Newt really ripped into MSM on Meet the Press yesterday as the worst actors this cycle. He went on to say that Clinton Cash Corruption was a hundred violations of law including the Emoluments clause in the Constitution which prohibits any US officer or their spouse from getting anything in value from foreigners. huck Todd had no response, thanked Newt for coming by and cut to commercial. And the 100 grand fee to talk to Bubba (2 minute phone call probably) before the approval of appointments to talk to the Sec of State about some "fixing"? And birthday checks from caliphs for Bubba that were left off disclosure forms (and tax returns too maybe?). Then he got mouthed off at by Chel's and quit. Approx. 2 years ago I read a Vanity Fair article that was actually factual regarding Chelsea Clinton. They interviewed a lot of people from NBC and former employees of the Clinton Crime Syndicate that relayed what a little dictator bitch Chelsea was to work with and for. NBC underlings hated her for being able to waltz in with a 6 figure salary that her parents arranged for her, never having to pay any dues, and displayed no talent whatsoever. She was so bad they stopped planning news stories for her to broadcast and just kept paying her basically to stay home.
Former employees of the Foundation including Band talked about her imperious attitude, micro-management style, and how she treated underlings like shit. Sound familiar? Posted by: Cheri at November 07, 2016 12:52 PM (oiNtH) 111

What's left to nationalize? My local democrats are calling for all hospitals, health insurance, and health places to be nationalized. To "cut costs," of course.
But that's only 1/6th of the economy. They are all bleating about the Warren idea; so why not nationalize all 401k's as well as all corporations (of course, only the "republican" ones like Chick-fil-A and Hobby Lobby; Google and Facebook have nothing to worry about). And then, all small businesses. Full commie, within 4 years. Who's going to stop them? The GOP? Hardly! The Supreme Court? All it takes is one drone on Alito or Thomas, and that's it. Describe our political establishment? Try this:
The "Red Death" had long devastated the country. No pestilence had ever been so fatal, or so hideous. Blood was its Avatar and its seal --the redness and the horror of blood. There were sharp pains, and sudden dizziness, and then profuse bleeding at the pores, with dissolution. The scarlet stains upon the body and especially upon the face of the victim, were the pest ban which shut him out from the aid and from the sympathy of his fellow-men. And the whole seizure, progress and termination of the disease, were the incidents of half an hour. But the Prince Prospero was happy and dauntless and sagacious. When his dominions were half depopulated, he summoned to his presence a thousand hale and light-hearted friends from among the knights and dames of his court, and with these retired to the deep seclusion of one of his castellated abbeys. This was an extensive and magnificent structure, the creation of the prince's own eccentric yet august taste. A strong and lofty wall girdled it in. This wall had gates of iron. The courtiers, having entered, brought furnaces and massy hammers and welded the bolts. They resolved to leave means neither of ingress or egress to the sudden impulses of despair or of frenzy from within. The abbey was amply provisioned. With such precautions the courtiers might bid defiance to contagion. The external world could take care of itself. In the meantime it was folly to grieve, or to think. The prince had provided all the appliances of pleasure. There were buffoons, there were improvisatori, there were ballet-dancers, there were musicians, there was Beauty, there was wine. All these and security were within. Without was the "Red Death." Posted by: Alcoholic Asshole Shut-In at November 07, 2016 12:57 PM (CPk08) 146

Posted by: Maritime at November 07, 2016 12:56 PM (d369m) ----------------- One thing the MSM has avoided talking about for obvious reasons is the fact that Trump always talks about shoring up Social Security and Medicare. The Democrats usually dust off their scare ads to warn off people reliant on these programs from voting for Republicans. They can't run that play this time. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out this election with the white working class vote that Republicans have been so weak on in the Midwest and New England in recent elections. I haven't been following the polls or the running tally ofearly votes, but when the final results of Florida early voting came over the television it was like a sweeping tidal wave had rolled through and over our house. My oldest daughter let out a shriek of despairthat I haven't heard since FBI Director Comey announced that he was opening the witch hunt through Hillary's personal, yoga emails the frist time. My daughter came into the kitchen where I was making the latest soy, pomegranate, cucumber and watercress smoothie with tears streaming down her face. She had that inconsolable look of someone who had been in a disaster: stunned, injured and afraid. "Why Mommie, why?" she sobbed, chest heaving. "Why is Hillary doing so badly compared to Obama in 2012 in early voting in Florida?" I was aghast - I took the results out of her hand and scanned them thinking there must be some mistake. My hands shook as I read through them "This can't be." I thought to myself. "Obama was up by over 3% in early voting and just managed to squeak a win out of Florida. Here the democrats are only up by .6%.?!" I looked through the cross tabs and saw that a full 25% are "new voters" and it hit me. New voters? New voters energized tovote for Hillary, 30 year Washington DC insider? As therealization that that could not be the case, that these werevoters for (gasp) that evil, short-fingered megalomaniac, and that they were out in numbers that neither of us could comprehend, hit me my face changed and tears began to stream down my face. My daughter and I held each other, and cried and sobbed until we had forgotten about our smoothie, and the freshly made gravlax and wasa bread squares with creme fraiche. My daughter looked up at me with swollen eyes filled with tears. "B-but Mommie what about those polls that show that 28% of republican voters arecrossing over to vote for Hillary. That's almost a third of them! Won't that make up the difference?" I hated to do it - but the truth had to be said: "I am so sorry." I snuffed. "No, dear. Those polls are just made up to try and help some of the possibly "good" Republicans do the right thing. They are not actually true." "But why, Mommie, why?" I looked in her poor little blood-shot eyes and . . . I did not have an answer. We had nothing else we could do but hold each other tightly andconvulse in tears until yoga time. Look I am as about as anti Obama as it comes. But I believe he could have been a great president if he would have compromised according our traditions on several issues. He really could have moved the country together. Instead he chose to be poltical, ideological and inflexible. So he failed miserably. In the process he has also opened the kimono on democrats attempt to simply corrupt, coerce and force the American people to submit to their will. Now they are doubling down. self to vote for this guy" and folks who were 'nevertrump' before when this came out... they went "ok he's a sleazeball but I cannot let a satan worshipper in office" My hubby is far from evangelical - more 'cynic intentionally not following sleazy politics.' @Cheri, Curmudgeon, Soothie: I think the reason the MUMR-bot rewrites comments the way it does rather than instant-delete is that insta-delete/total ban actually takes a moment to propagate through the post. Think of the comments section as being like a reel of tape that has to be cut and re-spliced every time a section is removed. It's easier to initially overwrite *and then* delete than it is to script a faster delete, because the data ref for the post getting deleted is easier to change than to rebuild the whole reference table - at least as instantaneously.
I could be wrong, though. The overwrite could be something like "HODOR", but rather than just one thing, somebody (possibly drunk) wrote up a whole table of insanity it uses at random when somebody assigned to MUMR-shaming posts. They type the comment, it is seamlessly replaced with random vulgar idiocy, and then deleted whenever the comments table gets rebuilt. Posted by: Sporkatus at November 07, 2016 01:56 PM (eXSOZ) 430

