What happens when manboy Mario goes to a brokered convention but they end up giving the nomination to someone else? Will he profusely sweat himself out of existence?

And the sidebar delegate counts seem waaay off by comparison to what I'm seeing everywhere else.

10 Feel good story of the day:

Roi Harel stepped outside his home in the West Bank settlement of Eli on his way to reserve duty, when he saw two terrorists outside his home, carrying clubs. They managed to lightly wound Harel, who fought back and then locked himself and his family inside their home. The attackers were found and killed a short while later by IDF soldiers.

16 A representative appointed by Turkey's Defense Ministry has been sent to Israel in order to procure Israeli made weapons and aircraft equipment as a condition for the return to normalized relations between the two countries, Arab media reported Wednesday.

According to Kuwati based newspaper publication al-Jarida, Turkish Defense Minister Ismet Yilmaz sent a special envoy Tuesday to meet with Israel's security echelon in order to negotiate financial terms concerning weapons sales.

Israel in turn has demanded to know whether the weapons were intended to attack Kurdish rebels positioned on the Turkish-Syrian border, according to the report.

The Turkish government made clear that the weapons sales, including the purchasing of unmanned aerial vehicles, was part of a wider framework agreement in which the two countries would normalize relations, according to the al-Jardia report.

Lunacy..Selling weapons to the enemy. Netanyahu don't do it!

19 Osama bin Laden wrote a letter calling on the American people to help President Barack Obama fight "catastrophic" climate change and "save humanity", in the latest evidence of his worries about environmental issues, newly released documents show.

The letter was among materials that were seized in the May 2, 2011, U.S. raid on bin Laden's hideout in Pakistan that killed the al Qaeda chief and which were released on Tuesday by the Obama administration.

The undated, unsigned letter "to the American people," which U.S. intelligence officials attributed to bin Laden, appeared to have been written shortly after Obama began his first term in 2009, based on the letter's references to events.

Bin Laden's preoccupation with climate change also emerged as a theme in the first tranche of documents from the raid that was declassified in May 2015, as well as in an audio recording released via the al Jazeera network in January 2010.

If it helps any, I think that the average voter doesn't want illegals catapulted back into their country via trebuchet. They just want them to feel the same tax pain as the legal residents and citizens or GTFO - "pay your freight or leave, Paco."

1. Secure the border - build the wall
2. Total Immigration pause
3. Catch illegals /workplace enforcement - If employed collect taxes and back taxes, discuss temp work visa, else deport. Yes, IRS and DHS CAN and DOES do this (a little bit).
4. Catch / cleanup illegal criminals - instant deportation.

Also Reagan passed a really , terrible amnesty . All is not lost!

What? So somebody posted something on Twitter or Facebook and the MSM and GOPe without any followup at all like ACTUALLY ASKING David Duke if he endorses Trump (which he doesn't) goes about parroting the claim.

Seems like and obvious case of Journolist malpractice. And maybe Trump does have a point that the media has a responsibility and are liable for the accuracy of their stories.

95 It's gotta be awkward and uncomfortable in the Harris County (houston) Sheriff's Office this. morning. The incumbent Sheriff (recently appointed to the position by the county and hailing from the Constables department) handily won his election bid over a longtime Sheriff's Deputy. The Deputy put out smear mailers about the incumbent Sheriff and in the closing days of the campaign the incumbent Sheriff returned the favor.

Now what?

99 Reposted from below because it is worth knowing when considering exit polls (particularly the opinion surveys therein:

=========

I was sitting right next to a pollster all day long yesterday.

First, most Republicans looking people refused to take the surveys she had.

Second,
over half the people who filled out the "Republican" survey were
college students who outright said they were Democrats who voted
Republican (mostly Trump but two for Rubio also) to try and get the
weakest candidate. They were joking out loud about screwing with the
results for the opinion questions.

Third, the samples (at least at
the polling place I was at for 13 hours) was extremely small (the
pollster was trying to get everyone who came out to participate but only
got maybe 15% who would) and very self selecting... so not exactly
statistically sound enough to be extrapolated.

109 If I were on Trump's team, I'd start working on some campaign commercials showing those Merkel speeches where she talks about the need to show "love and kindness" to the "refugees" -- then show the headlines about all the "refugee" rapes, rock throwing, rioting, "disappearing" terrorist refugees, etc.

