So hippy dippy coworker was going on about Hillary Clinton this morning. She was saying that it just proves how misogynist the world is because Clinton is just not getting a fair shake. She worked her butt off for years and years but no one is giving her a chance, even though she had all these accomplishments. She even said "if it were a man he'd be elected King of the world by now. The biggest problem with Iran getting the bomb is that they'd be utterly secure because no one topples a nuclear power, and that they'd begin to carry increased weight to dominate in the region. Whether or not they would deploy them, that would be the everyday result.
Add the fact that they've operated for years with proxy forces throughout the region, delivering a bomb wouldn't necessarily require a missile. Posted by: Zap Rowsdower at March 02, 2015 08:23 AM (MMC8r) 45

Good question, and of course the funding to operate and maintain them should be clawed out of the Air Force's budget. Of course, the personnel would have to be transferred to their new service also, and the Air Force wouldn't need the money to pay for them anymore either. While we're taking things away, we should ask them if there's any other competencies that they don't like and would like to surrender to other services, all of whom would be happy to receive the extra funding... The heart and soul of NATO was our presence in Germany, throughout Europe. Once we closed our bases, turned our backs on Poland and Czech, NATO became just another paper organizational , not worth the trees cut down to print the agreement. Liberals and Libertarians alike cheered the disastrous shutdowns, and now pretend to be shocked, shocked, that Russia is doing what it always does when given the opportunity, building an empire and expanding through warfare.
