They are saying campuses are the most dangerous place on earth for young women, so why would any woman enrol?
On the other hand there's a significant likelihood a young man will get charged with rape and have his life ruined, so why would he enrol?
Further people are paying what, $60,000 a year for the privilege of being raped (if the hysteria has any foundation in fact) or having their lives ruined by false accusations if the hysteria is not founded in fact.
So why are campuses not deserted?

While I have no doubt there will be significant blowback to this decision I don't think the above scenario constitutes the kind of win I'm looking for.

Just spitballin' here, but maybe the Bronze Age ended because people learned how to work iron, which was both easier to get, and better-suited to the making of knives and other tools?
