That doesn't mean she was against abortion. She just didn't see it as a very efficient way to impose genocide on her disfavored classes. Birth control (voluntary or involuntary) was better.

Too lazy to look it up, but there was a guy at least tangentially involved in the Petreus investigation (an FBI agent?) who, according to one of the reporters covering the story, appeared to be involved in some sexual strangeness. The pic from which she drew that conclusion was one ofthe guy, shirtless and bald, evidently working out, standing next to a Body Opponent Bag (BOB) that martial artists/MMA/boxers use in training. (I own one myself.) The joke was apparently how much he resembled the BOB. I guess since the reporter had never seen a BOB before, she assumed it was some sort of sexual fetish toy. Or something.
Anyway, it was a hit piece. We were supposed to think that the guy with the BOB lacked all credibility. Same thing here.

Up until recently, I haven't subscribed to magazines. Even the NRA magazine, I switched to digital versions as soon as they offered the option, because I just didn't have the time to read them.
But ever since hearing Justice Thomas talk about Reason magazine I have thought that when I did have time, I would be subscribing to Reason.
Recently, I have acquired the time; and in searching out magazines to read, Reason seemed to offer a unique lack of perspective and a profound sense of truthiness, so I passed. I guess I should have read them back in the day.

Yes, you can use a handful of HTML tags, just replace the angle brackets with the square brackets.
The "a" tag has been killed, due to spammers, I think. Really, the only ones I use are i for italics and b for bold.
And be careful, because the barrel hungers. When I am especially afeared of the barrel, I just stick to *asterisks* and the primitive (is that racist?) UPPERCASE.

I recently read a bio or ERM. It could have just been the author's prejudices showing through -- he was clearly a proto-SJW -- but Murrow came of as being frustrated he couldn't head even farther left than he was allowed to.

Working freelance and small publishing is like Russian roulette in reverse. You never know when you're going to get paid or how much. Some months I get a lot. Some months I get nothing. You have to pile up your money and use it very grudgingly and hope it lasts until the next paycheck.

There was another telling section of the bio in which high-ranking members of the federal government in the fifties and early sixties argue for letting the Soviet Union have their way because a planned economy is clearly superior to a free economy, and so the USSR was going to surpass the United States economically very soon now. These people seemed to be patriotic, not spies, just very sad that America had the inferior economic system and would have to resign itself to second-class economic status soon.

They are not really worried about this woman, that damage is done. They are worried about others coming forward and verifying her testimony. So they are sending a message.
