I still have hope we can infiltrate the upper echelons of the GOP with real statesman, but that seems very unlikely right now. 118 One thing I have never seen mentioned regarding Obamacare is the reinsurance fee, that was imposed at around $70 per head ($280 per annum for family of 4).

This is the first argument I would reach for when some idiot says Obamacare didn't affect existing plans.. no, only to the tune of around 12 billion a year for 2014-2016.
