Kendall knows this law as well as anyone and he knows he had an affirmative obligation to surrender the thumb drive in his possession immediately when classified documents were found to be on it. He did not do that.

The core problem with classified information leaks is that so much of its handling depends upon the integrity of the people involved. This used to be the reason for an extensive vetting process prior to allowing a new unknown individual to see sensitive material. Now the vetting process is the basis for handing out accesses like party favors to political operatives.
Short form, proper handling of national security information can only be done by honorable people. This means we are in deep sh!t, since there are almost no senior level Democrats with access to really sensitive information that can even spell honor, much less understand the concept!
To be fair, this is a reflection on the 52% that voted for Obama, so the "people" are getting what they voted for in more ways than they know!

Don't be like that. It's what separates us and them. They root and cheer for people's deaths. We sympathize and recognize their humanity.
Plus, two things. Without President Carter, we wouldn't realize how low the bar is set for President Obama to crash and burn under. No one alive remembers Hoover.
Also, he is someone's husband, father, and grandfather. Regardless of what you think of him, it is important to understand and empathize with the pain and fear the family is going through. It's something no one should experience. I've known this first hand within the last couple of years.

Jurassic World spoiler - oh, who cares?
Deaths in monster movies are usually either random innocents or people we were supposed to dislike (the lawyer in the outhouse in JP1).
In JWorld, Aunt Boss's assistant, who is supposed to watch the nephews, has a spectacularly gruesome demise. Didn't seem to fit either monster victim profile. Her only "flaw" was, the boys ran off on her; she was genuinely concerned about them. The boys get to watch her extended death, merely fascinated, like she was their meanest school teacher. Nothing says mourn this person; she's never mentioned again - just, wow! look at that spectacular death!
Later, I thought, she looked like Huma. Been meaning to go back and re-watch the scene...

Anna, I didn't read the whole wiki on the Galveston thingie, but I did notice that it said it was one of the two largest man made non-nuclear explosions ever recorded.
My guess for the other one is that ridge that the Brits blew up under the Germans in WWI. I don't recall the name of that operation.

H visas like the H1B ones that the tech workers get , are NON Immigrant Visas. They have to promise in writing NOT to remain in the U.S. and to have no intent to remain in the U.S. while on that visa.
Companies who obtain H visas are required to show that NO AMERICANS ARE AVAILABLE to take the jobs that are being advertised for these visas.This is to prevent wage depression and watering down the market.
If a company fires Americans to hire foreign visa holders and then represents that there are NO AVAILABLE AMERICANS to do the job this constitutes Visa Fraud 18 USC 1546.
Don't whine to me about shareholders, profits and bottom lines. These actions by Microsoft and other tech companies are just as criminal as any Clinton Foundation or Green Energy Scam.

My momma just welcomed her first grandbaby this year, and I am hoping she has many years left to spoil him. She is on all sorts of meds- BP, Cholesterol, Frequent Urination.
Last year, she had a cancer scare. The docs said they removed all of it; she didn't have to do chemo or radiation. But...you always have that "What if?" in the back of your head.
Her latest blood test showed high potassium, which can be very dangerous. There are a number of causes, but the most common is kidney failure.
They think it MAY be caused by one of her meds, so they switched her. Hopefully it is that or an anomaly in the test or something like that. In the mean time, family friends of ours are going through an even tougher time. Their father has had cancer, thought it was in remission, and it came back. He is in really, really bad shape. I feel selfish using even one prayer for myself and my mom and not using ALL my prayers on them.
