It's like Al Capone being brought down by tax evasion. They did an incredible job of covering up crimes that would bring any person down, or winning in the court of public opinion, but their overall disdain for the law eventually lead them to think themselves so bulletproof that they didn't try to cover up something far less that could still nail them to the wall.

No, they didn't. If anything, maybe it's a breach of protocol but we wouldn't have that if we didn't have a president and party that has so turned the nation upside down that at least some in the opposition stand up publicly.

And this is not a trivial matter. We are talking about trying to put some sort of a halt to what could effectively light the fuse to a nuclear war.

(Quick search and review of SOS seems to back me up but I cold be wrong) Of course, there were policy differences and and partisan fights but it seems the office has been held by straight shooters that stayed out of trouble. Along comes Hillary Clinton and there is Benghazi and now the emails. (I'm also convinced she was the driving force behind Fast and Furious, not Holder) Point is, Clintons just can't help themselves and stay out of trouble. Every damned thing they touch becomes infected. They set up a "charity" and it is some huge Clinton-crony-political-favor machine. I'm convinced if the two of them got involved with a children's hospital within a year there would be reports of a child prostitution ring being run from it.

88 I have a bad feeling about all of this Hillary bashing. Just a nagging feeling that the MSM is trying to get way out in front of her self-proclaimed "I am running" announcement by shoving everything bad they possibly can find before she announces she is running.

That way it lets a lot of the pressure off of her. They can legitimately say; see we vetted her this time. Old news, we already covered that, etc. blah, etc.

Like I said, just a nagging feeling and tons of people are saying she is toast and the left wants Warren instead of Hillary now.

1) Nobody seems concerned that Democrat Senators are delicate special snowflakes and that it's OK for them to not support legislation they would otherwise be inclined to support because they perceive they have been slighted in some way
2) Nobody ever seems to care about the multiple slaps in the face (and worse) received by the GOPe and conservatives from King Putt and his minions over the last 7-8 years and continuing today
3) I don't seem to recall such wailing and gnashing of teeth from the media over Nancy Pelosi, the newly elected House Speaker, making a diplomatic trip to Syria over the expressed objections of the Bush White House in 2007
4) That the entire premise of the RiNO-Indicted "bipartisan" bill is BS - that King Putt was never, ever going to submit this to the Senate as it's not a "treaty" in their mind and therefore the crux of Cotton's open letter is precisely correct

I know lots of Gay people. I also know a number of people who've suffered from depression and other mental disorders. And there are a fair number of people who are into S and M and whatnot.

But it does not and should not constitute a political movement or class of person.

Tolerating something does not necessarily mean accepting it as normal or something to be admired or promoted. Doesn't mean I won't be friendly with someone; it just means I don't have to accept what they are as normal.

For most of my life, I had never felt gymtimidation. Heck, I didn't know until recently that gymtimidation existed. In fact, when I first heard of gymtimidation, I thought that the word was totally made up and even suspected that the word "gymtimidation" itself didn't exist.

But I needed to be sure. I went to the usual Internet go-to's like WIkipedia. Nothing. Still concerned, I checked out WebMD and similar sites but couldn't find anything. Could this be a newly discovered condition, one in which I'd read the story of my life in the DSM-6? I'm scared. I'm really, really anxious about this. I also feel acutely gymtimidated.

Does anybody have any advice that can help me out in the short term? Perhaps, looking forward, I can join with other people who have suffered with me (retroactively, of course) to collectively seek justice for those of us who have endured bigotry at the hands of the gymtimiphobes.
