Okay, that doesn't top the Nobel Committee giving Obama the Peace Prize -- a president notable for spending every day of his two terms at war -- but still, come on. Giving Chelsea Clinton a "lifetime achievement" award? At a conference honoring "Women in Power"? In power? My stars, she's not even in the workforce. Anyway, this is all super-important stuff.
Next month, Variety magazine will host its annual "Women in Power" luncheon, where it will pass out "lifetime achievement awards" to several lucky ladies who have dedicated their lives in the service of others. This year, for no apparent reason, Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of former President Bill Clinton and former Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, will get a "lifetime achievement" award for her service to…well, that part's not quite clear. But she'll get the lifetime achievement award anyway.
Other winners this year include Gayle King of "CBS This Morning," actresses Jessica Chastain, Blake Lively and Audra McDonald and media executive Shari Redstone. According to Variety, Clinton is being honored "for her work with Alliance for a Healthier Generation, which empowers kids to develop lifelong healthy habits."Ohhhh... her work "with" a group that tells kids to eat broccoli and avoid drugs. Okay, wow. I didn't know she was working "with" such a controversial, paradigm-changing group I never heard of.

In Bill's defense he did do something, rather crooked granted, but he did do something to move up. Hillary just married him, and maybe reproduced with him depending on the conspiracy theory you find more realistic.

Hillary would not have won in 2008.
She would not have gotten the A-A vote out like Obama did in 2008, and would not have gotten the fawning coverage that Obama did.
Every election is different. Remember all the experts saying Ohio was a swing state and Trump won it by 9. Same for Iowa.
The only way Hillary would have won in 2008 was if it was a 3 way race with a Libertarian/3rd Party candidate getting a bunch of attention, cough, Ross Perot, cough Gary Johnson.