And just how "kind" is it for the U.S. government to pass laws that make it cheaper for U.S. employers to hire foreigners than to hire Americans? Show the tape of that poor guy from Disney, forced to train his foreign job replacement, breaking down in tears in front of congress. Is that "loving" and "kind"? There are many thousands more like that guy, who've been pushed out of their jobs because our own damn government is more interested in being "loving and kind" to foreigners than to Americans. Is it "love and kindness" when thousands of Americans are raped and robbed and murdered by violent illegal aliens each year, because our government refuses to secure our border and enforce our immigration laws?

I hope Trump (or whoever the nominee ends up being) really takes it to Hillary Clinton on this "love and kindness" bullshit. People who live in guarded mansions, with 24/7 security protection, and send their kids to $40,000 a year private schools can afford to show a lot more "love and kindness" to "immigrants" than the guy struggling to keep his job, whose kid is forced to go to public schools overrun with hostile, entitled, non-English speaking foreigners.

The REAL story is that media fabricated that and ran with Trump equivocating one time on CNN, while mostly ignoring him disavowing several times. AND that they are so slow to correct the basis of the story. I think Gateway Pundit said other networks had corrected and said Duke had actually never endorsed, but FOX never did.

168 Ouch, that's no way to run a business

Actually, that's exactly how you run a business- since 1995 or so. It's the Microsoft model. You report to the IRS the market value of the stock you gave, creating a huge loss and less taxes. You report to the SEC and Wall Street just the cost of the paper (essentialy) that you printed the stocks on and you look massively profitable.

Yes, they know they're untouchable because of the corrupt Obama administration, and they're in-your-face aggressive about their "rights."

We have U.S. veterans literally dying because the VA lies to them about doctor appointments it won't give them. Meanwhile, the Obama administration spends billions of dollars every year providing Medicare prescription drug benefits to a few thousand illegal aliens. Where is the "love and kindness" for our veterans? We promised them healthcare we're not providing, even as we spend billions and billions of dollars every year to provide "free" prescriptions and health care to law-breaking foreigners who don't have any right to be in our country in the first place, most of whom would happily spit in our faces while waving their Mexican or El Salvadoran flags over our heads.

It's f*cking insane.

230 Eventually Trump critics will have to start pointing to evidence that he's all the bad things they say he is. Evidence from this race, not 1987.

By the way, Trumpenproletariat comrades, it's not "anti-trumpers" anymore. They are "Trump critics" and it's precisely because they're critics in the way a movie critic or a cultural marxist "critical theory" demagogue is: passive observers with no alternative to offer but an affirmation of their preexisting position.

Adapt your conservatism to this man who is uniting the country. Compromise. I believe you will find, as I have, that aside from aesthetic dissonance he is everything that traditional conservatism, which has accomplished, gained for me, nothing but successive pyrrhic victories in my 27 years on this earth, should have been this whole time.

At the very least he'll get us out of the "they're racist!!!!!" corner we're in and have been in. The fury, and the failure, of the racialist attack on him the past several weeks is my proof of that.

238 Looking at Twitter's $2 billion loss over 10 years, I suspectTwitter's recent empowerment of theSJW Left and the shadow- and perma-banning of prominent conservatives is a precursor to an all-in effort to suppress opposition voices, part of a wider media suppression campaign that includes the usual suspects of the MSM, as well as other social media sites such as Facebook.

The general public won't hear or see or readan alternative point of view. Conservatives--and our ideas--will be permanently relegated to the fringe, labeled as extremists, cranksand kooks. Outlets like Twitter will remain in business asa vehicle for useful agitprop, an organ of the State.

In response, I suggest the creation of a Samizdat movement as a means to disseminate truthful information, onethat relies on old-school printers and copiers, paper and postage stamps--for the simple reason it's harder to suppress hardcopy. The Soviets used to employ locks on copiers and printers but dissidents foundworkarounds, no problem.

Erikson was on WMAL this am and his given objections to Trump were his infidelities, etc.; whatever makes him a bad person or Christian. Is that really why he loathes him or is he merely trying to convince his audience? I thought the fact that they're all pretty horrible humans was a given.

246 Eventually Trump critics will have to start pointing
to evidence that he's all the bad things they say he is. Evidence from
this race, not 1987.

By the way, Trumpenproletariat comrades, it's not "anti-trumpers"
anymore. They are "Trump critics" and it's precisely because they're
critics in the way a movie critic or a cultural marxist "critical
theory" demagogue is: passive observers with no alternative to offer but
an affirmation of their preexisting position.

