Obama to Begin Illegally Issuing Work Permits to Illegal Immigrants Already Formally Ordered Deported by a Court

Another day, another gashing wound in the Constitution that once bound this nation together.

President Barack Obama's new 181-page plan to award work-permits to at least 100,000 foreign college-grads also contains a convoluted section that would also sneak work-permits to a huge range of foreign migrants -- even after courts have formally ordered their repatriation.

In plain English, the section in the rule would automatically provide updated work-permits to 15 categories of migrants who are appealing judges' deportation orders.

53 It takes a real POS to sell the country out simply to enhance his political party's future political fortunes. Once all of these immigrants Obama is letting are allowed to become U.S. citizens and vote in the next 5-10 years, they will be reliable Democrat voters for decades.

I can't believe the voters of this country put an American-hating, Caucasian-hating zilch like Obama in a position to destroy the country fiscally and culturally. Between ObamaCare and immigration, the chances of us reversing course and correcting these mistakes are very low, especially with the spineless losers on the GOP side.

Police were called to the scene after a small crowd began arguing over escalating violence and the citys attempts to curb it.

The noon press conference was called by a group of activists led by Salaam Ismial, co-chair of the New Jersey Study Commission on Violence, and Abdul Muhammad, a longtime Newark anti-violence activist. In a release announcing the event, the two said they planned to ask Mayor Ras Baraka to unleash his quality of life plan in addressing ongoing violence facing Newark residents.

Too many losers on the right, like Noonan, had to write columns and jump in front of cameras to praise Obama so that they could "prove" to the Left that they weren't racist like too many other conservatives. Bunch of effin' cowards.

93 "Impeachment would be the only likely remedy and that is notgonnahappen.com."

The establishment GOP have never made any actual attempt at using the power of the purse in an adversarial manner against Obama, but substantial power does exist.

Look at what the early 1970s Democratically controlled Congress did to Nixon. They passed spending bills which sharply and specifically prohibited any expenditure of government funds on certain policies and programs which they found not to their liking.

And Nixon complied. Unwillingly. Because he found that he had to.

Democrats did that very same thing to a Republican White House again in the 1980s. Boland Amendment. Reagan wasn't able to break it and so ended up mired in the fiasco of Iran-Contra as he tried to work extralegally around Boland restrictions.

When the Beltway GOP say that their hands are tied, there are no options, and they just can't rein in Obama's abuses, that's horse puckey. They haven't even made one single serious attempt to do so.

What is now abundantly clear is that McCornhole and Lyin' Ryan are not acting in any sense in opposition to Obama. They are in cahoots with Obama.

Yes. I really hope he wins the whole thing. We need someone to try to restore the country to some semblance of constitutional order because that is what has made this country great.

Rush sometimes says that Americans are not inherently different from other people around the world. It's the constitution and rule of law that made America what it was.

If we lose the rule of law permanently, what will come after will be a disaster. Imagine Hillary or any other bad character with nothing to restrain her.

I do suspect that the GOP would try to undermine a President Cruz, though.

145 Here are the kinds of things that a President Trump/Cruz can do without any help from Congress:

Illegal Immigrants: Rescind all executive orders like DAPA and DACA. Withhold federal disbursement to sanctuary cities until they comply with existing laws.

Syrian refugees / Muslim entrants. If the bill in front of the Senate doesn't pass, use existing Presidential stautory authority to impose a temporary general ban on entrants from specified countries with a system to allow exceptions.

Domestic security: Reverse any and all policies that limit law enforcement's ability to profile Muslims for investigatory purposes including for travel.

Over-regulation: Start by replacing the EPA head and rescinding all policies adopted during the Obama reign.

DOJ: Replace the apparatchiks. Get medieval on Obama's corrupt cronies.

Budget: Promise to veto any omnibus spending bill. Break up the budget into pieces to exercise management control. You think Trump runs his business without accountability at the division level?

Trump has the balls to do this, won't care about MSM heat, and won't care if it makes him a one-termer. Cruz might but I'm not as sure about.

I'm not sure exactly how they'd stop it, but they should issue a clarion call that this is exactly why we need to build the damn wall, and institute a total stop on immigration for at least a year. Unequivocal endorsement of those positions and concrete moves to implement them would help their position a lot. They've got lots of damage to repair.

And then, start the wheeling-dealing with the GOP lame-asses in Congress.

If I were Trump, and it appeared that I was going to take it all easily-

I would stick my big fat thumb into every GOP and Dim primary and race in the country for Congress-

and request that the voters give me a Congress that would go along with making this country great again-

and not the Pride of Weasels who colluded with obama against their voters and the American people.

If there is *any* hope for the system, it's in a) the truth finally being told (and he's doing that- whether he believes what he says is a completely different question) and b) the electorate and parties finally realizing that all those Constitutional checks on Government power exist for a reason. As long as someone from inside the parties is President, those two things will never happen.

253 Until the recent GREAT REBELLION,
the DAI NOGAS were the most
feared warriors in the universe.
For one hundred thousand years,
generations of DAI perfected their art
as the personal bodyguards of the King.
They were the chief architects of the
invincible ROYAL SPACE FORCE,
which expanded the King's power across
the galaxy, from the celestial equator
to the farthest stars.

Now these legendary warriors
are all but extinct. One by one,
they have been hunted down
and destroyed as enemies of
the NEW GALACTIC KINGDOM by a
ferocious and sinister rival
warrior sect, THE LEGIONS OF LETTOW.

But soooooo satisfying...

I was at a meeting with upper management when one of my co-workers was getting his ass reamed by each and every one of them for his latest f* up. After they were done they asked him to explain himself: He said:

"Gee, after this I think that I will go down to the Greyhound bus station and apply for the job of giving blow jobs to get my self esteem back".

Everyone almost fell out of their seat and I laughed out loud. Of course, he was retiring the following week.

264 I'm amused that the GOP has nothing they can scare us with anymore.

"This is the most important election of our lifetime!"

"If Hillary is elected ..." What? She can't possibly be worse than 8 years of Obama. She was born and raised here, and not by Communists and domestic terrorists and preachers sermonizing "God damn America." Hillary will be a big-government leftist looking to line her own pockets and those of her cronies.

"B-b-but the Supreme Court!" You're right. We better get some conservative stalwarts in there like John Roberts, eh?

Let it burn.

Inventive state AGs should be bringing them up on state charges (it wouldn't be very difficult to find any number of serious state charges to lay on them) so as to keep the feral government's hands off of it, anyway, and to keep it out of the reach of Precedential pardons.

I'd like to impeach Roberts for his Obamacare decision but I also realize that he has rendered a number of conservative opinions.
