How the Media Turned Trump Into a Nazi at 11 pm Last Night, And Then How His Nazi Status Was Confirmed By Not Commenting Until 1:53 Today

Joel Pollack runs down the latest silly shit from, let's be frank, the people who support Marco Rubio and who do not quite wish to make this plain, so they just attack the other candidates as "crazy" and hope people notice the one candidate who isn't crazy.

I just spent an hour on Twitter trying to keep the #MarcoMob from stampeding everyone into accepting their presumptions. A major argument was that because Trump hadn't yet knocked the story down, he must actually be standing by his words.

Remember, this was an 11 pm story last night.

Here was one of my main arguments from joining the stampede:

Anyway, Trump did knock the story down:

The knock on him has now morphed into "Well, my charge might have been wrong, but by not choosing his words carefully enough to disallow the misinterpretation I was determined to make, he is just as guilty as if the charge were true."

This is the Eternal Back-Up Argument of the hack: the very fact that he allowed me to make this charge against him is all the proof you need the charge is essentially true.

Look, I'm sorry fellas, but Marco Rubio is absolutely unacceptable to me. Absolutely unacceptable.

If you want to push a more "reasonable" candidate, then I wish you all luck, but as long as it's Marco Rubio you're trying to stampede me towards, No sale.

Or is it fun for you?

Personally, I'm kind of over it. Which is why I talk politics less and less with friends and family. It's so... tiring. Because everyone is being dishonest, and everyone knows it and yet everyone likes to pretend they're on the "inside" and theyre just duping OTHERS, and that they're not the ones being duped.

24 Another thought: One of Trump's strengths has been that he is the little boy pointing out that the Emperor has no clothes, that is, he says what everyone is thinking and is scared of saying.

What should scare the heck out of those pushing other candidates is that people might start thinking of doing things that later generations will regret if Islam is not brought under control. This thought gets put out there it might get the ball rolling on some other thoughts.

42 O hey, we were doing a meeting this morning that was facilitatered by this old 60ish hippie Canadian lady. She was bitching about how much she has to pay now for health insurance under the new O-care laws and saying 'but you can't go without it'

I pointed out that yes, people are going without, including the elderly now, because food or healthcare, you gamble and eat first. And also that the effects of the law made it harder on the elderly and fixed income people than anybody else, so they really screwed the pooch on that law.

Now, she's totes Democrat and bleeding-heart Liberal, so there's no chance she'd say Repeal. What she said was 'We'll fix it, and you know we will, isn't that just the best thing about living here?'

Kinda wanted to tell her, no that was the intention all along.

On another note, Zombie got mentioned on the radio this AM, host was talking about the 1977 coming ice age book column. Quinn at the War Room, out of Pittsburgh. He's kinda eh.

Immigration is every thing. Once 20-30M illegals become legal - and voters - nothing else will matter since it will all be over. Immigration is everything: strengthens security of the U.S., cuts down on government and state spending, reduces unemployment, ends the depression of wages, saves school districts millions of dollars, reduces crime.

Immigration touches on so many key aspects of the American way of life and our future.

Trump is a very successful businessman, and guess what you learn when you are a successful businessman? How to pick good managers and how to cut waste.

If you think Trump would 100% be making all the decisions in government based on his knowledge today without any support from a cabinet or other advisors, then you are nuts. He will pick great people, because he is no dummy.

Good question. I dunno.
I'm just telling you how it is, demographically speaking. We can talk all we want about nominating conservatives or whatever. But the fact is a quickly growing % of the country is die hard socialist and no amount of campaigning is going to chance that, at least not in the short term.

Just look at the demographic numbers of presidential elections from, say, 1950 until today.

You'll find that white males vote, essentially, for the most conservative candidate every time.

That just matters less and less every election.

Could that change? Maybe. But progressives have been "fundamentally transforming" the US for 100 years. Getting more and more class-warfare "groups" going. Way more grievances. Way more government reliance. Then to speed up the process, they import millions of 3rd world socialists in the hopes that they continue to vote they way they did back home.

To just expect all of that hard work to magically undo itself in our favor seems... well, I don't see the path to that happening.

Romney won whites overall, he won white men significantly. But Obama won near unanimous black and "other" vote.

When your opponent getting 17-18% of the 20% minority vote, it's pretty damn hard to win. He would have had to win whites 55-56%, which is damn near impossible.