Adapt your conservatism to this man who is uniting the country.
Compromise. I believe you will find, as I have, that aside from
aesthetic dissonance he is everything that traditional conservatism,
which has accomplished, gained for me, nothing but successive pyrrhic
victories in my 27 years on this earth, should have been this whole
time.

At the very least he'll get us out of the "they're racist!!!!!"

Statements from 1987 and 1990 and 2000 ans 2012 show a pattern... if you choose to ignore that pattern, that is your failing not the failing of the people accurately quoting Trump.

To a one, the Orthodox Jewish women in Richmond cover their heads, keep strict kosher and their families strive mightily to buy houses within walking distance of their synagogue (because they are forbidden to drive on the Sabbath except in extreme emergencies). The Conservative Jews that I know have a much more loose interpretation of the rules they live by.

280 I oftentimes have CBSN (streaming news) on the television during the day. They often pad the broadcast with live satellite feeds. So I see the full context of events, not the carefully edited 30 second sound bite you all see. CBSN runs 24/7. They have a lot of time to kill. So you're very likely going to see the before, the during, and the after.

So I watched the Trump/David Duke thing. Many times. It was apparent from the start that Trump could not hear correctly and was trying to dodge giving a yes or no answer, he had no idea who or what CNN was talking about, said he was going to look into it, and would give them an answer later. But they kept at it, trying to pin him.

It was the media at the most foul and odious I've ever seen.

I cast my first vote in an R primary for Reagan in '76 (18-19 yo). My mother was horrified that I was not 'supporting the party'. My father thought it was great and enjoyed the floor fights at the Illinois nominating convention (Reagan almost pulled it off). My mom would be supporting Jeb or Rubio (party uber alles) and dad would vote for Cruz. If we don't follow constitutional procedures, we are no better than any other third-world country.
I have now been a Republican for 40 years (missed one primary with an emergency hospitalization) and will still vote for the constitution over 'party' or 'electability'.

They have 12 Cruz, 12 Rubio and 8 Trump out of the 38 MN delegates.
So, that's pretty much all of them there.

They're still way behind on the TX delegates, though. 57 Cruz, 27 Trump; out of 155.

So tomorrow, if Marco so much as looks in Donald's direction, expect Marco to get a schlonging harder than a prison rape:

Marco, you've got to take care of that nice family of yours. You're going to be unemployed in a few months. With no prospects. Now you can't pimp your wife out any more to your Sugar Daddy for $350,000 a year because your yesterday's news, and frankly she's not that hot, and I know these things. So what are you going to do. probably, and it's winner take all bitches. If he doesn't Mario will.
Trump will win NY and the whole east coast basically. He'll win LA.
Embrace reality.
==========
Unfortunately, you are exactly right.

I ran the numbers two weeks or so ago here---telling everyone that after yesterday, the race would be largely over.

The only chance Cruz had--and he did damned well--was to win what he did and do a lot better in TN and AL than he did.

Without Rubio, he could have maybe gotten 50% in TX--that would have him in the lead over Trump right now.

But yeah. It's over. 20% lead in FL and a steady 5 point lead in OH--both winner-take-all.

394 A lot of Trump supporters (I was one before I decided that I'd be okay with either one and eventually voted Cruz) are fully aware that the man has made a lot of statements over the years that throw some of his policy positions in doubt.

But this election isn't about all of those things. It's about immigration, the economy, and a party establishment that's been ignoring the base. We can fix the rest later, if there is a later. The immediate ones have to be fixed now or we lose the country. On the pressing issues, Trump is quite strong and his obvious patriotism is a plus. Even if he does turn out to be further Left on a few (or more) things than we expected, he's still better than Unindicted Felon or Venezuela II: Electric Boogaloo.

And then there's the revenge factor.

Several years ago I was openly carrying in Arlington and a woman-child (you know the type) took issue and followed me around while on the phone with 911.

Police showed up, took one look at me minding my own business, and lectured her about Virginia laws. One thing that sticks in my mind is that she was yelling about how I was terrorizing the place...and the officer said "you didn't seem to be terrorized since you were following him around while being on the phone with us."

So every so often I get glimmers, but yeah on balance it's pretty much a liberal cesspool.

Haven't fallen for shit.

