Good Morning Morons. Today is Wednesday, September 16, 2015. On this day in 1893 approximately 100,000 settlers made a land run for prime land in the Cherokee Strip in what is now Oklahoma. This land once belonged to the Cherokee tribes under treaty but the treaty was abrogated and "renegotiated" after the end of the uncivil war because the Cherokee had allied with the Confederacy.

All that private information on government employees that was stolen by China with the aid of incredibly stupid and incompetent Obamanites is being indexed on a Facebook-like network for easy access by their intelligence department. And we just made a treaty with these people with the aid of the non-opposition party.

WASHINGTON For the second time, Senate Democrats on Tuesday blocked a vote to move forward on a resolution rejecting the Iran nuclear deal (otherwise known as traitorous sellout ed.), protecting President Barack Obama's key foreign policy initiative.
The measure failed Tuesday to gain the 60 votes needed to advance just as it did last Thursday. The final count was delayed as senators returned from the Rosh Hoshanah holiday. McConehead will not use the nuclear option as Harry the Pederast did and traitor RINO Corker already gave them the ability to treat this treaty as a deal and get it approved with only a few votes in the Senate. This is just Kabuki Theater with the RNCe trying to fool the base who are pissed off. http://fxn.ws/1igqPwW Posted by: Vic-we have no party at September 16, 2015 06:53 AM (t2KH5) 12

He and Obama have opened the Southern border so that a flood of illegals can come in to stock these sanctuary cities. A federal judge in NY has ruled that people have the "right" to write insulting profanity on speeding tickets when they send them in to be paid. This case was brought by our "friends" in the ACLU who can find all kinds of rights except the second amendment. If the write-up here is correct I have no understanding why this made it to the federal court in the first place as the charges he was arrested on had already been dismissed. This stinks of a judge wanting his opinion codified regardless of the case history.

Some may have missed this yesterday afternoon when I posted it. A House Republican is floating a bill to impeach the head thug at the criminal empire called the EPA. He is charging her with perjury, which indeed she has done several times, as had almost everybody in the Obama administration that has testified in Congress. This bill will never make it out of committee because the RNCe has taken impeachment off the table.

The commie Pope plans to attack Trump on his stance against illegals during his upcoming visit.
Vatican officials say Pope Francis will focus heavily on immigration during his visit, which would insert him into the middle of presidential politics and could unsettle conservatives even more than his critiques of capitalism and environmentalist rhetoric. Note the FT is a liberal outfit. And it is far past time this political Pope should tend to the business of the Catholic church and get out of politics. http://on.ft.com/1FMjz1B Posted by: Vic-we have no party at September 16, 2015 06:54 AM (t2KH5) 18

