NH Lawmaker and Rape Survivor Heckles Hillary Clinton Over Attacking Bill's Victims

Notice the hostile tone of the reporter interviewing her after.

"But you're a Republican, right?"

Meanwhile, Paula Jones is back as well.

Speaking to weekend talk radio host Aaron Klein, Jones slammed Hillary as a "two-faced" "liar" who waged a war on women by trying to discredit "predator" Bill’s sexual accusers.

"And how dare her. You know what? She don't care nothing about women. Because if she did she would believe what I had to say. She would believe what the other women had to say."

Jones further accused the media of practicing a double standard by "protecting" the Clintons while deservedly scrutinizing Bill Cosby's alleged sexual assaults.

Yes that's the plan.

It's an interesting confluence of events as the media maintains, correctly, that they should believe Bill Cosby's alleged victims, given that there are many of them, while simultaneously embargoing mention of Bill Clinton's alleged victims.

There are a lot of them, too.

By the way, Bill Cosby's wife Kah-meeele is no longer standing by her man.

So she's one up on Hillary Clinton, eh?

That attitude pops up a lot around here and I'm sick of it.

It implies a coordinated media effort to sanctify Ghetto Life and destroy those who oppose it. It comes from a place of "everything they do is evil". In short, it is unthinking and unreflective.

Cosby has a history of asking up and coming black comics to work clean. Up and coming black comics have a history of working "the Call" into their acts.

One such comic got the Cosby allegations into the mainstream. The "evil protect the ghetto" media is reacting to the existence of 50 credible accusations. So many, in fact, that Kah-meeele finds them credible.

There is no "protect Thug Life" in this story.

40 Re Paula Jones : I think they had an affair, that Bill acted like a pig (I imagine the words "suck it, slut" were uttered), and that Jones reported some of the stuff that happened out of context.

Generally, though, Bill sought out lovers who would be laughed at if they told the truth afterward. I mean, look at Monica. RS MCain accurately called her a lying c*cksucker. If she didn't have the actual splooge on her dress we'd not believe her either.

But the fact that "everybody knew" he was doing what he was doing leads me to believe this is one of those things where it was once considered creepy and uncool, but now it's considered rapey rape.

As has been said around here many times, by many of us, the way the laws are written today, I believe I COULD have been convicted of rape for some of the things I did back then, if the laws had been written as they are now.

Paula Jones may be from a poor background, uneducated, she may even be lying although I kind of doubt it...she completely fits the pattern of Clinton's use of women around him.

94 "the media was telling us that sex lies about Bill Clinton's private
White House sex life were no big deal and only puritans cared about it"

Something you hear to this day around the SF area. Always in an exceptionally self-righteous tone.

My response is always to say that if it had only been about sex, and if Clinton had immediately come out and admitted the affair, it would have been tawdry but not illegal, and not rising to grounds for impeachment.

What made it illegal and grounds for impeachment was having a President -- a federal officer who is specifically charged by the Constitution with making sure the nation's laws are followed -- perjuring himself under oath in front of a federal grand jury, plus suborning perjury by others, plus implausibly arguing that a bill on testimony in sexual harassment which he himself had signed into federal law didn't apply to his own person.

I will usually cap it all off by asking, if the Lewinsky imbroglio was merely "all about sex and a private matter between consenting adults", why it is that Bill Clinton has been disbarred as an attorney?

132 There was an opera called "Taking Tiger Mountain by Strategy" which the Chinese communist party chose as "traveling propaganda theater": troupes of actors and signers, employed by the People's Revolutionary Army, would travel through the backwoods countryside of China performing the opera for villagers, as a way to amp up enthusiasm for the communist victory. The whole purpose behind the script (based on a military incident in the '40s) was to have the audience standing up and cheering at the end for the communist forces to win.

This, basically, is what Hillary's traveling "town halls" are -- the American version of "Taking Tiger Mountain by Strategy," crudely scripted propaganda for the simpleton villagers.

I'd kind of like her to stay in through the primary and then have all this fire trained on her.

I can't even see why anyone can stand her enough to be even running.

But I'm probably just deluding myself because with her opposition gracefully folding she'd be in like flynn.

I think she wanted to have another baby and just spaced them out in the way she did. Do I think both kids will be used in photos ops?-yes, of course but I don't think Chelsea was instructed to get pregnant. One toddler would have been more than enough for loving grandma photos.

154 ...impeaching Clinton was a mistake...

It did get John Glen a last ride into space. :-)

Al Gore looked to be a much tougher candidate than he turned out to be. Gore stupidly distanced himself from Clinton and probably would have done it without the impeachment and trail.

2000 turned out to be a battle between two poor candidates. 2004 wasn't much better.

157 The Bill Bidness with his Bidness is hurting Hillary! I always go to Yahoo! and read the comments from interested parties. The comments are running about 999 to 1 against her attacking the victims of Bill's sexual exploits. A lot of them are so badly written that it's hard to parse them through the misspellings and execrable grammar, but, almost all of them note that she is a liar and that she viciously attacked other women.

BTW, I admire the GOP rape victim for going after Hillary! Her life is going to be damaged by it, but, damn, she's got some ovaries for pointing out the obvious. If more in the GOP had her courage, then Hillary would not even be runnin.

Um, yes.He lied in an affidavit and in front of the grand jury when he denied sexual contact withcertain women at issue inspecific denials he gave ateach time. I do not believe he was permanently disbarred. He could apply for reinstatement but has chosen not to do so.
So, there is still some ground for disputing the legal wrongfulness of the sexual activity with those particular women. Was there consent or not, was the allegedactivity legally sufficient to amount to sexualharassment versus aggressive propositioning etc.
Morally, I wouldn't want him living next door to me.Best case scenario he's incontinent -- a sex addict, worse case --sexoffender. Hillary is complicit either way. Seeing him in the Whitehouse, again, would be quite a sign of the times wouldn't it.

175 Bandersnatch, #31:

"That attitude [that they're going after Cosby in part for his pull-up-your-pants remarks about black youth] pops up a lot around here and I'm sick of it."

I mostly agree with you. What Cosby seems to have done is awful. If he did it, as I now believe, he deserves personal hell, criminal sanction and financial ruin.

But - I also think if he'd gone hard-left racial activist instead of sounding vaguely conservative, a lot of people attacking him now would instead be saying, For shame - you want to destroy this beloved figure for political gain, and you're somehow putting all these women up to smearing him.

In other words, the trope "what's the difference between Cosby and Clinton?" has a point.

182 @BurtTC, I always felt that one of the reasons Paula Jones fought so hard was because she was tired of her story being dismissed as the true-ish rantings of some trailer park whore.

Just because she is low class does not mean that he did not attack her. It does not mean that she would obviously welcome his advances, and it does not mean she is lying. If I were treated the way she was and then everyone blew it off because I'm obviously a redneck skank so no one cares even if it's true -- I would raise just as much of a stink as she did.

Let me put it like this -- if they had an affair that ended badly (Gennifer Flowers), that story would have been the one pounced on by the media. That would have been the thing they repeated again and again because it would have defused any accusation she made. There isn't even a whiff of that, and they're only defense is that she's low class so it wouldn't matter what he did to her.

That makes her vulnerable, and we shouldn't despise her for it.