Yeah, I'd like to clarify something myself. I'm a Cruzer, but I'll vote for Donald Trump's Hair if he's the Repumpkin nominee for the following reasons: he pisses off all the right people (mostly the GOPe who are going stark, raving mad at the prospect of losing power in DC), the entire leftarded PC factions in both parties, he appears to be very anti-PC, the media doesn't seem to be able to contain him or damage him, hell, they look like they really don't know what to do with him.

And he has Fuck You Money, which hopefully translates into him not being a shill for the Chamber of Commerce. He's a businessman and reality show star with plenty of exposure for years and is far less of an unknown quantity than the flip-flopper Dondi.

What he'll do once in orifice is anyone's guess, but I look upon him as my own personal President Herbert Mountain Dew Camacho.

I'm somewhat past the point of thinking that we're ever going to return to anything that resembles sanity in DC, so DT'sH is my big middle finger to the establishment.

If we can't have Cruz, and it appears we won't, I'll take Trump. If the GOPe manages to put anyone else on the ballot in November, I will not vote for president for the first time in my life.

And I will give up on politics.

Inthe last scene in the American remake of the French film'Breathless', Richard Gere's bad but cool guy character is surrounded by about 100 cops, all drawing down on him. His own gun is on the pavementat his feet. There is truly no way out, but he goes for it anyway. I love that scene. Sure, it's doomed but it's beautiful, too.

Supporting a jackhole like Trump as a last great act of defiance is not beautiful because there is a way out. Cruz is genuinely conservative. So for that matterwere Jindal, Perry, Walker, and Fiorina, all strong conservatives and all gone now, thanks to thisinexplicable (to me)Trump infatuation. Vote Cruz.

But the problem is he'll take the job, tell you it's very important, then see an opening posted for manager or perhaps even an executive enterprise-wide position. He'll have only been at the job for about two months, but he'll reach for the new job and expect you to give it to him. Worse still, he'll say his pursuit of the new job, the one he deserves and that only he can do, will cause him to neglect and ultimately desert his earlier duties. Whereas strong performance and humility would have made him more competitive for the job, he shoots himself in the foot. You tell him it's not working out and that he probably needs to go back to his old job and he probably still might get fired for absenteeism. If you look at at the video, Trump's son is on the other side when they walk onto the stage. He says something to Christie--probably telling him to get out of the frame--but Christie doesn't move. Then at the end when they are walking off the stage, Trump pushes Christie a few times to go/get off stage.

Add that to Trump telling Christie to get on the plane and go home and it adds up to Christie being treated like the tool that he is.

things. It's about immigration, the economy, and a party establishment
that's been ignoring the base. We can fix the rest later, if there is a
later. The immediate ones have to be fixed now or we lose the country.
On the pressing issues, Trump is quite strong and his obvious patriotism
is a plus. Even if he does turn out to be further Left on a few (or
more) things than we expected, he's still better than Unindicted Felon

And then there's the revenge factor.

Trump may or may not build a wall but there is every indication that he will do nothing about the illegals here that are depressing wages and driving lower class Americans out of the work force.

As an economist my opinion is Trump is effectively economically illiterate. He is rich because he started rich and because he is very good at working the political system to favor himself. That is not something that he can extrapolate to the economy as a whole (because eventually you run out of other people's money). His ideas on trade are horrifying and likely to further kneecap the economy.

As for ignoring the base, as I said many times before, I empathize and am right there in the base too. But "fuck you" is not a way forward. Voting in conservatives (and voting their asses out if the sell out) is.

Well, in fairness, Khomeini spent an awful long time prepping the battlespace. He produced these sermons that were mass-duplicated and distributed on cassette tape.

I remember - it must have been 1978, or so - talking to an American who'd just fled Iran, and he described how people were shooting at the plane as it was taking off from Tehran. That was well before Khomeini came along, so Iran was out of the Shah's control before the French enabled the coup d'etat.

I don't think that is what the article says. But look, why should a minority dictate things over a majority. If Trump does not get a majority of the delegates, there is no reason why he should automatically be the nominee just because he got a plurality.

If he gets a majority, he should.

If he is able to broker a deal, he should.

But the rules are what the rules are. A minority should not dictate over the majority. And the majority should not ignore the minority - especially a large faction of the minority.

But there is a well-earned lack of distrust. I get it.

There is no way of knowing how a brokered convention would play out or what the reaction would be. But if Rubio were to emerge victorious, it would definitely provoke a strong revolt. The only way I could see Rubio emerging in such a scenario is if he starts racking up a lot of delegates (which seems unlikely in the current state of the race) and gets Cruz to join him as VP. As the race stands now, this seems far-fetched.

