Timing of Extradition of Hacker "Guccifer," Who Downloaded Hillary/Syd Blumenthal Emails, To the US Is "No Coincidence," Say Fed Sources

He hacked and published the Hillary/Blumenthal correspondences. It was always assumed, or claimed, that he'd hacked Blumenthal's emails.

Is it possible he actually hacked Hillary's, and that's why he's being extradited? To provide testimony to that effect?

Or that by hacking Blumenthal, it was easy enough to send an email from Blumenthal's account containing a spyware file which Hillary would have thought nothing of opening?

Eh, that's a bit of a stretch by me. But this does seem very curious.

Catherine Herridge and Pamela K. Brown:

The extradition of Romanian hacker "Guccifer" to the U.S. at a critical point in the FBI's criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email use is “not a coincidence,” according to an intelligence source close to the case.

...

Former law enforcement and cyber security experts said the hacker, whose real name is Marcel Lehel Lazar, could -- now that he's in the U.S. -- help the FBI make the case that Clinton's email server was compromised by a third party, one that did not have the formal backing and resources of a foreign intelligence service such as that of Russia, China or Iran.

"Because of the proximity to Sidney Blumenthal and the activity involving Hillary's emails, [the timing] seems to be something beyond curious," said Ron Hosko, former assistant director of the FBI’s Criminal Investigative Division from 2012-2014.

...

A spokesman for the FBI's Washington Field Office, which led the Guccifer investigation, had no comment on the extradition, the timing, and any potential intersection with the Clinton email probe.

An expert opines that Guccifer will only be used to demonstrate how easy it was to crack Blumethal's private account and thus (I guess) how negligent Hillary was in handling classified information.

"Even if Hillary had used a state.gov email address, Guccifer could have hacked Blumenthal's account to read her emails to him. So a state.gov email address would have offered no additional protection, and her private server didn't create any additional security problem."

I've got my fingers crossed, but more and more I'm thinking that all we're going to get out of this is "error in judgment," "no controlling legal authority," "technical violation but no actual harm," "mistakes were made," "doesn't rise to the level," "unintentional," etc.

I'd say the FBI would really like a copy of Sid's email Inbox and details on who he's sold it to.

I, and I'm sure all right thinking, fair minded people, are appalled and chagrined at the dubious scandals and innuendos that are dredged out of the Rethuglican sewer to drag Mrs. Clinton through the mud! Although I am sure that it is much easier to do this then to propose solutions to the the problems facing America's hard working middle class families, such as climate chaos, the lack of safe spaces on our college campuses, the excesses of white privilege, the proliferation of military style assault weapons wreaking carnage on our streets, and the bathroom rights of the transgendered!

119 Yep, no connection to Hillary:

Sidney Blumenthal emailed Hillary Clinton at least two intelligence
reports about Libya which were not included in the trove of 296 emails
released by the State Department on Friday.

Clinton has claimed
that in December she turned over all official government emails she sent
or received from her personal account while in office. In turn, the
agency has claimed it turned all Clinton emails related to Libya or
Benghazi over to the House Select Committee investigating the Benghazi
attack.

But a screenshot of Blumenthal's email inbox, which the
Romanian hacker Guccifer published in March 2013, shows two reports
about Libya emailed to Clinton which were not released in Friday's
batch.

Can't imagine that screenshot included all communications between the two - who knows how many other intelligence reports were exchanged...

Eventually, no matter how wily, and how rich, and how much destructive dirt she has on anyone and everyone, people aren't going to want to deal with her anymore.

Furthermore, we all know Barry for the malignant narcissist that he is. If the Clintons retake the White House, he'll be a blip on the timeline of their "dynasty." We're already seeing them trash his record. Imagine four or eight years of that.

If spineless senile Bernie is president, or Biden, or Warren, or whoever, then Obama sticks around, becomes head of the DNC (my god he'd be an improvement over DWS) and he and Jarrett effectively maintain status as the leaders of the Democrat party - which Hill and Bill would NOT allow.

TIME has a front page photo and article on Cruz.

It's an interesting example of how the MFM damns conservatives with faint praise, innuendo, negative word choices, passive voice, and de-emphasizing actions.

For instance, Cruz never does anything. He's always "attempting" or "trying".

When Cruz gives a speech, it's a "fury".

They over-emphasize Cruz' rhetorical manner or speech-giving technique to make it seem fake.

Either he wants her so badly damaged that she fails/gets yanked, or he's hoping that the drip, dripping will take her out.

A remote possibility is that this is all theater, and they will announce that there isn't enough there/it will take months longer. All of this has been a sham to pretend that this is being examined.

179 Clinton and Blumenthal were sending sensitive, probably classified, and maybe even secret, material back and forth.

Sid did not have any security clearance that I've heard of.

Sid was deeply involved with pushing for the Libya debacle for private gain. Clinton was happily using her office to help him.

They both were using insecure personal email systems to do this -- Clinton on her secret bathroom server, Sid, even worse, on AOL.

Guccifer got in to Sid's email by guessing his password, no high-tech hacking required.

Guccifer was reading all of Clinton's and Sid's emails, and all the sensitive material they contained.

