Hillary to Be Questioned in Lawsuit About Who Created Private Server, and Why -- Under Oath

Ms. Clinton does not like answering questions of any sort, and she especially loathes answering questions under oath.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, told the Washington Examiner that his group is preparing a set of written questions for Clinton as part of the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit that has already extracted hundreds of documents from the State Department.

Fitton said the questionnaire, which Clinton will be forced to complete within 30 days of receipt, will drill down on the Democratic nominee's shifting stories about why she relied on an unauthorized email network.

I'm sure she'll have New Answers that will be Totally Believable.

Anyone believe she won't get away with it?

Me neither.

There, I just summed up the next 4 years of this for you.

8 It appears that a firm majority of Americans don't care about such things as ethics, honesty, and respect for the law. Political correctness is our national morality now.

That's why I think red state secession is an idea whose time has come.

14 I set up a server that to my understanding would be preserved as a public record to the best of my understanding as a non-technical person. My technical advisors informed me that all communications would be preserved for later review, which was undertaken to the best of my ability, to preserve as public records all work related matters. Therefore, to my understanding the server located at my Chappaqua home was not a "private" server according to the common meaning of the term. My understanding of the purpose to be served by that arrangement included greater ability of my technical staff to respond to any technical problems, as well as maintaining a separation between purely personal matters and matters of public record.

And yada yada.

And we can litigate my response until the end of time. Fek off.

Respectfully submitted,
Hillary

Just like a Trump laid low at the end to let the idea of him as candidate to sink in, Hillary's leaks of transition team etc are all intended to get people to move into the acceptance stage of grief. This whole campaign is who can make the sale - and not necessarily by who's the better candidate, but who can get voters to accept them as inevitable winner. If Hillary closes that deal, it's over.

They should sign a stipulation to agree who gets the electors from the deep blue and deep red states and save a ton of money for those States in election costs. She can always plead the 5th, no matter what the case, if she is going to incriminate herself in some future prosecution by what she's saying. Of course, she can only plead the 5th if she's going to incriminate herself ... which is pretty solid proof that there is something to prosecute her for, since pleading the 5th when you are not going to incriminate yourself is illegal - which is why people have to talk once they are given immunity for whatever criminal crap is about to come out of their mouths.

I watched a Twilight Zone episode last night, the one with Telly Savales and a talking doll. You knew exactly when and how he was going to die when he walked around the top of a stairway looking everywhere except down. He was looking hard for that doll, everywhere except the floor or stairs, where you would expect a robotic toy to be. Even a malicious one like Hillary.

206 These "responses" are drafted by attorneys and often preceded by tons of objections, arguments, motions before the court and then minimal, dry facts that may answer the question. A far cry from a videotaped deposition.

207 THIS JUST IN:
Hillary has been voted "Greatest Ever."
Said one voter: "She greatest."
And that's the way it is.
Back to you, Candy.

I agree completely, but only because I'm a pure conservative. So, if American civilization must survive in certain places and collapse where I live, bring misery and countless hardships on me and my family, so be it. I'm willing to pay this price - even to suffer the insanity the precedes death by starvation - though mine will likely be a relatively quick death - it expect it will only take 5 days from the beginning to the bitter, inglorious end. It's this empty expectation that keeps me going.

But I wish you the best in your free state.

I've made my peace voting for Trump and I will do all I can to defeat Hillary. I still desperately hope that Trump will win.

Things can still change. However, the fact is that we're getting close to the election date and the vast majority of swing state polls show Hillary with a strong lead. I can't pretend otherwise, as much as I would like to.

I believe that Trump will wipe the floor with Hillary during the debates. I don't think that many will see the debates though.

Clinton is just running out the clock now and is counting on her allies in the media to drag her over the finish line.

Trump seems to be his own worst enemy.

I truly hope that I am wrong.