133 It's amazing how this nomination campaign started with such a large bunch of very well-qualified candidates from various backgrounds and has morphed into a few people at the top sucking up all the air. I'm not sitting home when the election rolls around no matter who is at the top. Trump, Carson, Bush, and Paul aren't on my short-list, but if they get there, they get my vote because the choices on the Dem side are completely unacceptable to me.

I'm glad Bush's money caused Romney to reconsider getting in. I'm glad that Trump has probably fatally squashed Bush's campaign. If someone that I don't prefer gets the nomination, I'm still dragging my rump to the polls. It wouldn't be the first time that I voted for someone who wasn't my first, second, or even third choice. Watching us lose in 2012 because a lot of movement conservatives couldn't bring themselves to vote for Romney was painful. That presidential election was the last realistic chance to abort Obamacare.

This next presidential election is no less important. In 8 years of Obama we practically have an imperial president writing up executive order decrees to change this country beyond belief. Another 4 years of it, and we'll be ratcheted way past the point of recovery.

Politicians always disappoint you. Always. In some way large or small. Always. Who can you more live with in charge for the next 4 years? A Republican that will often drive you nuts or a Democrat that will more often drive you nuts, smear you as a racist/sexist/whatever-ist, and leave you poorer?

To just expect all of that hard work to magically undo itself in our favor seems... well, I don't see the path to that happening.

It can happen but it would take a very significant, culture-shifting event like a huge disaster, war, or catastrophe. Something that forces the nation to reassess what is real and important and forces them to face that regularly for the long term.

Remember the huge shift in culture after 9/11? Reality shows plunged in popularity. Church attendance skyrocketed. Old fashioned values all the sudden were deeply important. But it went away because there wasn't any continuing pressure. It would have to be something even worse and more traumatic, that kept going.

Hillary has positioned herself to be Obama's third term but with "more cowbell" feminism.

This will pile up votes in some Deep Blue cities but there's a big risk for the Dems that with Hillary at the top of the ticket they'll get wiped out everywhere else.

Double bonus points if Obama doesn't actively hump for her (his excuse can be that doing so wouldn't be Presidential).

Triple bonus points if we have a serious domestic terrorist attack before November 2016.

191 "Romney won whites overall, he won white men significantly."

Those are exit polls. So you're looking at what percentage Romney picked up among whites _who voted_.

Romney's problem was that a goodly number of working class whites simply sat out the election. They weren't thrilled with Obama, and they would very likely have come out to vote if the GOP had put forth someone they liked to challenge Obama.

Unfortunately, the GOP picked Romney, who to economically pounded working class whites looks like the guy who laid them off. So a lot of those whites just stayed home on Election Day.

201 There is another level here.

The Left continues to insist that this religion does not support the overthrow of Western Ideas, such as freedom of speech, quality, democracy, etc.

We are arguing about what a candidate may have meant, but that is stealing a base. The real argument is how do you deal with a group of people that are in conflict with our core values? Yes, only a very small percentage of these millions of people are willing to kill to advance that conflict in their favor. Yes, the majority are not terrorists.

But why aren't we talking about the incompatibility, and how do we deal with that?

In the 50's we talked about the commies, in the 20's we talked about the anarchists. Americans of those era's would never have imported more. I am sure they had databases.

What the left is doing, is assuming there is no problem. They will assume this right up until it is too late.

Look at the voting patterns of the baby boomer generation. There is no way you can say that they did not get more conservative as they aged.

Now, they might be unique in that -- I suppose it's possible. But there does seem to be some truth that people get more conservative over time.

And there is evidence of that happening with older millennials. Many voted Obama in '08 and self-described as Democrats. Now many more are independents. Lets see where they are in 10 years.

241 But there does seem to be some truth that people get more conservative over time.

Its true, most people do. Almost everyone is a lot more leftist in youth than they are older, simply because reality beats it out of you. All those pie in the sky childish happy clappy crap ideas get discarded as you learn how the real world works like getting your first paycheck and seeing how much the government takes, or trying to raise your kids. But its not universal, and some people never grow up, intellectually and morally, at least.

Mr Rubio is vague as shit on immigration

what the other candidates have that Trump and Carson do not is RECORDS. They are politicians, and their ideas are dicernable from the record in office

and I do not like Mr Rubio on immigration at all. And because of his record, even if he were to adopt Mr Cruz or Mr Trumps or Mr Sessions ideas on immigration, I would not believe him or trust him. And if I cannot believe or trust a candidate on immigration, I certainly will not vote for him

Posted by: Miss80sBaby at November 20, 2015 03:14 PM (YjDyJ)

Why do you think that?

