Hillary Clinton: Chris Stevens, That Comedian, Was Probably Making a Big Joke When He Pondered Purchasing Barricades From the Deserted British Embassy

Barricades? You mean like with a cloth?

Senile hag Hillary Clinton explored the physical limits of spin by claiming that when Chris Stevens wrote of securing additional means of security -- such as purchasing more barricades for the Benghazi consulate -- he must have been doing so with a "smile on his face" because he was making a joke.

Also, he was just exhibiting his "entrepreneurial spirit" by suggesting that barricades could be gotten for "fire sale" prices from the deserted British compound.

How it's possible that he was both Just Telling a Funny Joke and also showing entrepreneurial spirit was not explained by the vicious brain-damaged drunk in yesterday's hearings.

193 Seems clear that Hillary wanted to testify publicly so she could display her "competence" under fire. She expected her best way out of trouble is to laugh off all the claims, with her fellow Democrats backing her, with every other turn response aimed at the "evil" Republicans.

But there is good material there for ads in the general. This is one of them, that her friend Chris repeatedly (600x) requested protection and got none, and now Hillary claiming it was a joke.

Another is the fact she told Egypt and her daughter it was an al Qaeda linked attack, but then she and her people propelled the Big Lie to maintain the "AQ on the Run" messaging. And they arrested a man for his free speech, to make it look good.

The FBI can still dig more things up and make them public, not least of which is her interference/obstruction of their investigation. Surely they don't want to be Hillary's bitch for the next eight years, having observed her cunning and deceit, if not her treasonous behavior.

No my leftist friend, the failure is Hitlary's incompetence (which is bad) or malice (which is worse) in the Benghazi matter. People died because she either was too senile to make sure the embassy had proper security or more likely, she allowed sensitive information to get into the wrong hands to make sure her "friend" Chris Stevens with his wonderful sense of humor was allowed to die horribly, thus tying up a loose end.

One thing that is beyond depressing is how we didn't have any sort of assets nearby. Benghazi was a powder keg and we don't have a Navy ship or two in the Mediterranean any more? It didn't have to be an aircraft carrier. A Marine gator freighter with a few Cobra gunships and some of Uncle Sam's Misguided Children could've rescued the entire staff without issue.
