Fine dining. #2 Steak house in Denver. Just off I25. Expensive but worth it. Best steak I've ever had outside my house (and I'm a butcher w/30 years experience and a bit of a chef). Ate there last month w/ my family (9 of us) and they doted on us and made us feel right t home. We showed up dressed downright South Dakota casual amongst folk in ties and evening gowns and never felt ut of place.

Went to a graduation party yesterday for my cousin's son. My two Deadhead cousins were passing a J and I took a few hits. I was teetotaln' it with the al-kee-hol cause my stomach was acting up all day, so I figured, what the hell.

Mrs. Krebs had an uncle who inherited the family home and left cash all over the place in the form of weekly withdrawal envelopes from his bank, to which we surmise he went regularly just to speak to someone.
He wasn't socially isolated but was in fact a very gregarious guy. He was one of only a handful of adults by whom I tolerated being called by my diminutive name, Krebsy, with the two most prominent others being my parents (especially my Dad).

A few months back, my nephew was planning on getting married about this time. I was going to make it a "see the National Parks" trip and include Yosemite. I'm glad he postponed it.
The JEF ferked my trip to Arcadia when he decided to shut down the parks when they had the budget fight (laugh) .

That is a great day trip. Estes Park is still the place I dream of retiring to live. I really miss it out there. When I bought a house 9 years ago, Fort Collins was in my final two places, and something tells me the property values have held up better there than here.

If, as it seems they are trying one way or another to do, they succeed in nominating someone other than Trump, it will effectively abrogate democracy.
Yeah, I know it sounds drastic and possibly hyperbolic, but the will of the people was made clear in all of the primaries and against a large field of challengers.
If this isn't a declaration of "sure, make your choice. If we don't like it, we'll fix it," what is it?
I shouldn't have to make this caveat, but - I was a Cruz supporter, not a Trump supporter.
But Trump won.
Clinton (apparently) won.
If Clinton were to be indicted, it would probably be understandable for the Dems to replace her in that case, but all indications are that they probably wouldn't.
Trump, would be being replaced based on what he has said that turns some segment of the party off.
That would be like unelecting Nancy Pelosi because she says stupid shit - which she does - daily.
It would also be a kinda huge precedent.

True story.... I was traveling to Mexico with the Grumpy Gandma and tha lil puddinhead baby for a week of diving and adult beverages on the beach. Got to the ticket counter to check in and got pulled aside to have a TSA clown check my passport because my last name was suspicious. Yeah. Fuck those people in particular.

If you'd rather not drive into the metropolis, you can take a light rail from the Lincoln Station in Lone Tree, get off at the 10th and Osage Station, and it's right there. It's just outside of the heart of lower downtown.

Alternately, if you'd rather drive yourself, and avoid the city traffic, The Fort is another good option. It's also a "historically important" restaurant, housed in a 1960 reconstruction of a trappers' fort from the state's territorial days. They specialize in game dishes. They're located in Morrison, which is a bit of a drive from Centennial, but at least you could avoid a lot of city traffic on the way there.

If there was something out there that would undeniably show the puerile, shallow, Gestapo-like elements of the Progressive wing of the Democratic Party; the Party in all its Millennial-fascistic glory; something that would discredit the Party; and if this something was unavoidable in its disclosure and ability to not cover--then in that case, Hillary Clinton would be the best president to have this public unfolding of the story take place.