Add into this that probably at least some of the emails Clinton was shooting back and forth with Sid were erased from her server as 'private', and there's what -- 7 or 8 crimes here? All without proving Guccifer got into Clinton's email himself or shared what he knew with real hackers.

Guccifer is the key they will use to lock up Hillary, Sid and all her other enablers -- unless something is more rotten in the state of Denmark than even I can conceive.

183 If it weren't for Guccifer we'd have never known about Hillary's home brew server. It's like Monica's blue dress -- something the Clintons never expected.

Note that the FBI/DOJ had to work to get Guccifer extradicted, and had to appeal a Romanian court's initial denial. This is a tell that someone is working this case.

Guccifer can testify about his hacking which is evidence that Hillary was sharing intel with Sid Vicious, someone who was not authorized and who, in point of fact, the Obamans didn't want anywhere near State. There's a few crimes right there.

Guccifer's testimony will also show that not all the relevant e-mails got turned over, as Guccifer had at least a few that weren't.

Wild card is what other e-mails Guccifer may have, and what else gets found if you sniff around the many dirt mounds in Sid's back yard.

There's also a leak out there of the list of people that the FBI wants to share a coffee with. On is described only as someone on the payroll of the Chelsea Legacy Foundation, which fits Sid.

A Republican politician in the White House will know the handshakes, the shibboleths, and the secrets not to be told.

Donald Trump in the White House wouldn't even know there were handshakes to learn, wouldn't care, and would tweet out evidence of Obama wrongdoing if he decided he was having a slow Tuesday.

It is precisely his lack of polish and pretension that the voters are responding to.

Big Known Unknown is whether public corruption charges get included or not. You could make this a RICO case targeting the Foundation as bribery is a predicate offense.

Comey's Big Move is to send a criminal referral to AG Lynch. "As shown in the attached report, our investigation has developed sufficient credible evidence to convict ___, ___ and ___ of the following crimes." Lynch has prosecutorial discretion, but Comey's report will assuredly leak.

This may be what the Obamans want: to drive Hillary out of the race with a leaked criminal referral while still holding an indictment over her head.

They need Hillary to first win a majority of delegates to box out Bernie.

The struggle of the Black people in the United States for emancipation is a component part of the general struggle of al the people of the world against U.S. imperialism, a component part of the contemporary world revolution. I call on the workers, peasants, and revolutionary intellectuals of all countries and all who are willing to fight against U.S. imperialism to take action and extend strong support to the struggle of the Black people in the United States! People of the whole world, unite still more closely and launch a sustained and vigorous offensive against our common enemy, U.S. imperialism, and its accomplices! It can be said with certainty that the complete collapse of colonialism, imperialism, and all systems of exploitation, and the complete emancipation of all the oppressed peoples and nations of the world are not far off.

I think he release a new book where he realized he had misjudged Obama:
http://www.dineshdsouza.com/books/stealing-america/
"I had won-for now. But I knew I still had an ordeal ahead. Little did I know what was in store for me at the confinement center. Let me say that it was not overpopulated with dentists, entrepreneurs, and CEOs. Rather, I was destined to spend every night for the next eight months sleeping in a dormitory with more than a hundred rapists, armed robbers, drug smugglers, and murderers.

I learned how the hoodlums think and how they operate, how they organize themselves in gangs, how they rip people off and crush their enemies. I understood, for the first time, the psychology of crookedness. Suddenly I had an epiphany: this system of larceny, corruption, and terror that I encountered firsthand in the confinement center is exactly the same system that has been adopted and perfected by modern progressivism and the Democratic Party.

This book is an expose of Obama, Hillary, and modern liberalism, not as a defective movement of ideas, but as a crime syndicate."

The JEF will never turn over control of the Democrat Party, that he has watched his handler and erstwhile dominatrix Valerie Jarrett work so hard to transform, to the Clintons.

Tyler Drumheller. There are references to him in their emails as a source.

He was long out of the CIA by then, but he supposedly still knew stuff and had connections.

336 I think Obama knew. And I think he/they used it to the White House's benefit. Dumb old bitch didn't know shit about tech. And they (WH) knew it.

It was their ace in the hole. If it blew up, no fault on Sir Shankalot.

Did the POTUS NEVER email his SoS? Or did his inner circle never email her? Where are those emails?

345 I don't think Guccifer is some super sophisticated hacker. He's a cabbie, for God's sake. I think he just had a lot of time on his hands and used "social engineering" techniques to guess people's passwords or recovery information. I bet grandma Hillary clicked on every .exe attachment she ever got.

346 In the NewSpace competitive arena, I tend to be rooting for Jeff Bezos and the other players more than I am for Elon Musk, because of Musk's history of sucking greedily at the government teat in all of his ventures post-PayPal.

Blue Origin's birds have a tiny bit of my money in them thanks to my doing business with Amazon, and enriching Bezos, but it's money I spent of my own volition.

Not money that was taken away from me via force majeure and without consultation, in order to provide fat government subsidies to a billionaire, as happens with Musk.

347 Obama has a legacy to protect and Hillary was a part of that "legacy" as Sec State. AS much as I've heard about his despising the Clintons, he'll protect them to protect himself. Just like with Eric Holder when he was held in contempt of Congress. I'll be the conversation between both Hillary and Eric went something like this,

"Get me out of this Barack or I'll take you down with me."
