Well what have we here? ...Clinton charities will refile tax returns, audit for other errors

The charities' errors generally take the form of under-reporting or over-reporting, by millions of dollars, donations from foreign governments, or in other instances omitting to break out government donations entirely when reporting revenue, the charities confirmed to Reuters.

"I'm sure this was an honest mistake," says everyone in the media today.

Ever notice that the Clintons make a heck of a lot of "honest mistakes"?

1 Good Morning Morons. Today is Thursday, April 23, 2015. On this day in 1985 Coca Cola released New Coke. It was pulled three months later. Was it a smart move or a marketing disaster? I go with disaster.

3 The ACLU is showing its ass again. They are suing the feds to make sure that Catholic groups who receive funds from the federal government provide abortion and contraceptive services to illegals. Why is my tax money going to anyone sheltering illegals to begin with? And this little stunt sounds like the typical Holder sue and settle BS.

40 18 Scankles' foundation helped the Russians take over Uranium mining in Canada and the US.
_____________________

Actually, it was Scankles in her role as Secretary of State who did that, while the Clinton Foundation was simultaneously (and undoubtedly !coincidentally!) receiving millions of dollars in donations from the Russians who wanted to make the deal happen.

It's f--king corruption on steroids, and as an added bonus, it is corruption that endangers the national security of the United States by putting U.S. uranium production into the hands of our enemies.

But Hillary Clinton is, like, totally qualified to be president of the United States, dudes! She has a vagina!

43 Chinese nuclear experts reportedly warned the U.S. earlier this year that North Korea's nuclear arsenal is larger than previously estimated, creating a heightened security threat to the U.S. and its East Asian allies.

The Wall Street Journal reported late Wednesday that by Beijing's estimate, North Korea may already have manufactured 20 nuclear warheads and is capable of producing enough weapons-grade uranium to double that amount by next year. U.S. experts have previously estimated that North Korea has between 10 and 16 nuclear weapons.

There are no words. When someone believes that *humanity* is a "social construct," that can be described as nothing less than a psychotic delusion- akin to believing you're a duck.

Yet someone who obviously believes that is a Judge (presumably NY State judge?).

Meet Amazon's first customer

John Wainwright, an Australian software engineer based in Sunnyvale became Amazon's first non-company customer in April 1995 when he purchased Fluid Concepts And Creative Analogies: Computer Models Of The Fundamental Mechanisms Of Thought by Douglas Hofstadter

The online retailing giant later named a building after him.

He also had a chance to join Amazon as a low badge # employee and would be an options gazillionair today.

But he didn't.

ARMY TO REVIEW DECISION TO HAVE MALE CADETS WEAR HIGH HEELS
From The Washington Post:

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. It gets a fair amount of attention in the U.S. military, in which thousands of assaults are reported annually and the Pentagon has acknowledged cultural problems that need to be addressed. One place where the military is addressing the issue is college campuses, where Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) organizations train students before they earn a commission and become new officers.

This is a liberal decision (6-3) with Thomas, Alito and Kennedy dissenting. Basically, the cops now can't detain you in a traffic stop and keep you there while they call in the drug dogs without some reasonable suspicion.

And I say good to this. The cops game the rules all the time after making up some bullshit reason to stop, then turn it into a criminal investigation witch hunt. This should rein them in some.

I've been saying it in many places lately, that we're fighting the Transsexual issue the wrong way. There's nothing scientific at all about the idea that a soul is born in the wrong body. It's not empirical, falsifiable, or even testable. It's not science... it's theology, of a sort. They're talking about souls, it's a religious idea.

Therefore making any Federal laws regarding transsexuals violates the establishment cause as well as the doctrine of the Separation of Church & State. Requiring a third restroom in public buildings for other genders, when science only recognizes two biological sexes would be a law respecting the establishment of religion.

I've been saying something similar (it that it's a Constitutional argument) against abortion. That clump of cells is either a fetus (i.e., "clump of cells") or a baby, and that decision is totally up to the mother. It's a life-or-death decision - not whether it lives or dies, but whether it is or is not a life.

In effect, a pregnant woman who chooses life owns that life, which is a clear violation of the 13th amendment. Same for the woman who chooses "choice."

Either all fetuses are human beings, or all fetuses are not human beings, or all pregnant women (and the government that grants them this choice) are slavers.

It's more like a cult. They recruit vulnerable people with a low sense of self-worth, then give them a reason why everything's been going wrong and a way to "solve" the problem. Their recruiting literature is designed to explain away everything under the sun as a symptom of transsexuality, then hook the questioner on the idea that they were simply born into the wrong body. Reality itself is wrong, they say, then they supply the fantasy.

There's other groups that operate on similar methodologies out there, such as the Otherkin, who basically take it one step further and say "well if you can be born into a body that's the wrong sex, you can also be born into a body that's the wrong species..." (and then the special snowflakes claim to be dragons, my little ponies, greek gods, sacred cows, vampires, or whatever other BS power trip floats their boat.)

The trans- rabbithole goes all the way down. Once you reject reality, there's no point where you suddenly go "wait, this is too crazy, it has to be BS."

This is a prevalent diagnosis, and it's everywhere.

Consider the person with a conception of how the world should be, contrasted to how the world is. This person thinks - nay, expects - the world to change to conform to his opinion. Then he gets angry at the world when (shock) it doesn't.

Also consider the guy in government (say, for the sake of discussion, the President of the United States) who disagrees with a current law. Instead of leveraging his position to change the law, he simply refuses to recognize its existence.

The thing about that pesky Reality is that is continually insists upon itself.

Frank Giustra is also a major shareholder in a company called Pacific Rubiales, which produces oil in Colombia. It has been alleged that the State Department pushed the Colombia free trade agreement in connection with Giustra donations. Personally, I'm not too upset about that, because it should have been done under the Bush Administration and the Democrats in Congress blocked it, so if it took a Democrat Secretary of State and some honest graft to get it done, eh. But it's still a part of the puzzle that supplements the NYT.

In most States the primaries are the responsibility of the individual parties. The State only provides the polls and poll workers.

That is why the Republicans here keep losing the suit to close the primaries. The judge always rules that if the State provides resources then the State can have a say in how the primary is run. But, what I don't understand is why they never vote to close them since the Republicans control the legislature in SC and the gov. It should be an open and shut thing.

I tend to think of this as a creative development - clear vs. frosted, gold vs. silver, etc. When I was a kid, I remember playing on a set with green and pink pieces. My favorite are the cat and dog pieces. I mean, there isn't a lot of ways to make a better chess set using black, white, and traditional shapes.

What I *do* think is cultural is how fewer sets feature a king with a cross on top. (The Crusades!, after all.)

And if the relious police, (bishops), catch her out unescorted, they can move unlimited spaces to catch and execute her?

283 I haven't seen this addressed yet, and it is clearly far more important than nukes, ghey wedding crap, Clintons, Cruz, etc., etc., etc.

I firmly believe the New Coke scam was a purposeful maneuver, to allow them to make the switch from expensive sugar to cheaper high-fructose corn syrup.

Had they just made the switch, people would have noticed their Cokes tasted weird. By switching up the formula for a few months, it allowed most consumers to forget the original flavor, so when they restored the "original recipe" 3 months later with HFCS, everybody thought, "This is great! Our old Coke is back!!"
