I've gotten involved with Operation Blazing Sword (first post at the blog linked in my nic) but I'm not an instructor, just a guy with a range membership. I'd kind of like to be an instructor just for my own peace of mind but it will be a while before I can justify the cost to do so.

That is also true, generally "human" characters would be more likely to get the five finger treatment, while anthropomorphized "other" characters would get the easier four or three fingers.
Try it for yourself. It's weird and I'm not sure why but it is much much easier to draw an aesthetically pleasing cartoon hand if you ignore the pinky. Too often drawing the pinky-ed hand properly ends up either making the cartoon wrist look too big to match the larger hand size or alternately gets the wrist right but with a odd looking lump of hand meat under the pinky that doesn't match the sizing of the wrist.

The latest smattering of polls coming out from various sources does seem worrisome. From a Washington Examiner blast I got this morning on Wisconsin:
"In the latest Marquette University Law School poll of registered voters, Clinton leads Trump by seven percentage points (42-35 percent). Among likely voters, Clinton's lead widens, winning 46 percent to Trump's 37 percent, with 13 percent saying they will not support either candidate."
They conclude that, while Cankles isn't rising, Trump is markedly falling, and it reflects his "lack of national support." With as stupid as our nation has become, it appears even a radical islamic massacre can't snap people back to reality and clear the Kardashian-induced fog from their brains. .The polls had Grimes up by 3-5 points on election day and McConnell won by 14 points. Most of the polls were off 15 points, one from I think it was PPP but I could be wrong, it was one sponsored by the Lexington newspaper, was off by 19 points after it was all said and done.
They are jacking around with the polls on purpose now and have been for some time now in an attempt to influence the vote.

Something I'm concerned about this is that several of the eye witnesses, early on, said that there was more than one gunman. Many said that 20-30 shot were fired within one to two seconds.

The other was with the question of favorable and unfavorable. One of them said that they were also taking a look at the consider factor "would you consider voting for candidate X" and learned that Trump was very high, up near his floor of 28% when it came to this.
(1) They knew he was the one to beat, and they did not adjust their plans to do that.

(4) My own take: So many of the pundits and commentators have been proven to engage in wishful thinking, twisting things to fit their own particular agendas, or flat-out lying that I have no idea really what is correct information or isn't. I have no idea what is going to happen this election year.

Whatever amount is comfortable for you, I think its important that they be able to say "x Million Americans" just responded to Orlando by rejecting the concept that the gubmint should have a monopoly of arms for our own good.

But as to the mostly onboard I hear you. But I can think of exactly one, politically effective voice for 2A interests. So unless the NRA starts hosting live baby tastings I'm pretty much on board with them.
