It's worth looking at the picture of the collapsed hiking trail. Just looking at the headline you might have a different impression.
Fox News. http://preview.tinyurl.com/ptmzu8z "The National Park Service had posted signs at the site two days earlier warning hikers that a fissure along the top of Arch Rock may have weakened the cliff and that walking along the edge was dangerous." It wasn't the 'edge' that collapsed. Need a 'before' picture since it's named 'arch rock'. Posted by: JohnsTH36 at March 23, 2015 06:39 AM (7vEcP) 17

Good Morning Morons. Today is Monday, March 23, 2015. On this day in 1933 the Reichstag passed the Enabling Act of 1933, making Adolf Hitler dictator of Germany. So you see, contrary to popular myth, Hitler was never elected to anything. The Germans were sold out by their own representatives. Sound familiar?

For example, if it's JEB, you know that they're already prepared to wheel out the old Bush hatred for another go-round if he makes it through the primary. Very excited about Ted Cruz as well as Scott Walker and maybe Bobby Jindal. As I always remind the horde, no candidate is perfect on 100% of the issues 100% of the time. We have to find the best overall candidate on issues as well as on ability to rise above the MFM and rouse the people. Then we have to rally around him/her and beat the GOP. Those are all the first step on the long road back. The other phase is Article V and then the very very difficult task of deprogramming our children and keeping them away from all levels of academia. expletive deleted. Obama has revamped Federal Budget Historical data and Google, The Search Engine of Truth, has buried the US Treasury data. It used to be you could get historical data, the raw spending/revenue data with a simple search. Now it's buried in fancy blog posts filled with misleading charts and conclusions that advance Obama's political agenda. There was a balanced budget just before 2000 that shows up as a teeny tiny blip on the charts with one other blip around '45'. The only two balanced budgets since almost forever. With the raw data, you can eyeball the trends and the conclusions are undeniable. With these new, flashy charts and the Voice of Authority telling you what the charts mean, it's difficult to refute the trolls. Especially when facts don't matter to True Believers. Sefton at March 23, 2015 06:44 AM I will say that Cruz appears to be the best choice as of now. If we take it for granted (in a post-Choom Boy world) that minimal real-life work experience is enough for a President and that it's perfectly okay to run around speechifyin' while supposedly holding down a taxpayer-supported "job," that is. Time will tell if Cruz believes what he has said, and whether he has the guts to campaign without adjusting his stands to win favor among certain constituencies. I hope he does. Here's what I say. Maybe a lot of people who stay home and don't vote do so because they are uninspired by a mushy middle candidate.
Maybe, just maybe, a firebrand who could clearly lay out a case for conservatism would get them to come out and vote. Most of the people I know who don't vote, say that they don't bother because the parties are the same. That Repubs aren't interested in cutting spending or doing anything, so why bother. I really don't see how Cruz loses the primary or the general.
He's a better debater than the others. He's able to actually articulate positions coherently. The only thing he does occasionally is he can be a little too schmaltzy. You know the media is going to go balls to the wall on abortion, rape and "womans" issues so he's going to have to demonstrate his jujitsu 24/7. I look at it this way Walker should stay in Wisconsin because there are no other Walkers on the horizon. Christie for all his faults is perfect for NJ as there are no other Christies on the horizon in NJ. Same goes for Jindal. Perry had his shot and failed spectacularly and there is the indictment to defend. And Jeb can go DIAF. Texas can produce another Cruz. So count me on team Cruz. Israel: Beware of Obama First he comes for the banks and health care, uses the IRS to go after critics, politicizes the Justice Department, spies on journalists, tries to curb religious freedom, slashes the military, throws open the borders, doubles the debt and nationalizes the Internet. He lies to the public, ignores the Constitution, inflames race relations and urges Latinos to punish Republican "enemies." He abandons our allies, appeases tyrants, coddles adversaries and uses the Crusades as an excuse for inaction as Islamist terrorists slaughter their way across the Mideast. Now he's coming for Israel. http://nypost.com/2015/03/22/israel-beware-of-obama/ Posted by: artisanal 'ette at March 23, 2015 08:04 AM (IXrOn) 138
Whoever our candidate is, they need a new approach. Stop playing by the old rules and switch things up to confuse and confound the enemy - which is the media, not the dems.
Have our guy enter the race with a plan and a team. The candidate only does the broad vision, feel good speeches. All the other issues are delegated to the team, with each key member detailing the plan in their area. Make the competence so obvious that anything else looks like a clown show. If anyone on the team is attacked with the old type of opposition research, stick by them and make fun of the media who thinks some minor incident years ago is enough to eliminate a major team member. Use a Newt-like (or better yet, Newt) person to be the media handler. No mercy, any media who doesn't fall in line is a target to made to look like an idiot on a live feed. Run a different type of campaign so that we call the shots, not the media. Posted by: jwest at March 23, 2015 08:04 AM (9ZZd+) 139

Concerned that TSA agents are unarmed, or concerned that so many weapons are being seized by those unarmed agents, or concerned that two people (out of millions over two years) killed our beloved protectors of public safety. By the end of the article it appears that obviously something must be done about the dangers the flying public face from all these guns at airports. If you watch headlines you will see a steady stream of them about shootings every day. Like a snowball rolling down hill, there will be an avalanche eventually and something must be done about guns to keep us safe. Cottonwood Az, Walmart parking lot. Eight officers responded, one officer shot, everyone of the other seven suffered some type of injury in the melee. Every day, someone, somewhere gets shot.