As to what the point of the MUMR-script is, it was created expressly as a way to target MUMR, who some may recall went completely apeshit. Some of the insane idiocies are tailored toward things he was saying - threats toward ace, "Satan bless" instead of "God Bless
TVOC should be proud he inherited such a work of programming. Posted by: Sporkatus at November 07, 2016 01:59 PM (eXSOZ) 432

Wow -
Just wow. Latest NM poll has Trump within 2 of Clinton. And the poll numbers are interesting - yes it is a biased ample - although this is NM we are talking about here - it is a 48/37/14 Dem/ Rep/Ind overall registration numbers in NM are 47/31/19 from the last info I could find - so Dems are slight;y over sampled according to registration - Repubs also over sampled - but I think in this election that might make sense - But not sure why you would assume almost a point higher than registration in your poll sample for dems - unless there is a little home cooking going on. It probably should be a 45/35/18 sample - anyway even with the oversampling of Dems this one is an true toss up. Oh-BAHM-uh won the state by 80K votes ( 10% spread) . a 2 % spread, even assuming the same turnout as last time, is right at 15K ( a lower total vote number means it is even less than that!), this means that if Trump really is pulling new voters into the fold that are simply not showing up in polls - at all - then he has a real shot at this state. Think about it this way - if only an extra 500 voters per county show up then Trump wins that state - !! Come on NM Horde members - get every Trumpista out to the polls and get your Dem friends to strike a vote against corrupt Washington DC - vote Trump 2016!! CheChe's Publius Redux Daughter ............. I don't know when that piece you pasted in was written, but as of today, Hillary is up in early voting. That was not true a week ago. If Trump loses Florida - and that looks likely when you see how many Hispanic voters are coming out in early voting - then it's all over. But at least we'll know early and can start drinking all the sooner. ______________________________________________ Ahem - Chitown Gerry - you sound a bit concerned. Are you? Did you read the piece -? It is based on the FINAL numbers from Florida EV/AV. The point it makes is that, at this time with Mitt in 2012, he was down by 3% (i.e. Dems had a 3% lead) and Oh-BAHM-uh won the state in a squeeker (1%) with near historic levels of dem turnout.. This election cycle Dems only have a .6% ( that is less than 1%) lead at this point and Dems are ALL about early voting and building a big lead to overcome the landslide of Repubs that usually swamp election day. It also shows that there is a 25% "new voter" number in that count - new voters here will weigh in Trump's favor. The latest lame stream attempt to spin these numbers is some unsupported polls that allege that 28% of republicans are going to vote for Hillary. Let me put it to you this way - that is NOT happening. That is a flat out made up, pulled out of your #ss number. Trump has solidified the Republican side and Hillary continues to bleed her far left voters and "blue collar" white dems. This one is not going to be close. Trump wins FLA early, at least I think, based on these #s. You can go to Drudge if you want more info - we were apparently both writing our stuff around the same time - his came out right before mine. So - there you go. Hope you are no longer concerned. 375 The Democrats will really have to pull out all the stops to cheat this election.
THAT is what I am afraid of. It's all or nothing for them. Posted by: Paladin Good news on that front. Arizona judge says dems can't drive around collecting mail-in ballots and drop off trunkloads to the polling place. Which believe it or not, they used to be allowed to do there, and are probably allowed to do in dozens of other states. Broward country (Florida) Election officials were caught by a temporary worker (who signed an affidavit to this effect) sitting in a backroom filling out stacks of absentee ballots. Trump's attorney's are on that one and it's worth 150 K votes. I'm sure some dik judge will say, 'well we know only one is a real vote and 150 K are phonies, but we can't risk taking away the vote of that one guy' so we'll have to let them all through'. Honestly, why the US continues to put up with absentee, early and no ID voting is beyond me. Its a system designed for cheating and the Democrats have large organized efforts specializing in cheating for them all. You don't think Foval and Creamer haven't got this crap covered?