544 Neither Cruz nor Rubio can beat Trump either together or alone. Yesterday confirmed that. With winner take all states coming up, Trump should go into Cleveland with a majority if delegates. If Trump is denied the nomination with procedural gimmicks like Rule 40 kiss the general goodbye.

If the GOPe wants to stop Trump then have Romney jump into the race. Else shut the f8ck up and get in line.

It's not good that the GOPe's only game is to smear Trump.

He never expected them to turn on him and his celebrity friends.

'We were shocked to see some of the migrants acting like football hooligans. The security team had stones thrown at them, and two had their phones smashed then stolen. Jude and Tom were told to stay in the bus shortly before the ambush as the atmosphere was building,' a source said.

Today was the day Trump was supposed to have "swept" the south and crowned the winner of the nomination. Delegate wise it's still tight race with Trump on top. People are vain creatures and when they are rejected or their little fiefdom is being rocked, they lash out and don't think about the consequences, it's all about their ego.

I don't think Republicans that oppose Trump are closet Obama socialists who want 8 more years of this. Ted Cruz has been making the case that Trump is a menace, I don;t think he secretly likes Trump.

This.

Why is this so f*cking hard for these idiot politicians to understand?

Americans see their local schools overrun (at significant cost to them in terms of increased property taxes) by hostile illegal aliens; they see themselves and their neighbors forced to train their sneering foreign replacements for their jobs; they read headlines every day about brazen illegal alien criminals running amok in their neighborhoods, and reckless illegal alien drunk drivers killing people on their streets. Then there are the terrorist attacks (9/11, Boston, San Bernardino, etc.) by "immigrants," and the many arrests of "immigrants" who've been caught planning terror attacks, or running off to terrorist training camps overseas (some of whom use their damn welfare money to pay for the plane tickets).

Americans who can scarcely afford to pay their own bills stand in the grocery store behind Mexicans or Bosnians or Somalis whipping out their EBT cards to pay for cartloads full of groceries (which they then pack into their late-model cars). Your elderly neighbor, who fought for the U.S. in Korea, can't get a doctor's appointment at the local VA, but when you take your kid to the ER after a football injury, you see illegal aliens getting ushered in ahead of you for their "free" treatment (while you sit there filling out dozens of financial and insurance forms and offering up multiple forms of ID before they'll deign to see your kid). You read in the paper about how Obama has cut billions of dollars from the VA budget; meanwhile, he's put billions more dollars into a program to resettle more Syrian "refugees" in your neighborhoods. You struggle with tax forms (or pay an accountant hundreds of dollars) at tax time so you can comply with all the laws and file your IRS returns, while millions of illegal aliens get a pass (and millions of others get checks for "tax credits" from the U.S. Treasury).

Every day, over and over again, we are assaulted with the evidence of how our own government, which is paid for with our tax dollars, is selling us down the river. The people who are supposed to be our representatives don't give a hot damn about our interests, and are using our money to import and/or support foreigners, many of whom hate our guts and many others of whom are happily robbing us blind (with the active aid and complicity of our own government).

Americans are fed up with this bullshit. Why was Donald Trump the only one with the guts to say "enough of this shit!"? Instead of supporting amnesty (Rubio) or unlimited H1-B's (Cruz), why didn't they say "hey, we have the lowest labor participation rate in decades. We need to slow down immigration until we can get unemployed/under-employed Americans back to work. The American government's first job is to protect and promote the interests of Americans. Allowing unlimited millions of hostile, poor, diseased, and/or criminal foreigners to swarm our borders and plant themselves on our welfare rolls and/or prey upon our citizens does not serve our citizens' interests; neither does passing laws that make it cheaper for employers to hire foreigners over Americans. This bullshit needs to be stopped, and I will work with congress to make sure it is stopped."

Any reasonably competent candidate who said something like that would wiped every other candidate off the map. But they're all so damn afraid of being called raaaaaaacists or Islamophobes or whatever, or getting cold-cocked by the C-of-C big money donors, that they won't do it.

Hence, the Donald.

As a NJ resident I am getting a little bit tired of Christies big fat nothing agenda in NJ.

He hasn't reduced the size, scope and reach of government, he has actually massively expanded it.

He hasn't articulated a solution to the pension crisis which has been kicked down the road for decades.

He's been on the road for six months campaigning for the Presidency and now is going to be campaigning for Trump.

