7 Will Ace entertain us with a piece on the simultaneous implosion of our two Political Family Dynasties anytime soon? The narrative is Trump and Bernie did it, but it is more likely that voters have tired of them and their complicity to underwrite Wall Street's greed.

26 For those that can handle the Daily Caller site. They have a collection of images/video of the China explosion.

http://bit.ly/1INCe0k

Two of the videos are incredible.

Video collected by China's official Xinhua News shows smoldering wreckage up-close:

(This one, above, shows the wreckage up close and personal. Incredible. It looks like a bomb was dropped, like an actual war zone.)

and the one after

Another video shows dozens of workers seeking medical care; many appear to have had to take off burned clothes: WATCH:

This one is particularly horrific. It's like an episode of Walking Dead, but real, and not remotely funny.

Many naked and half naked men and women where you can see the layers of skin burned off. They are wandering aimlessly, not knowing where to go, and many being corralled onto a large bus (naked and skin coming off). You can see one or two try to get into the back of an ambulance, but is shunned away, probably because the worst victims are in there getting treated.

We'll never hear the real death/injury toll.

Horrific.

It's no longer sufficient to say you can't do X, if there is no explicit penalty for doing X. The Gorean No-Controlling-Legal-Authority defense has become the default mode of Democrats in office.

People think Choom Boy and ValJar are setting her up this time, and that may be so. I would be shocked if she was charged with anything. But if enough damage is done that she either drops out or is wounded that she loses and she and her equally scummy, grifter husband cease to be serious power players in DC, I will settle for that.

I'll give Fiorina this much, she is the only person I have seen stating unequivocally that Hillary is a liar. More of that.

Interesting note. The FBI did not publicly pursue the email case until Intelligence Service Office of Inspector General (OIG )special agents rooted out the TS emails and pressed the issue.

The FBI has lost whatever credibility and status that it previously had as the 'premier' federal law enforcement agency.

The OIG is the government watchdog agency. They claim to return 9 dollars in government funds for every dollar spent on internal fraud investigation.

One of the first things that Obama did when he took office was to fire the Inspectors General.

91 Hillary is being held accountable, and right now. The plain fact she violated the law is being rubbed in everyones face on a daily basis and her polling is suffering mightily.

Remember, this is barely the beginning and its the Clintons we are talking about. If there is another scandal, maybe new information on Benghazi, or more on Huma/Cheryl crimes while working for Hillary, or-- worst of all -- a bimbo eruption, then she process starts to snowball.

The intelligence community will insist on a conviction of somebody for stripping classification markers from intelligence materials, its just so plainly a crime, and that means a high ranking person goes to jail. Moreover, the unsecured server will have ramifications, and more people will find themselves in serious legal trouble there.

So, yes, I think its pretty obvious Hillary will pay a big price for these crimes. Maybe not getting indicted herself, though that is certainly not out of the question, but my expectation is she won't be nominated.

Then how do they know it wasn't really a talking, driving bear?

"If warranted, the man could face wildlife harassment charges."

But if the bear he accosted cannot speak, how do they know he was harassing it? She might have enjoyed it. Do liberals really imagine they can read bear minds?

Agreed with Scribbler though, if the MSM spins the issue, it doesn't really matter. LIVs don't care and Carson would be toast.

107 I don't trust Trump as far as I could throw him, but after what the GOP pulled in the Mississippi senate primary race and then helping rather than hampering all of Barky's latest country killing schemes they can pound sand unless they dump Jeb and get behind Walker or maybe Cruz.

Not if you're a Democrat

Posted by: TheQuietMan at August 14, 2015 10:28 AM (493sH)

115 Just went over to Rude State, something I probably haven't done in a year or more.

First thing I see is a whine from Erick Ericson of the "People are being MEEEEEAN to me! They're sending me HAAAAATE mail! Can't we back it down and be Civil and Nice and all agree-y with me?"

Comments there, of course, assure him that he's Their Boy and if Trump and his loons weren't such Haterz all would be well.

My message to EE hasn't changed: "Listen fatso, when you take your stupidity public, people will slam you. Not just because they disagree with you, but because you're being a World-Class Dumb Shit. Go back to Mommy's Basement and dig out your WoW stuff."

I'm reaching a point where the GOPe needs not only to purge itself of the Democrat-lite candidates and cheap sellouts they run, but also has to put the EEs, Poppin' Freshes and NRO tea-sippers out to pasture before I'll consider any kind of future support for them.

116 I live in Philly, and am having a real tough time not just registering Dem so I can have some effect. PA's closed primary, so I can't even vote for the lesser of two evils at this point.

Is it just crazy talk to vote for the lesser of two evils in the Dem primary then vote for whomever in the general? It doesn't make me super comfortable, ethically, but in 20 years living in PA and NJ, not once has my vote really mattered.

What would you do?

119 61 Serious question unrelated to the strip mall-less picture above: does anyone seriously think that Hillary will be charged/indicted for one of the federal crimes she has obviously broken? I mean, I've seen a lot of "ooh, this is serious now" comments, but I have yet to see make a plausible argument that Hillary will in any way be held accountable.

Really? Difficult for me to imagine someone with such a monstrous ego actually backing down. It'd be a virtual admission of guilt, and I just don't see it.

Perhaps the "health" thing would give her an out. Or Choom Boy could appoint her to the Supremes. Otherwise, I think she'll keep on with the determination of a kamikaze.

Milady and I registered as Dems when we moved to Chicago. No point in being a Republican there, the Dem will win.

Fifteen years later, moved to Oklahoma and returned to Republican status. Where the Republicans win.

Repugnant, but pragmatic.

130 Hey everyone, just wanted to give an update on my Mom, and to thank you for your prayers.

Well, they didn't find anything specific yesterday, other than they had more blood tests done. She has a few things high: potassium, cholesterol, and something called bilrubin. They are all only slightly high, so the doctor isn't too concerned. Of course, I think she should get a second opinion, a CT Scan, a scope of her insides, all that jazz.

The last one the bilrubin, could have to do with the liver or gall bladder. They mentioned gall bladder stones OR tumors creating a blockage. And, considering her cancer scare last year, "tumors" was the last thing I wanted to read. I don't know which sounds worse, liver damage or gall bladder blockage which COULD be tumors.

Anyway, I probably should have stayed off Google, but I felt the need to investigate, so I am still pretty worried. But, the Dr seems to think it's okay.

I'm still registered as a Democrat even though I haven't voted for one since the primaries in 2008 before my political conversion. I figure that I can vote for the D candidate most likely to lose against a (hopefully) conservative Pres. candidate for Pres.
That and I get satisfaction from telling off Dems when they call for money