I mean, I know it's the media meme, but why is it that Trump and Carson are uniquely short on specifics?

Put another way -- let's look at George W. Bush's "specifics" from '00, or Obamas from '08. How much of that actually happened as their specifics said it would?

Almost none of it.

It's a media game to demand politicians release policy papers (and both Trump and Carson have) so that they can tear the policies apart, when everyone knows those policy papers mean jackshit and will never be implemented.

So who cares if Bush hired a team of 25 people to focus group and poll test hundreds of pages of position papers that no one will read? (I'm guessing, I have no idea if he has position papers out there)

They will give no insight in to how he will govern, they are subject to change at any moment, and they will be DOA with Congress.

Trump tends to personalize disputes and figures that certain journalists have it in for him.

At some point the realization may dawn that as a Republican, damn near ALL of the journalists have it in for him.

He needs to get better at spotting and batting away these obvious bait questions. If someone asks a loaded question about specific policies, don't bite down on it. Respond with a general attack.

Question: "Mr. Trump, do you support having Muslims sew a crescent on the outside of their clothing as a warning?"

Answer: "People are upset and are throwing around all kinds of ideas. But why are people so upset? It's because the security policies we have right now are a miserable failure, and everyone knows it. I'll be offering strong, sound alternatives."

Then physically turn and move away from the bait questioner, pronto.

308 @234 First the joke. I had a yuppie boss who had everybody from "the shop" over to see his new expensive house that he couldn't afford but was riding the bubble.

White carpet right up to the edge of the airtight fireplace doors. And a whole-house fan with what must have been a 2-horse motor. And he turned them both on at once. I think that carpet was still salt-n-pepper when they moved out.

What those fireplaces need is outside combustion air. Install a fireproof vent in the firebox, with a remotely-controllable damper(can be a rod and handle, or even a wire or cable), going to the outside. That way heat is generated without using expensively-preheated interior air. It's something all wood burners want.

Even if they're brick or stone, this isn't too hard. And most such fireplaces now are made of sheet metal inserts inside a framed pocket; easier yet.

When you've had to work for decades to try to scrape together what little you have, you understand that building and earning are more important than being given something; and you're less apt to support sharing your stuff with a bunch of freeloaders.

339 What is the evidence this came from Rubio supporters? Aren't you doing exactly the same thing to Rubio by saying that with no actual proof? Aren't you blaming Marco for what someone else said?

I heard it about Trump from liberal sources first. From Hillary first. Yet you go after our side, not her. Again.

I like Rubio, just fine, I think you all took a side against him over amnesty that was emotional and not based in facts. Now you will quote all his supposed sins and betrayals.... so what. Not one candidate is pure on the subject of immigration and that includes Trump. The paint on his current stand is not even dry yet. He has taken plenty of bad positions on immigration in the past.

I will support whoever wins, and that seems to be Trump right now, I'm not a fan of making charges against any of our candidates without proof, and charges against supporters, reflect on a candidate therefore it damages our chances against Hillary.

Hillary is the one we must beat. It would do us all a favor to keep the level of disagreement civil and about issues, although, it is very hard to do that when there is actually not much difference on issues. Regardless of how often you try to spin that there is.

The difference between Marco and Donald on any issue, even immigration is so minimal as to be a farce watching the sides go after each other over it.

The open borders people are on the left. You can parse everyone's words... including Trump who criticized Romney for being too harsh on amnesty in 2012... this ridiculous tribalism base on personality is self-defeating.

Replying an hour late to this, but.....

I suppose how one feels about this depends upon your level of cynicism.

I'm a positive person in general, in my life.

I'm also deeply, deeply cynical about politics and culture.

I agree, the demographic shift is going to likely tectonic shifts in our voting majorities, thanks to the latin vote.

I'm of the opinion, though, that we're approaching the problem already several DECADES too late. The genie is well and truly out of the bottle and won't be put back in.

I suppose if you don't think otherwise, one would support Trump, with his alleged intent to deport millions. I have absolutely zero faith that he'd even TRY to uphold that promise, let alone accomplish it.

All this said, I'll be voting for whomever the Republican nominee is. Well, unless it's somehow Kasich.

The sad reality is that if a reporter had asked Trump, "Are you willing to shoot all Muslims on site?," and he gave his usual buffoonish response of, "Well, we're going to have to look at a lot of new things...," then most of you would be on here today blaming the reporter for "putting words in Trump's mouth."

