Soros knows how to keep people bought. Posted by: rickb223 at October 27, 2016 09:44 AM (dhqL5) Brother, ain't that the truth. Soros has gotten very good value for his money with TFG along with the Dims and Reps he's funding. America's economy would be a big pile of poo (yes, it could be worse!) under normal circumstances, however without us to prop up the rest of the world, their economies are sinking into a pile of poo much faster than ours. Right now, America in comparison looks like a good place to park their money. Cuz everyone knows China is a slow-motion fraud. But, the reckoning is coming, if we don't get things straightened out now. Since Soros business model appears to be wrecking economies/currencies, then cleaning up in currency trading a broken, cracked, inflationary US is all what's he's about (IMHO). And, of course, those politicians who work with him should again (IMHO) be considered traitors. But, they do stay bought. And so do the political organizations he contributes to. Where are the patriots in our system one wonders? Posted by: naturalfake at October 27, 2016 10:03 AM (9q7Dl) 118

Hilz pulling out of Ohio - that I can believe. I assume their private internals ( i.e. polls with a more accurate split of the electorate - not these Dem +13 or Dem +29 ones) must be abysmal. Hence Hilz is spending time in, I believe, Wisconsin this week? If She-beast has given up on Ohio and is trying to rescue Wisconsin - then this thing is over. If DJT were really that behind and the map for Dims was being expanded, She-Beast would be in Texas which ( I know I said this before) we have heard, ad nauseum, is "in play" for Dims. Is it??- Then why isn't Hilz going after it? Hmmm? Anyway - Do not take anything for granted - vote Trump!! That being said - I have the perception of something moving, unseen through the land. I have several uncles that are and they all have permanently grease stained hands. After years with your hands stuck in a motor, it just does not come out of the cracks and creases. And all of these dudes have dishpan hands (especially the "surgeon" in the pic shown). Also, while mechanics do tend toward pulling some sweet facial hair...that handlebar guy may be a mechanic, but the other dudes definitely make fun of him. Part of him thinks Trump's candidacy is a conspiracy by the media to help Clinton win. He's voting for him anyway. He's tired of the Democrats, entitlement programs and the way things have drifted.
"People are running out of money. They're getting squeezed," he said. "It's more expensive to fix newer cars. The parts are technological. I'm working on a lot of older and older cars." He paused. He talked about how things once were, the sky alight and humming with the making of steel. Big, steamy magic that rose along the shoals and, like a net, spread in all directions, giving a boy a sense of fear and wonder. "A good part of Youngstown is a welfare state now," he said. He bought a house a while back but he's noticed that other owners are renting their homes to people who see the world differently. "I've got houses full of idiots around me," he said. "No one goes to work. But they never run out of money for dope or malt liquor. That kind of irks me." Posted by: undocumented SMOD at October 27, 2016 10:21 AM (e8kgV) 197

Like that's appealing. ________________________________________ My bad - I think I read it here, then. You are correct - only Kaine is going there. Interestingly - after an appearance in Iowa tomorrow, Hildery-beast has no more appearances. And all the big guns appearances ( Bill, Joe Biden, Chelsea, Kaine - OK the last two are not really big guns - but you know what I mean. For that campaign they are)) are in Nevada, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Florida, Michigan and Ohio. With Florida and Ohio being done for the Hilde-beast campaign tomorrow pretty much. With most of the remaining big gun appearances being in Michigan - Michigan?!? Think about that for a second - her campaign is spending significant time in the final days in Michigan and Wisconsin. This is not a sign that she is running away with this at all. This smacks of panic - they are trying to conceal it - but that is panic. Pure and simple. I liked that moviePosted by: FenelonSpoke at October 27, 2016 10:23 AM (EnGQE) I liked it too, but the characterizations were...idealized, for lack of a better word. For example, one of the Amish guys I worked with had one of those big ghetto blaster radios stowed away in his buggy, and he would take rides out on the obscure county roads outside Milroy, Indiana. He was convinced no one knew. Everybody knew. You could hear the thumpa thumpa of the bass off in the distance for miles around. My point is the Amish in that movie weren't portrayed as real people. Yeah, I take the "Hillary is pulling out of X state" or "Hillary is spending money in X state" one of three ways:
1) She is far enough ahead; running up the margins 2) She is behind 3) It's just consultants playing games; earning a commission (subpart of 1 or 2, I guess.) I mean, polls show she is ahead in CO. But, she's not spending money or time there. Polls also show her behind in OH, and she's pulled out of there as well. "I have a client, who is an architect (a white male), who is looking to form a new entity with a women, in order for the new entity to qualify for WBE status. He wants to be able to subcontract out most of the work to his existing entity, of which he is the 100% owner, rather than hiring new employees for the new entity, and duplicating his costs, and he wants to have at least equal management control of the new entity. Is this going to be possible?" So.... many of us seem to have the choice of embracing the suck, or turning into conniving, bootlicking co conspirators to hope to game the process. Poor Bander got an earful last night when I flipped out because there was an ad for a candidate using actual puppies and adorable doglets and I couldn't be all ffs that's just pandering because the candidate is a real life veterinarian.
I may have shrieked OH COME ON THAT'S CHEATING a few times. Posted by: alexthechick - my poor redheaded stepmules I'm Bob Smith, and I'm running for Senate. The only reason they didn't is because they didn't have to. They were provided cover. If Scalia had died last year, they WOULD have had to vote on someone.
--------- I think they would have, but they would not have had too. I do hope not confirming Garland may give these Senators some more spine and realize it isn't as bad politically as they think it is. Yes, the election has given them cover, but still. Check out the epic Virtue Signaling here: "I was just so fed up, so saddened and fed up by Mr. Trump and how he continues to denigrate women, and he continues to joke and make fun about sexual violence and his own exploits against women. We spent last Thanksgiving in Dutch Country and I am not sure what the "rules" are. They seem to be somewhat fluid. Like there are plenty of milking machines and refrigerators at the dairy farms. And certain sects are more lenient than others - it seems like in a community there is a family who belongs to the more lenient sect and then they get business using tools that their neighbors can't.
Also, something about generators can't be in the house, but out on the farm is okay. Posted by: blaster at October 27, 2016 11:01 AM (tewYv) 384

Um, it would be. To every circuit court. A 4-4 lib tie means there is no need for a SCOTUS. ----------- I'm not following. The 5th Cirucit is much more conservative than the 9th. So if there is a circuit split between the two that cannot be resolved by the Supreme Court, then we may have states living under two sets of rules or interpretations. May not be ideal, but also may not be terrible. Worse is 9th Circuit being imposed on the 5th via the Court. And not every case will be a 4-4 tie. Most cases are not 5-4, only the really contentious ones. And so if a more clear majority cannot vote on it, then perhaps it should be developed at the circuit level further. Because the separate but unequal "two countries" laws. And there is nothing forcing circuit courts to be conservative here, liberal over there. Especially if/when Hillary get to pack them. We were just bemoaning the point Monday about how Barky has packed the judiciary. A non conservative SCOTUS or a 4-4 tie where the stupid shit stands, ends us. Or, you have people moving to the conservative circuit courts jurisdiction. Then, you might as well have the national divorce. Posted by: rickb223 at October 27, 2016 11:20 AM (AoLFQ) 393
