86 We let Mexico put out comic books instructing illegals how to get in to
America and get benefits illegally. They visit and insult
Congress, calling us racist for not opening our borders to them, while
they of course close their Southern borders and are ruthless about it.

NAFTA
has hurt our GDP, and all the happy talk doesn't stop companies from
moving to Mexico, a new big one every week. Trump said just last night
that we are the ones with the bargaining power (he was speaking
regarding China, at the time) but we always crater, to their threats of
trade war. Trump is correct ... they are the ones that can't afford a
trade war, but R's think open borders is their last hope to win the Hispanic vote, which means the end of Republicans and the Republic.

The illegals get US funded health care
and other freebies, while they work the gray and black markets, and send US profits to
Mexico. So we subsidize their corrupt regime, as we pay the taxes to support the infrastructure, and Mexico collects the payrolls. But Holder sends guns to cartels , Lynch lets HSBC off the hook for money laundering billions for
their cartels, Obama keeps the flow coming and tells border patrol to
stand down, let them come.

Why in the world would we let Mexico dictate our
foreign policy, or trade policy? Only the globalists are cramming this
through, and not for our benefit, and with no concern for our
sovereignty. Read Coulter's book and the numbers would wake you up. Malkin also is on this, long ago.

Saw this on the news here last night. The cop is now under department investigation for posting a photo of the KKK on his facebook page. Spokesperson for the department said that police officers are all receiving sensitivity training for their social media pages.

Then the news went on to the bodies that were found dumped, a man who was shot while sitting in his car outside of a house when another car pulled up, etc. All black on black crime.

Probably because someone's feelings were hurt over Beyonce.

He wanted to find a safe place to hide, so they found this little patch of ground, surrounded by swamp. My husband's father ran a trot line, and did all those sort of Cajun things you hear about. 130 Brooks' definition of what is conservative political philosophy is all that is wrong with the movement. And why I hate the nomer "conservative."

CC:
Brooks defined conservatism thusly: "conservatism stands for
intellectual humility, a belief in steady, incremental change, a
preference for reform rather than revolution, a respect for hierarchy,
precedence, balance and order, and a tone of voice that is prudent,
measured and responsible."

Fuck you. Change that first word from "conservatism" to "progressivism" and you've not changed a thing.

Mine: "I stand for the advancement of individual freedom and liberty, reducing the size, scope and reach of government to the absolute minimum necessary."

138 FOX offers sitcom about Middle Eastern family in the U.S.

The other day I mentioned the Canadian series "Little Mosque on the Prairie" from several years back. I'll just quote my own comment:

Canadian sitcom about a small-town mosque with a new, hip, liberal imam. Ha-has included the old hard-core guy on the no-fly list. Sincere eps included young girl debating wearing the head scarf. Nice romantic thread with the young imam. Watched the entire first season, changes in the 2nd left us cold.

Total fantasy propaganda, really. If only most mosques were really like that, it would be a religion of peace.

The French are raiding mosques and not liking what they are finding: hundreds of war-grade weapons and large quantities of Kalashnikov ammunition. "...between 100 and 160 mosques will be closed." ...In addition, 2,235 Muslim businesses and homes have been searched. There have been 232 arrests....

But of course in America, surveillance of mosques was terminated because of President Stands with Muslims.

Yeah. But, I'd say, when mosques are serving as armories, every weapon in them is "war-grade."

"We are not at war with Islam" does not mean they aren't at war with us.

You must hate capitalism! I got rich!" poo poo

A few CEOs also get very rich off cheap labor subsidized by free health care for illegals. Or by exporting jobs and holding stock "ownership" in foreign production. But trade deficits are subtracted from GDP.

American policy is not supposed to be about making foreign companies richer, but about making America's economy stronger. It takes very strategic trade deals to do that, not open borders.

But for "pure capitalists" that don't care about borders, slavery, war, pollution, etc. ... yes, "free trade" can be great, as long as they can find a free country where they can spend their loot. Or a not free country that controls the little people. ha

Cruz is my first choice and I too would vote for Trump in the general if necessary.

Problem I have is this: Just about every Cruz supporter says they would vote for Trump, but I have yet to see a Trump supporter agree to vote for Cruz if he should be the nominee. Very troublesome.

And I'll add, the more I hear and see of Trump, the less comfortable I am with him on any level. I enjoyed the bluster in the beginning, and I was very happy with his strong stand on illegal immigration. But after that, what does he offer? Universal healthcare? No thank you. He is going to fix everything---he's a very successful businessman and he knows how to make things work and how to make deals. The big problem is he has no true working knowledge of our constitution, separation of powers, states rights, etc. Eminent domain is just a tool for developers and as long as you contribute to enough politicians, you can make deals with them . He's just gonna fix everything and make the trains run on time.

I really wish all my otherwise conservative real and virtual friends would take some time and see that Trump actually sounds more like a Progressive with his many promises of a utopia that we all realize cannot materialize.

I'm not angry; I'm depressed. We had a real chance of turning this nightmare of the last 8 years around. We finally have a true constitutional conservative running for office--something that we never could have dreamed of just a couple of years ago. He's fighting the headwinds of the GOPe and the media, and now too many erstwhile conservatives have turned their backs on him, shouting H1B!, Nazi endorsement!, Amnesty. Gimme a G-damn break. He's the best shot we've ever had since Reagan, and what should be his base has decided to cut off their noses to spite their faces and "let it burn."

Well, burn it will.

269 We can easily solve this economic crisis by just removing one zero from every number. A $100 dollar bill becomes a $10 dollar bill. The $15/hr minimum wage becomes $1.50/hr.

The Dow becomes 1700 again, and everyone prospers.

Wouldn't you love to have your wages in NuBucks that are actually worth something, instead of having to carry around stacks of worthless $1,000 bills?

A couple of silver dollars in every paycheck, and I'd be a rich man.

Why not? We've tried everything else, why not try something new. What could go wrong?
