The "scandal" that isn't?
Meet the scandal that most definitely is. Kristinn Taylor:Can't quote any more; go to the link to read Taylor's compilation of the Clinton-Smith connections. Why did David Ignatius fail to note this connection? Is it because his column would have appeared even more laughable if he had properly informed his readers that the witness for the defense was an employee/crony of the accused? Thanks to @RosenRosenRosen and Laurie David's Cervix.
The Washington Post published a column Thursday night by David Ignatius that purports to clear leading Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton of wrongdoing in exclusively using a home brew server kept in her home that held top secret classified information during her four year tenure as secretary of state. The column is entitled The Hillary Clinton e-mail ‘scandal’ that isn’t. Ignatius' lead defense witness for Clinton is one Jeffrey Smith who is given four paragraphs of quotes defending Clinton. Ignatius identifies Smith as "a former CIA general counsel who’s now a partner at Arnold & Porter, where he often represents defendants suspected of misusing classified information." Smith is the only named source in Ignatius’ column. Ignatius and The Post failed to disclose that Smith served as a 'close' national security adviser for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign and that Smith has a history with the Clintons going back to at least President Bill Clinton’s election in 1992. An April 2, 2007 New Republic article noted Clinton’s hiring of Smith...

I bought a MAS 49/56 for dirt cheap with 300 rnds
because the guy that had it said it jammed constantly. Well he was a
machinist and tried to fix it shaving parts. So gun will never be worth
much. But the problem was pre greased ammo. A little WD40 and steel wool

The trouble is oil prices. They decided to let them drop trying to put our frackers out of business, but now it's gotten out of hand, and they're going to be a running a deficit. The sheiks like to live large and to finance that deficit, they're gonna need to burn some of their T holdings. They're also issuing some debt themselves to make.
Now, all of this T dumping is going to put upward pressure on rates (bad for Uncle Sugar's $19T debt, of course).
Again, QuEeen Janet is going to have her hands full with some forces beyond her control out there. QE4 and big is almost guaranteed now. She's going to have to do some more monetary butt stuff big time.
It's been clear, just an ominous feeling, that a YUGE economic shitstorm was coming, and now we're getting a glimpse of what the opening act may be.

A very good book about Amelia Earhart is "Amelia Earhart: The Mystery Solved" by Elgen and Marie Long. Elgen was a retired airline pilot.
He believes she ran out of gas and crashed into the sea somewhere in the vicinity of Howland Island. But one thing I learned from that book was that a young engineer by the name of Kelly Johnson calculated fuel consumption tables for the Electra based on speed and altitude.

this thing is some west german single-action look alike, except you can shoot it double action too. But you still have to load and unload out of a gate.
So, it has a high front sight ramp, and a fixed rear, just like a snubby model 36 might have, but the groove gets higher and deeper towards the hammer.
He lets me try it from 15 yds. Nothing on paper, and I had the front lined up with the top of the rear notch. I raise it a little, and shoot off some of the 2x4 framing for the targets!
Turns out, you have to lower the point of aim so that the front sight is just a dot protruding from the bottom of the notch, which allow what you're shooting at to be framed by the goalpost-like rear notch.
I told him it was interesting, but I sure the hell wouldn't want a gun like that.
So he gave it to me.