His actions are setting the environment for the Donks to take over the Governorship in the next election because he is not leaving any legacy that the next GOP Gov candidate can use to get themselves elected.

"Elect me and I continue the work of Governor Christie"

The next GOP candidate is going to have to run against the Donk and Christie.

653 Part of the problem is that Catholic politicians feel cognitive dissonance when it comes to defending a) the free market, b) the nation-state, and c) the American idea of freedom.

That's a problem. It has been swept under the rug since Kennedy. Catholics who admire the free market, the nation-state, and the American idea of rugged individual liberty need to be more vocal. These things are the conditions in which Christian virtue can actually flourish.

The "social market," globalist collectives, and the leftist idea of limited freedom produces the shitstorm you're currently seeing all over Europe.

I think it depends on if your state has an open primary(meaning you can vote for either party, regardless of your own registration, or if you must vote your registration). If you must vote your registration, then it makes sense to simply have two lines. You might as well identify in that case which party you are voting for because you would need to do so to obtain the correct ballot when you get to a poll worker anyway. My own precinct is not exactly private, it's in a 100 year old town hall that holds about 150 people and the poll workers sit at 3 x 9 tables.

There is one.

Rubio drops out, endorses Cruz.

Cruz wins narrowly wins FL and squeaks out a win in OH.*

At that point, Cruz would lead Trump in the delegate count.**

The ONLY chance to stop Trump at this point is for Rubio to drop out. As long as it's a 3 man race, Trump will easily get over the 1200 delegates needed to win the nomination outright, 1st ballot.

*The problem here is, there are still a whole slew of delegate-fat, left-leaning states that favor Trump and are winner-take-all.

**Even if Cruz dropped out and endorsed Rubio, Rubio would still be behind Trump EVEN after winning FL and OH.

697 The thing about Rubio is by using accounting methods he can drop out soon and retain campaign contributions. He's gonna be unemployed this time next year.

How much longer until he figures out its time to cut and run? He certainly doesn't impress me as the sharpest bulb in the bunch but doesn't he have some financial adviser to tell him he's marching to the edge of a cliff?

It's the difference between riche and nouveau-riche. It's the difference between having a summer house and a yacht on Lake Tahoe and a summer house and a yacht in the Hamptons.

Trump is rich and Trump. Old money is rich and old money. Am I making sense?

Clarify please.

Basically, it's a verb connoting ant-like behavior performed by a human/organization. Meaningless, repetitive, with no specific goal save perpetuation. Imagine a jigsaw puzzle with an infinite number of pieces. You'd "ant" such a puzzle.

Trump ants gold.
Adam Rich ants food.
Elton John ants homosexuality.
The GOPe ants futility.

703 For the record Trump is the one that said we need to close the borders to muslims primarily because of the Syrian/ISIS people who we cannot know their intent.

He also said that countries in the region have plenty of camps already set up that could care for these people while we work up data on just who is who is what.

Sounded like a pretty solid plan if you ask me.

Because saying it is easy, actually doing something about not so much. Even Reagan couldn't get it done. Trump has never had to govern anything so I think I'll wait until he builds a wall and actually deports someone before I start congratulating him.

What I don't understand is why people choose not to focus on his follow on statements about building a door and letting all "the good ones" back in. If anyone else said that they would have been flayed and barbecued by now.

The problem is, Cruz is basically at his high water mark right now. He won his home state and peeled off Oklahoma, but these Southern states were what the campaign was banking on because the rest are rough.

If Cruz can't win the South with his basically tailor made message for Southern voters, I don't see a path.

Some sort of coalition can be made, but if its Cruz vs Trump, the Establishment will go with Trump or likely not lift a finger to help Cruz.

Ivanka and Jared already have two children. Trump has seven grandchildren right now, five from Don Jr. and two soon to be three from Ivanka. I don't believe Eric has any children yet , he just got married a couple of years ago. Trump has a college age daughter with his second wife and has a 9 year old son with Melania.

Trump is a trust fund brat. Plain and simple.

Romney was born to a wealthy family but was far more of a self-made man.

All of the data shows that Trump is a terrible businessman, he inherited a bunch of money and real estate and his investments have performed below market averages.

But Trump knows self-promotion and has become a celebrity businessman. He's more of an entertainer than anything, but he's our nominee.

Like I said, Trump is not my first choice, but I give him credit for having the guts to say what has needed to be said for a long time: our immigration policies are f*cking insane. They have to be changed, whatever -- or whoever -- it takes.
