Hacker "Guccifer" Agrees to Plea Deal With Federal Prosecutors, Clearing Way to Cooperate In Hillary Probe

What he can testify to -- I assume, based on his past claims -- is that he hacked Hillary's easily-hacked server, thus establishing her handling of classified US top secret documents was in fact willfully negligent as the statute requires for prosecution.

She knew what she was doing was not legal, because she went to great lengths to hide it from State technology people (even going so far as to put her own person on the staff) and IG.

If the FBI wanted to charge her, they could have charged her with violating the federal records act for keeping all correspondence off the govts servers then not turning them over when she left as SoS until specifically asked. After, of course, deleting half of the emails and printing the remaining ones.

I guess from a PR perspective, it could help. But the media is not going to throw Hillary under the bus. Not this far in to the campaign. And why is the FBI worrying about PR?

46 Guccifer can testify about his hacking which is evidence that Hillary was sharing intel with Sid Vicious, someone who was not authorized and who, in point of fact, the Obamans expressly didn't want anywhere near State. There's a few crimes right there.

Guccifer's testimony will also show that not all the relevant e-mails got turned over to State, as Guccifer had at least a few that weren't.

Wild card is what other e-mails Guccifer may have, and what else gets found if you sniff around the many dirt mounds in Sid's back yard.

I'd be surprised if the FBI hadn't already talked to Guccifer.

Pagliano is probably the more important witness, as he can establish Hillary's specific intent, so that she can't just say that the server got set up without her knowing much about it.

I bet she'll say she mentioned wanting a more "convenient" setup at a meeting, and Bryan completely misunderstood her if he thought she meant he should do anything illegal. Huma et. al. will support that version.

That's one way I see her getting out of it, but we shall see.

The son would be Hunter Biden. The one who had strings pulled to get him a naval officer accession opportunity despite his advanced age, and who popped positive for drug use on his very first pee test in the Navy just a few days later, and was thrown out on his ear.

156 Which hills to die on?

Debbie Wasserman Schultz and the RNC just sent out a push poll that includes a Republican Threat section where voters are asked: "Which elements of the radical Republican agenda are most dangerous to America's future" (pick any three)

1. Dismantling the Affordable Care Act
2. Restricting women's reproductive rights
3. Reversing marriage equality and other LGBT civil rights
4. Opposing a minimum wage increase
5. Gutting Social Security and Medicare
6. Packing SCOTUS with far right idealogues
7. Obstructing comprehensive immigration reform
8. Denying the existence of climate change
9. Refusing to handle international affairs diplomatically

Debbie left out Trade, unless she's covering it with #9, because it's become a loser for Dems.

This presents a road map for our priorities, folks. We can't have it all -- running on all the issues is a killer for R Presidential candidates. Plus we want mandates on key issues so strong that even Ryan and McConnell will understand.

#1 Trump is for, but you can't let people die in the streets.
#2 Soft peddle.
#3 Soft peddle.
#4 Trump isn't against a small increase.
#5. Stay away from. Death right now.
#6 Trump has already picked his SCOTUS list.
#7 Build the Wall. Reverse Obama's EOs. Start enforcing the law
#8 Looks like Trump is about to go strong on denying climate change. This is a hill to die on as it's necessary to reverse the EPA, and to blow up academia.
#9 Trump will put America and Americans first.

I agree with these priorities. You might not. But that's why I'm a Trumpster. Also because he has Mad Media Skillz and might well get a lot done on these priorities.
