If this becomes the legal standard, and of course it will, then the entire federal statute becomes essentially an enabling act.

Dangerous times ahead.

As a side note to all of this, the bergfell decision essentially said no one can define marriage except the Judicial branch.

So look for the courts to take control of bathrooms and gender as well.

210 This weekend, my eldest son graduated from college. The commencement speaker was the daughter of the founder of Donato's Pizze, Jane Grote Abell.

Jane is also quite an attractive woman, too. She was on an episode of "Undercover Boss" on the TV.

But she talked about what it took for her father to build up the business, how all the kids worked at it growing up. And about 25 years ago, McDonald's bought the company for a hefty piece of change, after a lot of soul-searching about selling the family business. About 8 years later, McDonald's was in a downturn, and was going to close the chain, and put all the employees out of work.
Jane and her father decided to buy the business back, which they did (took a lot of money and courage to take that risk). Today, the chain is bigger and better than ever.
Jane talked about what it took to be successful, and that her father founded the business on the principle of the Golden Rule; to treat others as you would be treated. Which is how they treat their customers and employees, too.
And courage. She talked about how she had started to become afraid, working for the big McDonald's corporation, and how she knew that she was losing her courage to do the right thing. They turned that around when they bought the company back and the Grote family started running the pizza chain again.

I'm glad I heard her speech, instead of the meandering mumbles of a man who is incompetent and afraid of his own shadow. What a bumbling boor of a person. Is his time up yet?

I have a course near me that has twilight rounds (after 2:30) for $15 and super-twilight (after 4:30) for $12. It's a decent course and fun to play. For me, I have to add an extra $4 for lost balls but it's still a great deal.

The speed at which club technology changes I doubt you'd want to keep any set of clubs for very long.

Me, I only buy used clubs and have been very happy with them. I never spent more $100 for a driver (and that one wasn't nearly as good as the $40 used drivers I usually buy) though I do have a $500 driver ... though I won that in a long drive competition.
