It's merely a legally binding executive agreement. If it's not a treaty, it only legally binds his administration. A President Trump should be under no requirements to adhere to it.

As I've said before, one of the truly beautiful thoughts of a Trump presidency is watching the steam pouring out of TFG's dumbo ears as The Donald takes a giant steaming dump on him and his awful legacy during the swearing in. The way to stop this is to make sure every American understands how this will affect them. You want to play the Xbox now kids, hop on the stationary bike attached to a generator so you can charge the battery, play Pokemon Go, start pedaling. Germany is stepping back from renewable power because power bills jumped up 10 times. I pay 1000.00 a month for the fans, swamp coolers and lighting for one chicken house, we have three. Do you think that there will be 1.00 chicken sandwiches at any fast food place when growers, farmers and cooks ate paying 10 times more for power.

I was discussing with BC on our podcast OOPS WE DID IT AGAIN that everyone has worked with the sociopath who will out right deny reality and it's an impossible situation. When someone says point blank I didn't do that, I didn't say that and denies the objective evidence that s/he did, you're the one left screaming. That's where we are with the unitary executive now. The screaming part.
When Obama point blank refuses to recognize any constraints on his power and the Democrats have gone all out Will To Power and the Republicans refuse to exercise their Constitutional authority to stop such power grabs, either by power of purse or by impeachment, then, well, there's really not much left for you and I, the subjects of this third world non-epaulette having dictatorship to do. The fuckers are always shocked when the executive misuses that power but, as I have pointed out, it is their own fault for ceding it.
------------- But they don't care and why should they? Congress isn't affected by Executive power grabs. We the people are. Its a blessing for Congress. They get to avoid accountability. Woo-hoo. Nope. Totally on board with his methodical destruction of the Rooski mob there. Never frak with the puppy. Just saying. Posted by: Brother Cavil, down with Eph 6:12-13 at August 30, 2016 02:32 PM (9krrF) 436
Rose McGowan, aging Hollywood starlette who was one of the
witch/bitches on Charmed, tweeted Gold Star mom who criticized Colon Kraperdick: Your son was killed by Halliburton. And the left will applaud her. F*ck her in particular. Posted by: Jane D'oh at August 30, 2016 02:32 PM (1ZOkK) 437
Authorities in Alabama say a man was practicing with his crossbow in his
front yard when he accidentally shot a United Parcel Service driver in the chest. Sounds like he needs more practice. Posted by: Jane D'oh Unless he was practicing shooting UPS guys in the chest with a crossbow. Then I'd say, he's ready. Posted by: Dang at August 30, 2016 02:32 PM (k0G44) 438

How here in California way back in the way back, one of the most popular lawn fertilizers was cow manure--packaged by Bandini.
A lawyer friend of mine once said that the job of a litigator was to make a jury believe that BS tasted like vanilla ice cream. President Obozo cracks open that sack of "Paris Climate Agreement" sitting on his desk--surrounded by a pile of Bandini, and says, "This ain't no treaty, this is just an executive agreement." Well I call that the old okey doke. Posted by: Ram A Lam A Ding Dong at August 30, 2016 03:28 PM (Sda6L) 444