Tax farming is alive and well on the streets of Manhattan, now that DiBlobbio has instituted speed limits all over the place.
According to my cab driver last night the fuzz have unmarked vans with cameras and radar driving around and, as the story goes, the city takes the speeders pictures and mail them a ticket. Supposedly, nobody even gets pulled over-- they use the photo to track the license plate and that's how they get you. No points, they just want your money. http://tinyurl.com/qaz7qgj To Whom it May Concern, I received a letter claiming I committed a violation of a speeding law in the District of Columbia on 04/21/2012. As per the instructions, I am writing to plead "not guilty" to this charge. Although this option is said to result in this matter going to court; it is my suggestion that the charges simply be dropped. This suggestion comes out of respect for tax payers, and my request that their hard earned money not be wasted in such proceedings. As there is no evidence of my involvement with this alleged "crime", as well as the fact that I am not granted my 6th amendment right to face my "accuser" (a camera); I see no way the government could prove my guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. I also see find no legal requirement for me to implicate someone else in this process, as it is the government's responsibility to prove a person's guilt. It is also my 5th amendment right to remain silent on the matter. If it is the government's decision to move forward in this matter, I would request copies of any evidence the prosecution may have of my involvement in the "offense" as well as, all maintenance records for the camera(s) involved. was abrogated and "renegotiated" after the end of the uncivil war because the Cherokee had allied with the Confederacy.
Lots of folks in the Confederacy lost land during the Reconstruction. When I was a kid, a relative took the time to point out what the government stole. Posted by: Jean I heard this growing up in Texas as well. I watched the Ken Burns Civil War series again last week (written by the winners) and I guess I've been naive but I suddenly realized that in most modern minds the War of Northern Aggression settled the idea of States' rights. Meaning that the Feds and statists don't believe there are any at all. It escaped me all my life because usually a democracy devolves into warring city-states or regions and warlords but the USA was designed to permanently give local representation to the People by balancing States with a weak central government. The Civil War and reconstruction destroyed the foundation of our Republic when the winners destroyed the South and continue to destroy it to this day. I think so too. I have a couple of yuuuuge Obama supporter friends. They are pretty well off. She spends his money and lives a lavish lifestyle, sends money to every far left group that asks while he has become increasingly pissed because he didn't realize how stupid he was to think Barry was a moderate and now thinks he will work until he dies instead of retiring in 5 more years. I'd say the Borg initially were a cool enemy. They were communists and it was awful to be made a part of the collective. The Borg were one of the things they did right on TNG. Oswald really jerked us to the Left.
I could tell you about the psychological effects of trauma and how that renders people suggestible to all sorts of insanity and how the soviets spent years and bazillions of rubles researching the mechanics of that phenomenon, but we already know about that. Funny how after a major traumatic national event, our government always seem to make a radical left turn these days. Look at how our rights are trampled and innocent Americans are treated as the enemy instead of the enemy following 9/11. Does seem unlikely but I wasn't there. Certainly there were more people involved. I read somewhere that they are declassifying a bunch of stuff from the FBI, et, al on the investigation either last month or in the next few days. It's kinda like Barry's birth certificate; everyone knows something is seriously wrong but no one can get the whole real story. One of the reasons I would like to see Trump in the oval office--I think he might actually release the truth on Barry's mysterious past. One of the many things I can't understand is how our institutions were all infiltrated by our enemies. That had to have started somewhere. Take Little Billy Ayers, for example. On Star Trek and liberalism...
Not mentioned in the article is the quintessential statement on the failure of how liberals wage war. The Enterprise visits a planet that has been at war with a neighboring planet for 100 years, although there is a thriving populous and no physical damage to the cities. Kirk learns the governments have agreed to fight via computer - ala "Battleship" - and have the casualties walk into disintegrators instead of destroying their cultures and economies. Rightfully, he puts and end to that shit by destroying the disintegrators and telling the leaders it's time for them to learn that war is horrible, messy thing which is why it's something to be avoided. Somewhere between the end of the Korean War and Vietnam, we changed the definition of war so that people started to think only military targets were legitimate. Carpet bombing cities became unthinkable and troops were taught to tiptoe through a war without hurting anything that wasn't actively shooting at them. We need Kirk to bring some sanity back to war. This debate should be a fun one to watch. The plan of attack is to have the people who assisted the current POTUS to bring us to the precise point that we are now, attack the front runner on not being a conservative.
The same people who will not defund PP after the public learning that they are a for profit baby tissue/organ manufacturing business and still they can't muster the sack to do anything about it other than make pathetic excuses. The tactic of saying that Trump is not a conservative coming out of the mouth of any of the candidates up there has not and will not work which is why it is best to let Fiorina or Carson make the attacks. Then they will have at least a minute shred of credibility. It should be fun. That being said I would pay good money to watch the GOPe held Congress fumble around on the what? 30+ vote to repeal Ocare should Trump become POTUS and tell them to run the 31st vote up the flag pole to repeal/replace it. You will see most of them wearing dark brown pants on that vote lest they all have anal retention issues while casting that vote again and actually doing it.
