Bear Hunting
Frank was excited about his new rifle and decided to try bear hunting. He spotted a small brown bear and shot it. Right after, there was a tap on his shoulder and he turned around to see a big black bear. The black bear said, "That was my cousin and you've got two choices... Either I maul you to death or we have sex."

After considering briefly, Frank decided to accede to the latter alternative. Even though he felt sore for two weeks, Frank soon recovered and vowed revenge.

He headed out on another trip where he found the black bear and shot it. Right after, there was another tap on his shoulder. This time a huge grizzly bear stood right next to him. The grizzly said, "That was a big mistake, Frank. That was my cousin and you've got two choices. Either I maul you to death or we have rough sex." Again, Frank thought it was better to cooperate.

Although he survived, it took several months before Frank finally recovered. Outraged, he headed back to the woods, managed to track down the grizzly and shot it from point blank range. He felt sweet revenge, but, then, there was a tap on his shoulder. He turned around to find a giant polar bear standing there. The polar bear looked at him very sadly and said, "Admit it Frank, you don't come here for the hunting, do you?"

1 Ok. I looked high and low (dodging the frigging bears, btw), and can't find an email for you anywhere. So I'll post this here.

Go here, read this, go to the main page and send them an entry. You've got many that would be really, really good.

I know how you feel about "blog contests" - but I really think this one IS a bit different. The way they have it set up is different from most, and it makes a lot more sense. I'm not big on contests either, but I wish I'd been blogging longer. I'd enter this one.

2 Cool. I blogrolled it. Now...how do I decide what to send 'em? What, exactly, are they looking for? If you have a post of mine in mind, feel free to clue me...lol.
About that email address...yeah. I'm gonna hafta get Paul to add that for me. We also need to get the Indie Blogger thing from Dax's place up and I think I need to get him to help me fix my 'cookies' thing, because I'm sick of my own comments not remembering me...lol.

I got to thinking about Biff Rose tonight, sitting here in the lab during the wee hours, (after drinking a quart of iced tea, they are also the wee-wee hours..) I decided to type
Biff Rose into Yahoo. Wow! Lots of stuff, pictures (he has aged), cartoons, guestbook, several sites, etc. May I encourage you do take a look. Also, your Christmas gift was mailed yesterday, since a certain person I'm married to has been carrying it around in her car for about five days, and kept forgetting to mail it.....
Consider it a New Year's gift...better than an Easter gift! Love,yer ancient Dad...
