Hillary is fuming that the NYT reported the Inspector Generals sought a "criminal" referral, when, apparently, they didn't mention the word "criminal." A U.S. official directly familiar with the notification, who spoke only on the condition of anonymity, said the notification of possibly hundreds of additional emails with classified secrets came from the State Department Freedom of Information Act office to the Office of Inspector General for the Director of National Intelligence.

I guarantee you that all government IT systems are scarily unsecure and easily hacked. I have some experience with technology sales and governments, and I can tell you that the bigger the government bureaucracy, the less secure their data is, and the farther they are away from "best practices" and "industry standards."
In other words, my Chase Bank online banking is most likely 100 times more secure then anything sitting on any servers in DC (outside of NSA and other intelligence agencies, presumably, but I wouldn't bet the farm on that either.)

This will not happen, because Hillary (and the press), while they think this would be awesome (the press, anyway), have a very poor opinion of the American voter.
Identity politics worked for Obama because there was a large core of voters who would vote based solely on racial identity, especially combined with standard partisanship (that is, a black Republican would have benefitted too, but not nearly as much).
The media knows, even though they never report it, that the core of actual gay voters is very small. And since they also think the average voter is too stupid and racist to vote based just on the awesomeness that is Hillary Clinton, she's not going to come out as gay before the election.

Right. And for Hillary, its easier because of the "grrl power" draw for a lot of women. Too many. I couldn't guess an exact percentage or number, but a lot are leaning Hillary just because she's female. That won't work second time around though, its old hat. She'll need something new; hence the second term "I'm a dyke" 'revelation.' And the divorce from Bill.
The big wrench in the works is her health though. She's not in good shape, and she's already suffered one stroke. If she makes it healthy to November next year, I'll actually be surprised.
Should something happens to her health, we all know how that plays out. The Dems offer up a replacement candidate, the courts decide it doesn't matter what federal laws say, they can run no matter how long after the deadline, and they win on the sympathy vote.

Yeah. Gosnell taught us that no one verifies "fetal age" and that the ultrasounds (the way the Doctor is supposed to 'verify') are very easy to fake.
Change the angle and hold it off the skin a little bit, and BAM, the "fetal cranial distance" or whatever is smaller and the "fetus" is at 23.5 weeks, so it's right under the legal limit.
Put the ultrasound probe closer and directly over the fetus, and its 32 weeks.
So you don't do it that way. And if you fuck it up, and it's 32 weeks -- well, just keep trying until you get it under 24 weeks (or whatever legal limit is in particular state -- 24 is most common).

There's two issues at work here, and StemExpress DOES have a case even if there's a question over the prior restraint aspect.
The shell company CMP formed signed a nondisclosure with StemExpress, and this may come down to whether the discussion involved trade secrets or other material whose release would be injurious to StemExpress. I think we know the answer to that question, in a reputational sense, but the legal question may be narrower.
Also CA is a 'two-party' state regarding recording of private conversations and the conversation took place at a restaurant that CMP I'm sure would like to claim is a public venue, and StemExpress would like to claim is private.

What could possibly be in the remaining PP videos that's more outrageous than what we've already seen?
I don't see how anyone with a functioning soul would need any more than what's been in the previous ones. That only leads me to conclude that they go down some other vector. There's got to be something that would be outrageous to those who aren't already inclined to be outraged. Racism? Sexism? Other than that, the only thing I could think of was direct evidence of illegal activity incriminating prominent public officials.

Palin then presents herself with a batch of healthy kids, and a hot hunk of a husband, and the career success thrown in. She got everything they had wanted but hadn't attained.

I sometimes blame it on senatorial comradeship, having been in the senate for so long he was constitutionally unable to criticize a colleagues who had opposed reform for so long, by saying "I told you so, now let's fix your problem"; and sometimes I think he had just been running for President for so long he was the proverbial dog clamped down on a tailpipe. He had no idea what to do with that car now that he had it.
tl;dr, yeah, he sucked.

This is true, the Democrat base would still largely vote for her, although the true-Red Left might go Green or Socialist for the protest vote.