Trump is an imbecile. Obama's "Let me be clear..." sleep-inducing platitudes are positively Shakespearean by comparison.

To be honest, I wish that he could but in my opinion, Dr.Carson's extraordinary skills don't seem to translate into the skills needed to act as the chief executive of the United States.

I thought, and still think, that Bobby Jindal had the skills, personality and will to pull the United States back from the brink, but pretty obviously, not enough other people thought the same thing.

'Trust me, I have smart advisors,' is not a new nor particularly credible claim. Rubio will have smart advisors, which undercuts your dig against him.

The question, for me, is whether I feel I can trust the person to do the right thing on most issues. I have NO trust Trump will. Not even on immigration do I expect him to stand by his promises. He's smart business man who is packaging a product, and he will stand behind it only as long as it is profitable. We only need look at his past positions on immigration (or abortion)to see this is true.

A President Trump will be naïve in foreign affairs (with arguably good advisors) and revert to his natural inclinations at home (despite arguably good advisors).

Rubio did get ahead of himself on immigration as the Overton window shifted within the GOP. Yet we have 2 choices: maintain the status quo or find a solution to millions of illegals permanently residing here (force them out or make them legal). Trump does not have a real plan.

I beg to differ. Trump single-handedly put the immigration issue front and center this election, when everybody else of both parties was happy to dance around it. He recognizes that illegal immigration poses an existential threat to this country, and moreover, is willing to say that, the disapprobation of the elites notwithstanding.
What he could/would do as President depends critically on the composition of Congress and the Federal judiciary; it's not solely his call. But at least he does get the critical issue, and he's has enough hard bark on him not to be fazed by the withering criticism he will/would face. He doesn't crave approval, and that's a strength.
For my part, I'd rather have one of our critical issues dealt with dispositively than several of them farted around with. If Trump could turn the immigration tide in his first term, I would count his Administration as a success.

Why is beating Hillary by any means possible so important to you?

Does it have to do with your tribal identification as a "republican"?
Posted by: Harry Paratestes at November 20, 2015 03:34 PM (AkOaV)

Yep.

Because I've looked at what the Democrats are pushing.

And it is a LIE there is no difference between the parties.

The Democrats are not even hiding their preference to Socialism and Communism anymore, they want to end Capitalism, they are trying to move us on what they see as an evolutionary track to the perfection of Socialism then Communism.

There has never been a more black and white election... bad choice of words maybe, but the parties are complete and utter opposites.

Republicans are Capitalism... as it always has been in America tempered with safety nets...not socialism... normal common sense safety nets...

Democrats have given up on Capitalism and they want some kind of social justice that means Totalitarian Socialism/Communism and a complete refutation of our Constitution.

Anyone using the old saw that the parties are the same is a Democrat, Communist. Because if you believe that they win.

It is a lie.

If you want any freedom at all in the future we must defeat Hillary. The corruption that is the media want Communism for some stupid reason too.

There isn't a whisper of difference between Republicans when you see the options clearly.

It is freedom or slavery. Those are the options.

No, he did not. He said that he USED to support it and thought that the Canadian system was way cool (which is pretty bad, but doesn't really mean much) but that he didn't think it would work here, any more.

It's not a rousing defense of his notion of the Constitutional bounds on the feral government prohibiting the idea of single-payer, here, but he most certainly did not come out endorsing it - quite the opposite (though for non-Constitutional reasons).

NV: Romney won whites 56 to 43
VA: Romney won whites 61 to 37
CA: Romney won whites 53 to 44

And yet he lost all of these states. Now why do you suppose that is?"

Where do these stats come from? Is it 54% white - voters who showed up?

If there are a million whites but only 1000 show up to vote then the statistic is useless.

The overall number of whites who show up to vote has continuously dropped. There is a reason for that.

It used to be that the number of voters who actually showed up to vote matched the percentages of people who would have voted a certain way had they showed up.

Meaning 52% of whites show up to vote. If those how had not shown up to vote had voted the statistic would also be 52% because those who showed up correctly represented those who didn't.

Since the overall number of whites showing up to vote has dropped, it's not representative any longer.

They believe in socialism to the same extent that the Dem politicians do: they love the idea of big government (more money and corruption for them and theirs) and they love the idea of redistributing wealth from one person to another (more power and corruption for them and theirs.)

