5 Good Morning Morons. Today is Wednesday, September 16, 2015. On this day in 1893 approximately 100,000 settlers made a land run for prime land in the Cherokee Strip in what is now Oklahoma. This land once belonged to the Cherokee tribes under treaty but the treaty was abrogated and "renegotiated" after the end of the uncivil war because the Cherokee had allied with the Confederacy.

11 WASHINGTON For the second time, Senate Democrats on Tuesday blocked a vote to move forward on a resolution rejecting the Iran nuclear deal (otherwise known as traitorous sellout ed.), protecting President Barack Obama's key foreign policy initiative.

The measure failed Tuesday to gain the 60 votes needed to advance just as it did last Thursday. The final count was delayed as senators returned from the Rosh Hoshanah holiday.

McConehead will not use the nuclear option as Harry the Pederast did and traitor RINO Corker already gave them the ability to treat this treaty as a deal and get it approved with only a few votes in the Senate. This is just Kabuki Theater with the RNCe trying to fool the base who are pissed off.

15 A federal judge in NY has ruled that people have the "right" to write insulting profanity on speeding tickets when they send them in to be paid. This case was brought by our "friends" in the ACLU who can find all kinds of rights except the second amendment. If the write-up here is correct I have no understanding why this made it to the federal court in the first place as the charges he was arrested on had already been dismissed. This stinks of a judge wanting his opinion codified regardless of the case history.

16 Some may have missed this yesterday afternoon when I posted it. A House Republican is floating a bill to impeach the head thug at the criminal empire called the EPA. He is charging her with perjury, which indeed she has done several times, as had almost everybody in the Obama administration that has testified in Congress. This bill will never make it out of committee because the RNCe has taken impeachment off the table.

Incorrect. The cause of action for violating his civil rights exists regardless of the pendency of the criminal charges. The violation was complete when they arrested him for a Constituionally protected activity. If you read the story the delicate snowflakes in this township went to great lengths to set the guy up for arrest because he hurt their feelz.

I have no idea, but purely anecdotal, I seem to be seeing more cameras at intersections and unmarked cars all over the place.

To stop real crime? No. To drain my wallet? Yes. And elsewhere, I saw a story that cops are now unwilling or very reluctant to answer any calls, unless they actually witness a crime being committed right in front of them.

Can't say I blame them.

Rightfully, he puts and end to that shit by destroying the disintegrators and telling the leaders it's time for them to learn that war is horrible, messy thing which is why it's something to be avoided.

Somewhere between the end of the Korean War and Vietnam, we changed the definition of war so that people started to think only military targets were legitimate. Carpet bombing cities became unthinkable and troops were taught to tiptoe through a war without hurting anything that wasn't actively shooting at them.

We need Kirk to bring some sanity back to war.
