Those are the most unappealing looking cheesecakes I've ever seen. I use unappealing as a euphemism for sickening gutwrenching vomitous piles of puke.

The photos came out rather over-exposed - which happens if you use a flash on a shiny thing from a distance of three feet.
I can assure you they tasted good.
