Here's what I don't get. Every day for the past 10 or so years that I've been here, everyone rails against big government, socialism, entitlements, etc. etc. and dying for someone to run on a platform of cutting Uncle Sugar down to size.

And yet, here we have a candidate (and his daughter) who are promoting even more Uncle Sugar and when I and others call him on it, somehow I'm the asshole who needs to get with the program.

Still in two houses. It will probably stay that way at least for this year. A couple days a week I have to get the grandkids off to school as my daughter starts teaching at the local hospital at 6 am on certain days. So I'm keeping my current home and go back to the other one on Wednesdays. Which I should be doing now except I'm sitting here. Bee-free. And I did have to make spaghetti last week. Out of a jar though and he did the noodles. Pre-made deli salad so it wasn't too bad. I lived.

This was within the educational system, so it wasn't like I worked in a 7-11. I knew going in that if I had a baby, I was out. Had the baby anyway. Stayed home till the baby was in first grade. No one supplemented us. We just did without. People don't want to do that anymore. They'll warehouse their kid for a double paycheck.

America has enough people, we need to now take the kids back from an abusive kidnapper government. Teach "Dick Jane Sally with a working Dad and Mom at home" as the paragon of family. After high school kids can face the college Marxists head on, if we can't manage to infiltrate academia. This was within the educational system, so it wasn't like I worked in a 7-11. I knew going in that if I had a baby, I was out. Had the baby anyway. Stayed home till the baby was in first grade. That requires a second income. Period, full stop. We can argue about WHY this is true, but that doesn't change the fact that it IS true.

This idea that I'm a bad parent because we both work infuriates me beyond words (and I'm GOOD with words). The entire concept that I'm 'warehousing' my kid in order to buy myself nice stuff is bizarre, false, and incredibly insulting. With the exception of my kick-ass tv that I just bought as my housewarming present to me, the last time I bought myself ANYTHING nice was three years ago when I got new goalie equipment. The tv it replaced was more than 10 years old. I don't want to hear 'iStuff' from anyone.

Since we found out Kid One was on the way, we simply stopped spending extra money. I imagine nearly every parent does that. The money goes to your kids. Trivial stuff like feeding, clothing and housing them.

The missus and I DO go without. We DO deny ourselves things we'd enjoy so that we can give our kids the things they need/would enjoy.

I never thought I'd say this, but fuck grammie winger and her pretentious condescension. Fuck her for making assumptions, drawing conclusions, and then declaring me a bad parent.

Years later when you find out that your kid has ADHD-Max, you finally have an explanation of why the litter fucker never slept. What else was exhausting? Learning his entire school curriculum from K through college so I could "re-teach" it to him so he could pass. Birth was a comparative walk in the park.

And even Rosie hates Clinton and said it is fixed, and we'll be lucky if we get Trump instead.

Then Megyn gave two hours to lament poor Michelle Fields, that pursued Trump after his presser into the non-reporter area, got through the SS who warned her, grabbed Trump's arm, and was finally pulled back, and conveniently had her friend/witness guy to "report" that she was beaten and raped by Trump and Cory (slight exaggeration, but it got that much coverage).

Trump's workers love him, Hillary's security people think she is a mean lunatic at times.

She joined the Army, I took a massive pay cut within my field moving to El Paso and she started literally at the bottom of the military pay scale at E-1. A year and change later she was pregnant with my son.

We made the decision we would cut to the bone and I would stay home she in essence begged me to do so, and I reluctantly did so.

My son reads better than his peer group age for age, and has avoided trouble for the most part.

Yes we took a financial hit we are now barely recovered from but in hindsight *I* am glad we did.

don't think Trump fully understood what he was doing but he has
successfully made it incredibly unpopular and a massive stigma for

What we'll have to see is if he can leverage those positions into to support for his other positions to move the country forward and to a better place.

He's stirring the pot and hopefully will break up the Theater of Pantomime Politics that Washington has become.

When it comes to Pennsylvania, just look at polls for Florida and Ohio and subtract 0.5 points. Any Pennsylvania poll that shows Hillary up by six in Pennsylvania, and tied in Ohio is pure unadulterated bullshit.

Pennsylvania people like their second amendment rights above just about any other issue. There's no way she takes this state without massive voter fraud.

332 I have not been following this fight this AM, but my wife basically never worked outside the home. She was always home for our 2 kids and that included getting them thru Grad School LOL. Now that hurt us financially immensely but it is what it is. And what it is was a personal choice. She, We, made it and we live with it. Everyone should make their own choices that they are comfortable with. There are no right or wrong choices.

They told us that if a prisoner tried to do the hunger strike routine they would take all the food for the meal and blend it together. 407 Isn't a grant of immunity always in exchange for the grantee waiving his 5th Amendment rights regarding the matter that is under investigation? Never heard of getting immunity without having to answer questions, with immunity withdrawn if they are found not to have answered truthfully. Sounds like the deal was set up to get the guy NOT to testify.
