In my work life I've held Top Secret, Top Secret Crypto, and Secret clearances. If I, as a private citizen, had done what Hillary Clinton has done, I would be writing this from Ft. Leavenworth, KS. If the DOJ can convict and sentence Kristian Saucier and Bryon Nishimura for less than what Clinton did and not charge her is a miscarriage of justice.
It only goes to prove that if you are rich and politically powerful there are different standards for you, in other words, some animals are more equal than others.

If so, Hillary may already have gotten away with a lot. Peter Schweitzer, the author of Clinton Cash, has an article about the mysterious pattern in the deleted e-mails -- it wasn't random, as there are gaps when little or no e-mails survived.
Deleting these e-mails was in itself obstruction, but it's also evidence of intent for other charges. Cheryl was in charge of this.

Comparisons to other cases where charges were brought. (like the lede above).

Preparing a long, carefully-worded statement like Comey presented would have taken at least several days, likely more than a week to get everyone signed off on it. Comey himself clearly did not do the first draft; he was not personally running this investigation. Those closest to the investigation prepared a draft and it no doubt went through numerous FBI personnel including Comey to get the wording right. The DOJ has been working closely with the FBI in recent months on this investigation and without a doubt the DOJ people in contact with their FBI colleagues knew the contents of the draft as it was being worked on. Heck, the DOJ was probably the ones insisting to the FBI guys that "no reasonable prosecutor" would take the case.
If the DOJ people knew, then Barry and Valerie and Hillary's circle knew the result BEFORE her "interview" with the FBI and even BEFORE the meeting between Der Schlickmeister and Loretta.

That wasn't his call to make or job to do.

No, absolutely nothing about what is happening right now is standard operating procedure. Including the head of the FBI, a Republican and someone who is acknowledged on both sides of the aisle including some of the most law and order Republicans like Rudy and McCarthy to be above reproach as a law an order guy, doing what he's doing.

I think Comey tried to cover that by saying that people who do similar things to what Hillary did may face charges in the future- which is why the whole thing was a cluster fuck. He essentially said the rules apply, just not to Hillary! or unspecified other people at a future time.
It is one of the reasons (among many) that this whole deal seems so brazen.

Comey dealt a huge blow to the rule of law yesterday, one with few analogues in our history. For good measure he damaged the legitimacy of his key agency, as well.
To do his actual job, and uphold his actual oath, and also to be smart, he would have referred the case to the DOJ (his actual job) and if it were not acted on he would have publicly challenged DOJ and if still no joy he would have resigned, all the while laying out the same case - actually much more of it, and with much more gusto, as would have been appropriate to the situation.
Neither Comey nor Roberts are smart enough to play 17-dimensional chess, even if it were their jobs, which it isn't. Rather than generate increasingly implausible excuses, it would be better to recognize the intellectual and character limits of even (especially?) the "stars" of recent GOP political appointments. Maybe academic, given the circumstances, but in case any adults ever get a hand on the tiller again, better to be realistic.

I am *still* stunned that special access information was involved. Long ago, in a place called America, such info was never - never - in a situation where it could even be accidentally mishandled (easily, that is).
WTF with such info even being available to staff. I don't believe most of it is even usually available to principals (secretary level) - strictly "need to know", which, as it mostly involves sources ampersand methods, excludes most decision-makers, most of the time.
To anyone with even passing familiarity with the system, so much of this is nearly impossible to believe.

If the FBI has 5 "strong" cases, it refers them all. No gain from picking your "strongest" one. And not the FBI's call (or expertise, even if the director was a prosecutor).
In this case, if the taxpayer money is already spent investigating X number of cases, you assess each one on the merits and forward any that meet your standard.

That is not hyperbole. She will appoint either Lynch or Obama to the Supreme Court to replace Scalia. The Senate will confirm either of those picks because they don't want to be called racist. Then the Supreme Court will revisit Heller ASAP, and overturn it by a 5-4 vote, effectively repealing the 2nd Amendment by judicial fiat.
Hillary has openly called for mass-confiscation of guns. The establishment media now pushes for gun bans every time a Muslim terrorist kills Americans. With Heller overturned, they will be able to ban semi-automatic weapons. Those who resist will be labeled "right-wing domestic terrorists."
This is happening, folks, unless we stop it, and the only way we can stop it is voting for Trump in November.

The Grand Jury hearing lays out the case against her and there is no defense presented.
Trump could fund it and there are plenty of lawyers and actors who could and would do it.
Show the LIVs what she did and explain it in ways they can understand. Have actors dramatise the acts done in the case.
People like that stuff and it is very effective.

Go to the Opera menu. Near the bottom you should see "Opera Turbo". If there's a check mark next to it, it's on. Click it to turn it off.
If you can't find that Turbo setting in the main menu, then you have to open the Settings page and hunt around in there for it. Opera changed the location of the Turbo feature in different versions.

A lot of Uber drivers want to work for the cab company I lease cars to. They are not happy because Uber now dings 25%, and they have flooded the zone with drivers. Uber does great, no one driver really makes any money.
I talked to one of their guys who told me the mkst he made ever was $225 in a day, working 20 hours. The guys who lease my cars average $200 for a 12 hour day.

Uber records all trips, and billing is done by credit card before the trip is done. So records will exist. And cab drivers (unless they are owner-drivers) have to share proceeds with the owner, and records exist. Also records will exist for all dispatched fares. There might be a little wiggle room when it comes to tips, but the tax authorities will assume that all drivers get a certain percentage of tips, and tax on that.
But pick up the odd flag, and never call it in, and there is pocket money. At least until the IRS starts putting phoney flags out there.

A President Hillary will leave the borders wide open and give amnesty to illegals. The end result of this, in the not-too-distant future, is Texas turns Blue.
I know, it sounds silly today. But wait a decade. California used to be pretty solidly Republican, too. Demographics is destiny.
A majority-Hispanic Texas would at the very least be a purplish state. Once the GOP loses Texas as a sure-thing in the Electoral College, it's all over. At that point, we are living in a one-party state that holds "elections" every four years where the end result is never in doubt.
To short-circuit this slow-motion horror movie, #Texit needs to become a thing. Like, starting on January of 2017. The current Governor of Texas is, I suspect, already somewhat sympathetic to this idea, and he could be made even more sympathetic via a well-funded and well-spoken primary challenger.
If a referendum on Texas Independence was held against the backdrop of a Hillary Clinton gun-grabbing administration, I think the smart money would be on Leave beating Remain.
Then the question becomes - Does Hillary send troops to stop it? If she does, we'll get a nationwide insurrection where at least we can go down swinging. If she doesn't, we get the independent Republican of Texas, and also the go-ahead for other states to leave. Win-win.
Yeah, it's a bit extreme, but it might be our only hope.

My mail carrier constantly delivers everyone's mail to everyone else so we are constantly carrying their mail to them.
It's as if they just don't care, are crazy or stupid.
How can a postal employee screw up something like this, the names and addresses are on the mail boxes.
All they have to do is look at what they are delivering the mail has the same name and address on it.
These clowns cannot be fired.