Ideologically, there is not really a difference there.

now there are a lot of "true believer" socialists in the Dem base which is a difference, but as far as true believer socialist politicians? Eh, their actions speak louder than words.

I guess what you need to wrap your head around is this: politicians are not ideologues. They are people who won a popularity contest to get to DC and become as influential and wealthy as possible.

We're just voting on style.

If this primary was actually about the issues and electing politicians with conservative track records, then the most successful conservative governors in the original field (Perry, Walker, and Jindal) would still be in the race. A lot of the support I see for Trump on social media deals with his rhetorical style, not his actual positions, which have a tendency to change with each news cycle (fascist tendencies excepted). 525 Maybe some of you have been too focused on attacking Republicans, that you really haven't noticed that Obamacare is the norm for Democrat politics... it isn't an aberration. This is the goal for everything, they do not want to allow anyone to make any choice about anything.

Democrats have decided what is right and wrong for all of us and their goal is to enforce their views in every part of life.

They are not even hiding that anymore.

But you are so focused on watching each tiny deviance a Republican makes... when it is well withing normal perameters and can always be undone if it is wrong.

But what Democrats are doing can't be undone. It is overthrowing our way of life. It is tossing out the Constitution by interpreting it to mean the opposite of what it means.

The scrabbles on the details between Republicans are so small and petty compared to the complete change of what being "American" means that Democrats are working for.

Take the redefinition of the family. That is the kind of change Democrats are working for. What does being a man or woman even mean to a Democrat?

All of this back and forth over tiny things.

Look at the big picture, look at the judges Obama has put on the bench, look at the media control of people's minds.

So what that Trump and Rubio are attacking each other on what are only shades on how much immigration we have?

Neither of them believe Americans have a moral obligation completely open borders. Neither of them say it is racist to protect your family from terrorism. Neither of them say the word "citizen" is racist. Democrats in Seattle have passed a resolution saying that.

This election is not about petty differences among Republicans!

529 Personally, as a former business executive I realize that perhaps a slim majority of the illegal immigrants in this country may actually be working. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. They perhaps actually perform work at jobs that actual Americans don't want to do. Given all the freebies our benevolent government hands out, it seems entirely plausible that many Americans would rather not get their hands dirty. Okay so far?

So having them perform work that they are comfortable doing doesn't mean they need to be deported. But neither should it provide the benefit of citizenship.

So there's a needle which needs to be threaded. I take Trump's rhetoric as just that. In the end there will be a compromise of sorts. But he is starting from the exactly correct negotiating position. If he had a strong constitutional scholar on the ticket I'd feel more comfortable with him. Because new law needs to be written and old interpretations (anchor babies) need to be clarified or discarded.

There's no one else who can fix the problems with USA, Inc.

546 The Ex-Im bank actually has to be reauthorized by the conference committee, then approved by both bodies. As for TPP, it is unlikely that Congress will vote on it prior to the election, if at all. From what I have recently read, some Republican members of Congress want portions of it changed, which is more likely under a Republican administration than a Democrat one. But we shall see.

The damning thing about TPP for me isn't the TPP itself. It's the fact Obama fought like hell for it and the GOP did everything they could to help him, while at the same time fighting like hell AGAINST the tea party.

558 Mew Mew,
You are entitled to your own opinion but frankly your doom and gloom repetition is tiresome and probably not correct.

Look up Sean Trende and what he has published. I prepared a longer post but frankly most people don't want to read it but what you say is not true historically nor involves distortion of political science research regarding American voters and realignment theory. I can also speak that your position is shaky in comparative elections research in Europe and Latin America as well.

BTW, my qualification are as a tenured professor in political science who worked as a numbers guy for a S. Dem congresscritter during 6 House elections. I also have published research fwiw in this area and had instructors that were top in their field regarding presidential and congressional elections. I also had to take comprehensive exams of which several of the questions in the American Politics field dealt with using historical voting data to answer questions about realignment, predictions in presidential elections, and the like. This is to persuade you not that I am correct, but that I am qualified to judge the work of some one else.

Michael Barone used to be the dean of empirical elections but currently the best ones outside of academia out there are Sean Trende and Jay Cost (although Jay's stuff recently has been less quantitative). Nate Silver is also pretty good at the presidential level as long as adequate polling data still holds (which is increasingly in trouble btw).

