Cleveland Police Union President: Obama Has "Blood on His Hands" After Baton Rouge Shooting
The syllogism the left deploys runs like this:
The rightwing deploys excessively emotional anti-government rhetoric. This heated rhetoric creates a "climate of hate" which inspires some members of the public to commit violent actions. Thus, Sarah Palin's standard, vanilla use of a target symbol to indicate races she was targeting caused, somehow, Jared Loughner to shoot Gabby Giffords, even though Loughner barely knew who Palin was and certainly wasn't interested in winning Giffords' House seat for the GOP. (In fact, he was a lunatic upset that she would not take seriously his belief that human thought was being controlled by the imposition of an alien form of grammar.) Now, since then, Obama, Holder, and #BlackLivesMatter have fulminated violently against one sector of the government -- the police. You know, the Government's Enforcers. And lo and behold, some members of the public have heard in this heated rhetoric a call to violence. And then they've acted according to that call to violence, murdering at least ten cops over the past year. Why isn't Obama responsible for this bloodshed, just as he claimed that Republican racial symbology like the Confederate Battle Flag was responsible for Dylan Roof's murders?An incensed Officer Steve Loomis said on Fox News that the ambushes on police officers in Dallas and now Baton Rouge "all began with a 9-1-1 call from an African American male saying that another African American male was pointing a gun at him." He continued: "Those officers responded, that male didn't comply, and tragically he ended up losing his life over that with a gun in his pocket. This is how this began." Loomis added:Words matter, Obama is fond of lecturing us. Until his words start getting people killed, and then words don't matter all that much.The president of the United States validated a false narrative and the nonsense that Black Lives Matter and the media are pressing out there to the public — validated with his very divisive statements. And now we see an escalation. This has got to end. We need some leadership in this country to come forward and put an end to this. I don’t care if it’s clergy, I don’t care who it is, but somebody has got to step up and put an end to this because it’s the false narrative and very influential people that are politicizing the false narrative. Absolutely insane that we have a president of the United States and a governor of Minnesota making the statements that they made less than one day after those police-involved shootings. And those police-involved shootings, make no mistake, are what absolutely has triggered this rash of senseless murders of law enforcement officers across this country. It is reprehensible. And the President of the United States has blood on his hands and it will not be able to come washed off.

He started when his buddy Skippy Gates was questioned by police in Massachusetts about why he was trying to break into a house. "If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon," cried the heartbroken Obama, while lamenting how hard it is for little black boys in hoodies not to get shot in the back by white racists while innocently skipping home from the candy store.
Then in Ferguson, MO, a large black thug knocks over a local convenience store, strong-arms the clerk, and then gets asked by a patrolling cop to move his big black ass out of the middle of the street and stop impeding traffic. The thug walks over to the cop's car, punches the cop in the face, and tries to take his gun. The cop gets out of his car, and the thug takes off running. The cop yells at the thug to stop. After ignoring the cop, the thug stops and turns back around and charges at the cop, who then shoots the thug dead.
Obama is outraged at this injustice! Poor Mikey was on his knees, with his hands up, begging for his life, when that awful racist cop shot him in cold blood. Obama goes to the U.N. and gives a speech about how awful race relations are in America, and how sad it is that innocent young black college kids like Mikey Brown can be shot dead in the streets by racist cops for nothing more than being black.
And now Obama wonders how it is that people think he's somehow responsible for all these cop killings by blacks!

I had to meet with a detective because of an issue of credit card fraud after my father died. I felt bad for the guy. They feel like they are under attack, and most of them have no interest in getting into shooting situations. They just want to do their jobs and go home.

Hillary supports this because she's worried about black turnout, especially with black men. But it's likely to be a loser. To the extent it's effective it'll only pile up more votes in Deep Blue states she should win anyway. Now that BLM has gone from simmer to boil with police shootings, it's more likely to alienate white voters in swing states.

It seems to be leveling off. I'm still having some issues getting to sleep, but at least I'm sleeping for longer stretches. I feel like I'm still catching up, though. Sleep deprivation is much harder to deal with as one gets older. The days of sleeping two or three hours and still feeling functional in the AM are long gone.

I'm of the opinion that what is almost certain to occur is that the percentage of police officers who really are "thugs with badges" will decide it's "weapons free" time in the inner cities, and/or those same chaps may decide to start greasing people quietly behind the scenes just to make sure that the ones they know are trouble makers (and they DO know who these people are, I'm sure), don't wind up targeting them.
Nobody wants to be a sitting target, least of all the less morally upright among the constabulary.

The phrase struck me at the time the Dallas chief used it, one doesn't usually hear police officials talking about national leadership.
I don't see any way to take it except the way we all are presumably understanding it.
Everything federal since Ferguson has been painting a target on police backs *and* inciting the black community's worst elements (those consumed by racism and paranoia and self-pity to the point of violence). Police of course know this and live it first-hand.
I am not imagining too many smiles among Hillary's key team dedicated to boosting black turnout.

Not always fast. The one time I went there I had to wait about 15 minutes for.....a sausage pizza. None were pre cooked and ready.

Don't know about them, but that was what the last time I ate Domino's was like. Crust tasted like cardboard too. Papa Johns is very generous with their sauce and Pizza Hut isn't that bad either except greasy crust. I mostly avoid chain pizza places in general but those two are okay.

Obama has no idea what it's like to defend someone. Yes, he's charged with defending the nation, at which he is a miserable failure--he keeps stepping on his Blame America First-dick.
Turns out, you can't defend America first while blaming her first.
But, physically, he has no clue what its like for an officer, sent by his fellow citizens, to roll around on the ground wrestling with Alton Sperling. He may have shared his barbecue with everyone, but that wasn't a rib, it was a gun and he wasn't going to give it up.
And Obama just pronounced those cops guilty, at a mass police funeral, no less. Blood on his hands? It's dripping from his tongue.
