasn't one of the 57 states.

" And if you don't think TFG did this against Romney in 2012, then, well.....whatevs...."
And if you don't think TFG did this against all the 17 Republicans in the primary then, well....whatevs... Posted by: geoffb5 at March 31, 2017 06:16 PM ----------- TFG has a documented history of blackmail--going back, at least, to his senate run. At this point, does it still sound like conspiracy-theory lunacy to think this sort of crap was/is SOP for him and his admin? I'm recalling John Roberts' turnabout on the healthcare question: is it a tax or is it a penalty? Posted by: EyeTest at March 31, 2017 07:12 PM (5x9My) 401

I was listening to the radio on the way home, and they were broadcasting the CBS Evening News. The way they were telling it, it's a dead certainty that the Russians interfered with the election, and the only questions are how long it was going on and who was involved.

Then check out the demographics of states that traditionally DON'T have Hispanics. Posted by: rickb223 at March 31, 2017 07:22 PM (TUUTu) In my part of Pennsylvania, I hardly ever saw any Mexicans before 2000. Now they're all over the place, and that was the case even before Obama took office. Posted by: rickl at March 31, 2017 07:28 PM (sdi6R) 407

I've always known Clapper was a liar of epic proportions. Just go back to his testimony about them not surveiling Americans. Remember him scratching his head...wife said right then he was was lying and she was RIGHT, it's been proven since.