Now, most models that have accurately predicted presidential elections include incumbency (not a factor here), economic data such as unemployment and gdp (don't have 2016 data yet), events (think wars, terrorist attacks, policy disasters), candidate attributes, and the makeup of the electorate and their propensity to turn out and vote in a predictable way. You are focusing on one variable which is demographics to predict doom--it does not simply work that way for accurate predictions. Do your homework and then comment.

But you are idiots.

No candidate is really acceptable to everyone, everyone has to given in on things.

But nothing on the Republican side is out of the normal of what has been done in America before. It is all variations on a theme.

But what Democrats are doing is completely different since Obama won. They really have gone into our government and our culture and made drastic changes if we keep pretending it didn't happen... we will be pampered little sefs to the big fat behemoth government.

And that will happen because so many refuse to open their eyes and see that the world has changed.

These arguments are petty. They are distractions to keep us from noticing that our freedom is being stolen out from under us by the Communists.

And you know who started this whole argument in this thread? The media. They set up Trump so he couldn't win, they knew his competitors would go after him, that was the point.

So Rubio supporters took the bait. So what? None of it has any lasting effect on anything. Other than make people harden themselves, get so fed up they stay home instead of beating Hillary.

That is how they have been able to destroy our culture. It is strategy. And it only works if you agree to help them make it work.

Because that kind of makes it seem like Rubio still believes in amnesty, but had to shift his views because the voters changed their minds.

Which would be a delusional way to think, and would also expose Rubio as a hack opportunist who is lying to the voters."

Rubio is a politician. He wanted a big policy win on an issue for which there had been healthy, if not overwhelming, GOP support. That he's sympathetic to finding a solution does not equate to supporting amnesty as a matter of principle (and we can debate the extent to which his bill was in fact a grant of Amnesty).

So if my "talking points" didn't sound sufficiently talking-pointy, perhaps it's because they're not. Or perhaps I'm just very, very good.

I'd say most of this forum, including the people who mock Trump, is either on Team Cruz or on Team Some Other Guy or Gal Until They Have to Drop Out and Then I Guess Cruz Whatever. If it ever came down to Rubio/Cruz, that's like a 90/10 split for Cruz at this site easily. And if anybody needs to knock out Trump, it's Cruz. I would think people here should want Trump taken down, although the particular sequence of events and media narrative that does so could be consequential to other candidates, so I agree it's better that he crash and burn for reasons unrelated to his signature issue of immigration.

And? He is for amnesty - real amnesty, which involves deporting them first. If he wants to forgive their crimes after deporting them then that is a reasonable position - not one I like but a reasonable one. That is true amnesty.

But he is not for giving aid and comfort to illegals by calling off all interior enforcement and printing up residency/citizenships for them. That is not amnesty, that is TREASON and that is what all the other Vichy GOP nominees are into.

Trump wants to deport them. good enough. Perhaps he wants to bring some back, legally. That is a reasonable position to be debated. Don't pretend as if any of the other candidates are anywhere even close to that position. The rest of them are pretty much all for treasonous aid and comfort.

586 The real issue to me is, why do Republicans continue to exploit false openings the media feeds them. It happened with the Carson lies. And this is another example.

This idea reflects on them all not just Trump. We need to remember that the media will never help a Republican it is always a trick.

The real story is how Democrats successfully pit one Republican against another, with a lie.

You'd think we would learn... Trump didn't say that. But other Republicans have accused him of it, so now the truth almost doesn't matter.

When the accusation comes out of the mouth of other Republicans it has much more punch.

Please no matter who you support, we need to get the message to the candidates not to exploit false openings the press makes for our side. It is always a trap for the whole Party.

Now the ones who may have fallen for the trick, I think Cruz did, maybe Rubio, maybe Carson, but they need to correct the record and keep the media honest.

The only way we win is to be a team against the media and the Democrats.

But all those things about Romney are flat out lies, just like this one about Trump.

Why are so many so easy to trick? The lies were made truth in this exact way so that there is no way for Romney to get his reputation back.

Why are Republicans so dumb that they keep falling for the same tricks?

Keep believing the dirt about Romney... who cares, that's history, but please see the pattern, and don't let it happen to whoever becomes our nominee.

589 Trump has been leading the polls, but he has never had a majority. Being ahead is not being the winner. Not until it is all over.

So some of you are going to think there is some dirty trick being played if Trump doesn't win. But there is not yet a majority who support him. It is a plurality right now in a very large field, but more do not support him than do, so it is very likely all the ones who don't support him will decide one of the others is better.
