At least I'm only running from my nose & lungs, so I got that going for me.

Any idea whether a pressurized cabin will make my head explode? I want to ask the airline, but I'm afraid that's the kind of question that gets one pulled out of line by the TSA.

129 Afrin is a good choice. About 1 hour before departute spray in each nostril, wait 5 minutes then do again. During flight hold nose closed a blow often to keep pressure equal in sinuses.

Sinus pressure headaches can be very bad, gotten them while driving down mountains a couple of times. Feels like you are wacked up the side of the head with a bat. Hurts like a dull thud for days. On planes I am paranoid enough to use good decongestants, forget in the mountains sometimes.
